I was in town visiting and one of my nose pieces broke off. I came in to the store. And was immediately greeted. I explained my problem and the gentleman replaced both my nose pieces on my glasses and also adjusted my sunglasses to fit me better. I purchased a pair of Men’s Satin Black Oakley Holbrook eyeglasses from LensCrafters at the Fashion Show Mall, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Katie was outstanding from the very beginning. She provided a professional consultation, made sure I received the best deal possible, and carefully incorporated all of the optometrist’s recommendations. I’d been wanting these Oakley frames for a long time, so I was incredibly excited when they arrived.

Unfortunately, the first pair was a little too tight. That’s when Mario stepped in. He adjusted them right away, but when we realized the fit still wasn’t quite right, he took the time to review the different Oakley sizes and found the perfect one for me. Since I was within the 30-day satisfaction period, he reordered the correct size at no cost and with absolutely no hassle.

The second pair fit perfectly.

I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters Fashion Show location.

My family of four usually goes to an eye doctor closer to our home, but because I needed an eye exam sooner, we decided to come to this location. I had originally scheduled appointments for my husband, my autistic son, and my youngest son for the following day, while I was able to be seen today.

My autistic son was excited because, at our regular eye doctor, he is usually seen first to help him stay calm and cooperative. Not understanding that this office had a different process, he walked toward the exam room and became upset when redirected. As parents, we were actively working to calm him down and redirect him. He is a 190-pound young man with autism, so these situations can take patience and understanding.

After I finished my exam, I went to the front desk to confirm my family's appointments. Instead of discussing possible accommodations or asking how they could help, I was told that because of my son's behavior, he would not be seen at this location.

What made the experience even more upsetting was that I was also trying to shop for eyeglasses after my exam, and not one employee asked if I needed assistance.

Families with individuals who have autism already face many challenges when seeking healthcare. A little patience, compassion, and willingness to communicate would have made a tremendous difference.

Unfortunately, because of how our family was treated, we will not be returning to this location.

My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas when a screw fell out of my sunglasses the day before we were scheduled to leave for the Grand Canyon. Stephanie was fantastic—she took down my information, and Andrew had my sunglasses repaired within 30 minutes.

This was actually my second visit to this location for a similar issue, and each time the staff has been consistently friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I’ve tried to get the same repair done at a LensCrafters (SC coast) but there was no comparison—the staff there were quick to say they didn’t do those kind of repairs despite it being the same issue.

My family and I have been loyal LensCrafters customers for 10 years. However, during a recent visit to the Fashion Show Mall location, a staff member made an adjustment to our Versace glasses that left them in worse condition. When we asked for further help, we were told we had to accept a disclaimer that any damage would not be their responsibility—a policy we had never encountered before. We left the store with glasses that no longer fit and were disappointed by the lack of support.

We went to a different location and got our glasses fixed with no disclaimer or problem.

Yeah all these good reviews must have gotten something good out of leaving a review because they are LIES. This location is the absolute WORST eye glass place I have ever gone to. I purchase glasses basically beginning of march. Immediately start to notice something on my lens is peeling I don’t think anything of it as it start off so small. 2 months goes by the entire lens is covered in bubbles of something peeling off the lens BUT I have NOOO type of coat on my lens at all that I myself had added. I come in the little boy helping me take any glasses to the back to ask them how they would get like that. He comes back and tells me it’s just a faulty product on their end nothing I had done. So of course I asked him if he’s going to replace them as it THEIR fault. He says no I have no insurance that I should have bought insurance. EXCUSE ME? You just told me it was faulty product on YOUR END so isn’t in anyway my fault but you won’t replace them? Absolutely crazy. To give someone something that doesn’t work especially with a high prescription as I have with astigmatism in both eyes and it doesn’t work and they don’t get new glasses simply because I didn’t purchase insurance that only cover something I may had done like breaking , loosing etc. Not okay do they not fix it but the costumer service HORRIBLE!!!! I put in 2 care forms to speak with the owner and NOTHING BACK this was over a month ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENSCRAFTERS! All they want it money.

I was in a bind. I had an eye checkup at the Lenscrafter Fashion Show mall, the lady borrowed my prescription glasses to check with her machine. As soon as she was done, she returned it to me, I held it in my hand, then put it in my purse. I did not wear it the whole time. I ordered new prescription lenses for my existing frames. I didn't use my frame allowance from my insurance.

As I was home and took my glasses out, I noticed that the frame was broken, one of the lenses fell out. It was unusual that it was broken on the circular frame. I was thinking that had I was the one who broke it, it wouldn't be a cut in that circular frame. All I think is that the lady at the store broke it while she was doing something with it in the machine.

The next morning, April 26 @10am as soon the store opened, I called the store and spoke to a saleslady and told her what happened. She said, "Just come to the store as nothing can be fixed over the phone". So I went to the store around 5pm. Mario Ramirez manager asked me in an interrogatory manner, "Why you didn't come to the store right away when you noticed that your glasses was broken. He said that if the staff had broke it, she will inform the Mgr right away and fix it. He even said they will look at the store videos, which I don't mind. He made me feel that I went there to scam them just to get a free frame. He called the store manager Andrew Phillips for advise, but right there and then they concluded that it was my fault, and they made a decision that I need to purchase a new frame.

I already have 2 sets that I ordered from them. I paid $299.34 just for the lenses. I explained that it wasn't me who broke it. I was always careful with my glasses knowing it's the only one that I have. I made a request to them to take care of the frame no matter how cheap it is. I just can’t afford to put money out since I already paid $299 for an existing order. I even suggested that they can use my insurance allowance for the frame. But they wanted me to pay more.

I'm airing my frustration here as I felt like a loser, I felt defeated and undervalued despite being a loyal customer at the end of that conversation. I'm not trying to scam by getting a freebie. I wanted them to take accountability and help me but they refuse.

I just hope that this won't happen to other people. The store managers Mario Ramirez and Andrew Phillips, they have horrible customer service skills, they don't deserve to be managers. I don't mind my glued glasses for now. I'm just hoping that these 2 managers won't stay for too long in their position. Please if somebody can help me escalate this to the right people. I'm willing to explain more my story. I got nothing to hide and be ashamed of. Thank you.

My appointment was at 5:20pm and I got there at 5:28pm. Yes I was late, it was my first time. THE PLACE WAS EMPTIED and she said she wasn’t able to assist me because the latest I could arrive was at 5:25pm. JUST BECAUSE OF 3 MINUTES she decided not to help me. By the way, they accept walk-in so I still don’t know why she did that and on top of everything was rude 🙂 first and last time.

I was on vacation in Las Vegas and had an issue with my glasses. I stopped by Lens Crafters to see if I could get some help. Seit Jahren hole ich bei meinen Reisen in die USA meine Brillen bei Lenscrafters. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gegenüber Brillen in Deutschland mit ausschließlich Gläsern aus Carbon ist absolut Topp. Die Wartezeit beträgt aktuell 5 Werktage bei einer Gleitsichtbrille. Auch eine Reklamation aufgrund einer abblätternden Farbe am Gestell einer Prada Fassung konnte per WhatsApp mit dem Mitarbeiter in kürzester Zeit behoben werden, und zwar aus Deutschland. Service und Freundlichkeit wird also groß geschrieben, wobei dass allerdings auch für Deutschland gilt. Ich sehe es gerade in der vorangegangenen Rezession. Bei mir war es auch Mario in Las Vegas.

I went to Lens Crafters as a first time contact lens wearer. I paid85$ for a contact lens exam with a supposed Doctor of Optometry. She informed me I had an astigmatism in my right eye for which I would need specially fitted contacts. After two weeks and “losing “ two contacts in my right eye, I discovered I was never given contacts for astigmatism. My lenses were floating in my eye, they had never popped out, because they were not for anyone with astigmatism. When I asked for my money for an exam back because this prescription is useless as it does not properly reflect my eye health, I was told the services were always already given and the money would not be refunded. I guess malpractice is a new concept for Lens crafters. They are after your money. Had my contacts been in stock, I would have gotten the proper fitting. All they were worried about was the bottom line. That’s not what I expect from a doctor. When I asked that my doctor call me to explain, I was told she was too busy, and they hung up on me. I expect this behavior from a casino, not a doctors office.

I’m a long time Lens Crafters customer. I was in Las Vegas on vacation and my glasses broke. I went to the Lens Crafters in the Fashion Show mall. My "business" with them lasted 2 minutes ... I called and asked: how much would it cost to put simple anti-glare/anti-reflection lenses (NO prescription, NO blue-light protection, etc.) on a simple frame. The answer was: $292. I've asked again to make sure ... yes, it's $292! If this place charge so much $$$ for a simple job, stay away from this business. Shocking! 😲
P.S. I've done it for free (when you're buying the store frame) or paid $50 for this job (with my own glasses/not-this-store frame).

If you need something fixed, this place was great! One of my eye pieces that rests on your nose, broke and they fixed them right up! I have Oakley prescription glasses, no one would touch them since they were prescription, but the Oakley store gave me 2 new ones to try and Lens Crafters said they could give me a new one that's proper, but instead put 2 new ones on! Saved the vacation!! Makes me want to think about switching eye doctors and start going to Lens Crafters!!

I wasn’t drinking but I stumbled into the LensCrafters with an eyeglass emergency. I accidentally sat on my glasses and had two pieces that I had to hold up to my eyes to help me see! I needed to get back to my hotel to dress for a wedding. I had 10 minutes of time to spare. Luckily, I met Stephanie and right after I showed her my problem she confidently says “I can fix that!” 6 minutes later, she emerged with my glasses back in working shape. A great experience at LensCrafters in Fashion Show Mall. From the eye exam by Pacific Optometry to the fitting & purchasing with Melodie to the fitting with the expert Steven. Set my exam appt online & was greeted upon arrival with my exam starting right on time. After the exam, I was greeted & tried on several pairs before deciding on an Armani X pair. My insurance coverage was explained & was such a painless experience. 5 days later I met Steven for my fitting & had a great time with him. Besides fitting my new specs perfectly, we had a great time chatting about the optics business (being that I spent several years in the biz as a young man). Steven was absolutely incredible and he provided outstanding service during my time there. I came in having broken the arm of my prescription sunglasses on my second day in Vegas. As soon as I entered the store Steve took me on and was able to remedy the situation. He took steps to ensure that this wouldn't happen again and we could enjoy the rest of our stay. His cool and calm demeanor, expert knowledge and patience for detail orientation made his service stand out.
