First I want to say that the lady of color at the front desk is incredibly nice. The first tech who called me back didn’t talk or smile once throughout the tests he performed which made things very awkward. Why I am giving one star is because of Dr. Patel. I have really bad scoliosis and a large chest that made it hard to fit my head into their machine. I told him I have scoliosis as I was trying and his response was to tell me that scoliosis doesn’t correlate to eyes… duh. He paused during a test to talk so I took that as a chance to adjust my back which he then raised his voice telling me he’s not done. I told him sorry I just need to adjust and he snapped back “do the best you can”. Mind you this was not a test that I had to remain still for while it scanned my eyes or something. I was just looking at different slides. He then told me my eye sight is almost perfect… which no it’s not. I already have a prescription that is very helpful and was told by my other doctor that I need to wear them constantly. I suggest going to a place that isn’t like “lens crafters”. He also stared at my chest multiple times while I was talking to him after the tests had finished, which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up walking out. Just pay the extra money and go to a good doctor.

This is my 3rd trip to this Lenscrafter's here at the Meadow's Mall. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Sandra helped me with my glasses purchase, and it turns out she helped me last years as well. She helped me find the same frames I had last year and upgraded my lenses while finding a coupon to help out with the cost! I also went for my eye exam there and was helped by Dr. Shawn Fitzpatrick. He was incredible and made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend at the bar rather than being in an uncomfortable doctor's office. Talent like his is far and few between. As a whole, the entire staff was 5 stars-worthy and I wish I could name them all in this post! The store is clean and presentable with an incredible assortment of options. Sandra even put up with me asking about the prices on different options and lenses with a huge smile on her face. I wish I could hang out in here with them all day!! Kudos to this entire staff !!

Regarding 4/10/2026 visit. There was an immediate warm welcome as well as verbal confirmation of showing up early to an appointment was encouraged in case forms needed to be filled out. I was guided to check -in and I have to say it was the best check-in I have ever had! The team collectively are authentic, straightforward and open to answer questions. There has been such a culture shift in Vegas that this team truly is a diamond in the rough. They offered options and actively listened to my concerns. The Optometrist was straightforward and was considerate. He did not isolate to his field, he showed concern for my whole health that may be impacting my vision. The visit was timely and informative. Was amazing, she went above and beyond in help my locating my apparently rare Ray Bans Rb 8421’s and helped me navigate my out of network VSP plan, and when my online account welcome coupon didn’t work she helped me out with a different corporate coupon, and most Importantly was the only person that was willing to help my find my frames on the phone I went 7 stores called even more and called 3 other different Len Crafters, and Cassie’s was the one who said we don’t have them but let me see what I can do! Then helped me navigate my out network coverages over the phone, and was an absolute delight one the phone, in person during the ring up process, and and of course during pick up she through and made sure the frame were perfectly configured and comfortable. My father walked in with what he thought were broken glasses because somebody had stepped on them, and Shadi took care of him immediately. Front staff was helpful and overall friendly. Doctors were kind and professional answering all my questions. Howard was the one who helped me select my frames and was very helpful guiding me towards frames that would work great with my high prescription. Came in to my appointment a little late, but they still took me in. Dr. Von was really quick with checking me out. Howard at the front helped me with picking my new glasses, and is excellent at what he does! He was able to explain the deals going on, which helped me decide which frames to get for my prescription. I came in today with an appointment I was a little late but they still took me in everyone was great but the employee Howard is absolutely amazing. He was the biggest help; I couldn’t seem to find a pair that suits my face shape but he chose out the most perfect pair he truly has great taste and a good eye. I went in feeling overwhelmed and a little embarrassed that I needed glasses but I left feeling like that girl thanks to Howard. He’s very demure and very mindful and very experienced. If you come to this location ask for Howard trust me you won’t regret it.

The lady who answers the phone has an attitude. She kept talking over my husband and interrupting him when he was speaking. She gave an attitude when he would ask a question. It’s not the customers fault she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Retrain her or hire better people

Everyone was there was so kind, helpful, and professional. They (Daisy in particular) really took the time to look at each frame with me to determine what I felt comfortable in. And they had my prescription glasses prepared there on the spot! Lovely and quick experience.

Sat 30 minutes past my appointment time to be told they don’t take my insurance. Fine, I’ll pay the cash rate. Waited another 30 minutes (now an hour past my appointment time) and they started to take back someone else before me because “she’s just a contact lens follow up, it won’t take as long as your eye exam.” Wasted over an hour of my time and money I spent on childcare to get to the appointment.

It was time for a new pair of glasses, so I stepped inside of LensCrafters Meadows Mall. Upon entering Sandra immediately greeted me and we began the process of picking out a frame. I was left to my own devices to see what I was interested in, and Sandra was there if I needed assistance. And soon that assistance was needed. Sandra listened to my thoughts on certain frames and began to understand what I was needed. After our search I found a great frame that I’m very excited about! Not only was Sandra wonderful, all the staff were attentive and greeted every customer that entered!

I went to LensCrafters last week to enquire about progressive lenses for my wife. I spoke to a very knowledgeable technician named Sandra. She was quite informative, very kind and professional to say the least. I told her I'll be coming back in a week to get a couple pair of glasses. Unfortunately the optician that did the eye test (at another location) did not complete the test completely.
Sandra was able to work with us and resolve the issues involving the prescription.

Everything worked out in our favor so we were able to take advantage of the discounts on display.

I will definitely be returning for another pair. Excellent service!!!
