This is the best doctor and office I've ever had in my life. I've been going to this office to see Dr. Hsiao since I was 23 years old and I am now 40. Their service and intimate care for their patients are unparalleled to any other in the valley. There's a reason why they have been accepting fewer new patients. It's because their current ones don't ever leave. The doctors truly care about your well-being and that is consistent down to the nurses and staff.

The staff has been there for many years and have come to know their patients very closely. Alejandra has been so helpful in my medical endeavors through these years. From insurance to pharmacy, paperwork issues, health questions, you name it.

This office has become an essential part of my life. I see them at least every 3 months on a routine basis. Knowing that I can rely on them has made my life that much easier. 5 stars don't cut it when I consider what they have done for me, in my 20s, 30s and now I'm in my 40s. Thank you guys for all that you do!

I’ve had a lingering cough for upwards of 5 months and still continuing. Throughout this time I’ve had 3 visits which include online and in person, all of which I was given an incorrect and rushed diagnosis which wasted my time and money. I will be going elsewhere to try and figure out my issue.

This is the worst doctor experience I have ever had . I just moved to Las Vegas so I don’t know any Chinese speaker doctors. This is the doctors for my husband and his mom so I give it try. I have never see any doctor have bad attitude and impatience like her . Today I came with my husband for his recheck . When they talk about some part saying if this part is hurt so you need to take care of it . I was just saying oh sometimes i feel hurt this part too. She immediately saying : “you shut up now. It’s not about you it’s only about your husband now “ I was shocked and speechless…. I know today is only for my husband appointment but you could say something like “oh if you have any questions about yourself you can make another appointment with me , but today I only have appointment with your husband.” I’m not sure if it’s because Las Vegas don’t have that much Chinese speaking doctors or what .. she is horrible. If you read this review and know any other more professional Chinese speaking doctors please let me know.

Since the doctor Guo just reply my review and I can’t reply her I will comment on here.
She did mention to my husband she doesn’t accept any new patients and I’m really appreciate she accepted me . But if you decide accepted me as your new patient you should treat me with respect at least. not treat me like a trash. Not listen to me not let me talk just because of you accommodate me as your new patient.
For the recheck on 04/04/2024. She definitely said ‘shut up ‘ to me, other wise I won’t be this mad and leave this review. As she mentioned about she accommodated me for putting me in the schedule even during a nurse lunch break. This is something I never asked for . I can wait till next time . But if you accommodate me then please talk to your patient nice . I don’t owe you or anything.
Since Dr.Guo replied my review and good luck on me for looking for the new family doctor. She sent me a package today but I’m not home . It might be my medical records or something else. I hope it’s not my medical records because if she sent my medical records by USPS without notify me or communicate with me . I’m not even home today and imagine USPS LOST MY medical Records. (I will keep this update)
BUT!! Really ? ? This is something people will do ? And we call them DOCTORS. The Angel in white ? I feel shame on you .

Dr. Guo has been my doctor for many years and I have nothing but praise and respect for her kindness and her professional yet friendly manner. She is knowledgeable and always demonstrates a sense of patience that makes you feel that she sincerely cares about you and your wellness. I wish all my doctors were like her, she is truly one of a kind.

Dr. Guo has a very good professional office staff. I love the fact that they ensure that you do not have an extended wait. Dr. Guo you are a blessing.

Both Dr Guo and Zhang were my family doctors since I was a child, as well as for my whole family. I didn’t enjoy the fact that information WAS shared amongst my family at the time without my consent after I was 18. I also think that I have a mother who can force information out of people. That was over 15 years ago and things have changed now. I have gone back to Dr. Guo in my 30’s and I love her. Was surprised they didn’t accept new patients at the time, but when I said they were my family doc and I’ve been gone for 10+ years, the doc made an exception to take me back in, which I’m grateful for because Dr Guo regularly takes all of my family history into consideration. Easy-going and hears me out, and big plus to letting me do what I ask for. However, it took some getting used to with her speaking and thinking so dang fast. It makes me feel rushed. So whenever I go to her office now, I make sure I do my homework first. Cuz I hate to call back with questions or make another appointment where we do nothing but go over questions I missed. For small things, she has diagnosed well. Takes my family history into consideration so makes sure my annual blood tests always includes certain things even without me asking. For larger things, she has referred me out, which sucks cuz that’s when you know something is really wrong with you...

Reception is good. Never had an issue with calling in or checking in. They give messages to my doc consistently as well as get call backs 100% of the time if I’m told I would be called back even if it’s 3 days later. So I never have to keep wondering if I need to call again, and again, and again.

Appointments are... honestly, not too good. I regularly have to wait 2+ weeks during non-pandemic times. That’s probably understating it. Because of that, I realized how resilient a human body is in waiting out pain and suffering. It’s why I use Teladoc if I just need antibiotics. For annual stuff and things serious enough to warrant face-to-face, I still rather go to her, even if I have to stay in pain for 3 weeks.

Nurses are good. Clinic is mostly Chinese staff and patients, so I think they put down your preferred language and check you in either in English or your preferred language without asking. None of the nurses has ever spoken to me in Mandarin, but will speak to me in Cantonese or English cuz that’s what I know. I am always slightly amused bcs people outside this clinic always assume I understand Mandarin instead. MOST of the nurses are polite. I have only had one nurse that was stoic as heck. My spouse and I still joke about her because she always startles us with her hard, cold stares and monotoned answers. All of them do well in thoroughly documenting my ailments to the doc. Poked me fine for flu shots. I have nothing to complain about here.

I called for appointment and I am the first time visit. They told me this clinic all dr no longer take any new patients and advise me that I can scratch out this clinic from now on! Feeling pretty upset.
