I was so surprised to see a business with so many reviews and such a high rating. After visiting LVL Up Physical Therapy, now I understand why! Dr. Evan Bishop really takes his time with his clients, listens to their concerns, and doesn't rush appointments. He is extremely knowledgable and seems to enjoy educating his clients as well as helping them feel better. There is not a question that I had that went unanswered. I have been experiencing vertigo for the last several weeks and finally decided to seek support. After each session, I feel better and have been given exercises to use at home to support my vestibular system. I feel so relieved and grateful. This is a wonderful establishment with wonderful staff. All clients seem to be very happy and well attended to - with good rapport with staff. Couldn't recommend enough!

I want to tell you this is the BEST, most amazing PHYSICAL THERAPY place you can find in Las Vegas. I found them because I did some research, so let my research help you come to the best place. Those big places may seem great because they are so big, but when you get a different person every day, and some of them are students learning, you have no consistency, you never know if they are even aware of your issues. But at LVL UP, they greet you by name, you have the same Dr each time, there is no mixing up of your charts. I totally enjoy being there for my therapy following my total Knee replacement. Oh sure my knee hurt in the beginning. When Dr. Chris had to help me bend or flatten my knee there was times when I wanted to scream at him or throat punch him. But I knew it was part of the process to get me to walking normally. Then when I had my Total knee revision back I came straight to Dr Chris again. Now that he has worked on my knees for almost 8 months, with his knowledge in physical therapy I’m walking good. My knees do not hurt, I have a program for home, because LVL UP cares enough to make sure I keep going and keep my knees strong. LVL UP also said if I’m in trouble with my knees, at any time to come back and they will see if there is something they can help with. So many reasons for you to go to LVL UP Physical Therapy, they become your extended family. I’d give them A+ They need all the stars!

Dr. Evan Bishop and co-owner Laureina Mathew are excellent physical therapists and they also employ great physical therapy techs and interns still studying.They take their time, explain things perfectly and truly care about the well being of their patients. I have gone there post surgery for two knee replacements, when I’ve had back issues, shoulder problems and now they are fixing my hamstring pain. Finally, a doctor who actually listens to his patients. I have never worked with a doctor who took their time and care and showed such a genuine interest in my condition. I just want to say how much Dr. Tripp and Dr. Bishop helped me. When I first came in, my back was honestly the worst it had ever been. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t lift, and it was messing with my whole life. That first visit was rough, and we all knew it was going to take a lot of work. But they never made me feel hopeless or like I was just another patient.

They always made me feel welcome, they took their time with me, and they truly cared about getting me better. That meant a lot, especially on the days where my back felt like it wasn’t improving.

Now I’m finally lifting again and getting back into my routine. I’m not 100% yet, but I’m way closer than when I started and I’m even catching myself sleeping in again, which for me is always a positive sign lol.

If you’re in Vegas and need legit help with your back, this is the team I’d send anyone to. They helped me more than they know.

I have been coming to LVL Up for my physical therapy since last summer. Dr. Bishop is great. He’s a good therapist. The end of January I had left shoulder replacement and have been coming now for about seven weeks, And the therapy is really helped with my range of motion getting it back to almost normal. Dr. Tripp is very nice and knowledgeable and you can tell the team there is very personable and friendly and create an environment that is stress free which is important when you are coming for physical therapy. I was not sure I would be comfortable with dry needling as a therapeutic option but have given it a go in an effort to speed up my healing process. I have been bringing both parents to LVL Up for several weeks and cannot overstate their kindness and professionalism. Their one-on-one patient-centered care is second to none. My parents are in their late 80s and mom has dementia. Dr. Michaela Tripp designed a special program for each of them based on their needs, abilities, likes and dislikes. Dr. Tripp is flexible and constantly evaluating and re-evaluating their progress to ensure they get the most out of every session. Safety is number one at LVL UP and as soon as we walk through those doors, I know my parents are in good hands. The positive energy of the staff is contagious and my parents always leave feeling happy and energized. I am very pleased with their progress. Let me tell you about my experience. It was the most personal experience I have had in a long time by far. The customer service is over a 10 the consistency is amazing but let me tell you when I met the doctor. She took her time. She did not rush she asked so many questions and was concerned, this was the best experience I have had in a long time and if you are thinking about booking Don’t think any further most definitely you will be taken care of… I can say so much, but I don’t think I want to flood their Google reviews lol There’s so many doctors so many people out here with no customer service or care They’re just doing a job and it makes people uncomfortable to try new things.

This team was so kind, helpful, generous I will most definitely be making another appointment. This is by far once again the best experience in a long time ,please book your appointment. You don’t know what you’re missing.

From Dr. Evan who spent an enormous amount of time with me to resolve my Vertigo issue (from the assessment thru to the treatment) to the amazing and welcoming staff...thank you all. I thought I'd get just the assessment and have to come back for the treatment but the time spent to do both, and then to have a positive outcome, was just amazing. Didn't feel rushed. Dr. Evan is very smart. He listens to and cares about his patients. He became my Physical Therapist four months before my shoulder surgery to remove bone spurs. He not only helped me prepare for surgery with specific strength training and range of motion exercises but was there during every phase of recovery. A few months into my recovery, I fell and broke my arms. Yes, both my arms. This injury was incredibly challenging and daunting. With the team at LVL Up Physical Therapy, I was able to get through the difficult times. I'm happy to share I've regained my strength and range of motion in both my arms.

Is always a nerve racking to find a new Doctor or Physician because you never know what you going to get some one that doesn't care, or make you wait for ever to get help, or bad costumer service, Well let me tell you!! To start with the staff (assistant, receptionist, colleges) are fantastic, super friendly and attentive I got my appointment immediately a few days after I just walked in the office. I didn't have to wait months for it. And at soonest I got there for my appointment they were ready to assist me no waiting at all. That was a perfect start and then Doctor Evan was very patient and explained everything about my injury, the process and the exercises I had to do.

He is really funny He makes things go smoothly and faster. And He is bilingual in case you have difficulty speaking English He can perfectly understand you in Spanish.
