I wanted to update this review to recognize Keyth at intake. Kind, reassuring, thorough and hard working. I have never seen her be impatient or condescending, even when people are rude to HER. I also want to thank Kathryn and Laura for being calm, helpful and amazing multitaskers! Anyway.... previous review still as follows:

I cannot describe the feeling of relief to have someone completely understand what Im going through, and have some answers. Thank you so much to the staff at Lyons for being attentive and sensitive. Dr.Colton was thorough and explained in detail why I was experiencing certain symptoms. I was given simple exercises and manageable goals. And for the first time in forever I actually believe there may be a horizon in sight for this injury.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en Lyons Physical Therapy, Todo el personal fue muy amable, profesional y atento desde mi primera visita, despuésde mi accidente de auto. Los terapeutas se tomaron el tiempo para escuchar mis necesidades y diseñaron un tratamiento que realmente me ayudó a mejorar, además de que rtodas las semanas me preguntaban si me iba sintiendo mejor, y aunque el doctor habla ingles tienen personal que hablan español como la recepcionista y la asistente Laura que son muy agradables y la verdad te hacen sentir a gusto.Las instalaciones son limpias, organizadas y el ambiente es muy agradable. I am still currently receiving treatment at this physical therapy clinic, and so far it has really helped reduce my pain and improve my condition. The staff are kind, professional, and very good listeners. They truly try their best to help patients recover and feel better. The massage therapy especially helps me a lot. I appreciate their care, support, and effort throughout my recovery process.

I was in a major car accident for the first time in my life.. of course with everything that needs to go on after an accident (get a new car because the last car was a total loss, meet with lawyers, deal with all the doctors appointments without a car, adapting to work with an injury) working on physical therapy was made enjoyable because of how sweet, caring and thoughtful EVERYBODY at Lyon’s physical therapy was! Jesse the receptionist was always so accommodating with scheduling me, even getting me an appointment last minute on the day of! She was always very cheerful on my arrivals while checking in and I would listen to her whilst waiting for my appointment in the lobby, making calls to people who straight up no showed for their appointments they set, and yet she kindly and cheerfully set up a new appointment for them! A lot of patience in that sweet girl! I worked with Laura mostly during my PT and she is the sweetest, most empathetic, gentlest, and cheerful young lady! She always greeted me with a compliment, I loved conversing with her throughout my appointment because it put me at ease, made me feel welcome and made the sessions feel like a hang out with friends rather than a painful process tailing an awful accident. She always looked out for me to make sure I was comfortable. Speaking of great conversations, I could hear Kathryn talk about anything and everything and be completely entertained/engaged! When I first started my PT, I was very shy (I have major social anxiety) and I quietly sat working on my training. I was brought out of my bubble listening to Kathryn talk about her love for the WNBA~ I had no interest or experience with the WBNA prior but hearing her talk about it, I wanted to hear more! She’s just so engaging to talk to! Dr. Colton is very caring! With all the doctors appointments I had, he was the only one who truly listened to my concerns without dismissing them. I didn’t feel like I had to convince him of the pain I was feeling, he believed me and worked to address the pain; now that I am officially released after weeks of PT, the pain is healed! On what was gonna be the last day of my PT, he suggested I have one more session next week and he assigned me to do a strenuous activity like tennis or something to ensure I was completely good before he officially dispatched me. I am so thankful he decided that because in the back of my mind I was worried if I would experience any pain once it was all said and done. Happy to say I am healed and I have no more concerns! David is a student with the clinic and he gets a shout out because of his bright personality! I can tell he’s very knowledgeable, very caring for his patients, he’s sweet and he’s going to make an amazing PT very soon! Keep up the great work! I’ve never had a major injury so I had no idea what to expect going into PT, but I am very happy with my overall experience! This clinic is filled with loving and caring people, they know what they’re doing to address the injuries, they work with you during this trying time in your life to fix them and I hope they succeed in all their life endeavors! I’m am so satisfied with their service. Front desk is very friendly and they always make appts around my schedule, great communication. Highly recommend Lyons physical therapy on Durango. All of the staff have been wonderful throughout my healing process, and are always working with me on my work schedule so I am able to be seen.

My family and I were in a automobile accident in 05/2019. We were referred to Lyons Physical Therapy and each of us visited the office a few days each week.

The first visit and physical therapy sessions were handled by Shaun. We reviewed and discussed results of the MRI tests and physical therapy needs to improve our mobility function.

Shaun is very knowledgeable, caring, professional, kind, pleasant and most of all listens to our concerns and performs the correct therapy needed to feel better.

Shaun is awesome. I have and continue to refer doctors I interact with and people I know that requires therapy.

I was dealing with plantar fasciitis pain for months when I sought out Dr. Yokoyama who came highly recommended. Best move I made! He had me on a regimen of stretching exercises and in-clinic therapy that really relieved my pain. He was very courteous and listens to the needs of his patients. I to would highly recommend!

Best physical therapist!! I had problems with my knees and Dr. Yokoyama fixed it within a few visits. Now I have elbow problems and he diagnose it right a way and treat it so I can play again within a couple of treatments.

I can't say enough good things about this facility, but in particular about Shaun Yokoyama. I've been receiving treatment from Dr. Yokoyama for years. After seeing several specialists for my dizziness, I finally found the help I needed. Dr. Yokoyama diagnosed me quickly and I immediately began feeling relief. I still have to receive treatment since my condition is chronic, but Dr. Yokoyama always makes time to see me quickly and ALWAYS helps alleviate my dizziness symptoms. He's extremely skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. On top of that, he's very personable with a warm and friendly personality. If you want results, I highly recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Yokoyama. You won't regret it.

As for the facility itself, you'll find it to be very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for me since I don't live far. If you're in the area and in the market for a PT, look no further.
