Worst doctors office I've been to yet, been in. Vegas for 30 years and this is by far the worst. The front desk staff is so incompetent, rude and straight up LAZY. It doesn't take but 2 seconds to check and see if you're next to see the doctor or not, or at least let you know how long it may be. The rooms are always hot as he77 and they never have the air on. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here for anything. They don't care and are just in it for the money.

Dr. Julio is very unprofessional. I asked about my daughter lab results. He told me he could not provide me that information and I would need to speak to the doctor that ordered them which was Dr. Jalet. Him being a doctor and I’m coming to get my daughter a physical should’ve been able to provide me that information he is very unprofessional. He did a physical in 2 minutes and barely did anything he needs to retire. He was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Dr. Jalet was not available that day so I chose any provider and this is why I stick to the same person. Dr. Jalet is very professional and cares about our children! She called me back immediately to address my concerns. Therefore, I will only be going to her or Dr. Carpo.

I was at this clinic with my child sick. The doctor told me to get the note for school to the receptionist, so I asked this lady named Ana. She said she had to pull out the chart. After 20 minutes. She didn’t say a word. She knew that we were waiting because she could hear my son’s uncontrollable cough. She was extremely rude and had no empathy at all. Until , I asked the other receptionist, she’s kind enough to give me the note and it only took her a minute.

So we took her son to go see a doctors and he had a stuffy nose and a very bad stomach pain. And the doctors is not give us any medicine for the stomach pain or any medication for the nose. She only gave us ibuprofen and that was it. I do not recommend this place for anyone we spent $85 and plus $15 for a different treatment. And they did not help at all. I do not recommend this place at all. So they told us we need to come and be seen again. Will you have insurance so we have to pay out of pocket. So we have to pay the $85 to be seen that's almost $200. They do not help at all.

My son did not even receive shots because he had an ear infection and they don’t even have none of those notes in their system and they just all pissed off and then they told me that they are out on one of the shots because they’re electricity went out and I needed to go in the other office on Eastern, this office is so lost and they’re so pissed off for no reason can I say this again because first it was the first nurse then the doctor then the lady who gave the first two shots. So I called the other office to make sure and they said oh no you need to make an appointment. . i’m begging you guys save your children’s life. Do not go to this place.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is really the worst. My son has been a patient here since he was born, specifically the Cheyenne location. Dr.Carpo is great although the front desk ladies are very rude & quick to give you attitude. They over fill the bookings which leads guests to wait for an hour if not longer. If you’re 10 mins late they cancel your appointment, but they think it’s okay to hold you there for over an hour. I’ve gone twice where it’s empty & im still waiting for a long period of time all while the front ladies are chatting it up. I didn’t mind at first but it has happened way too frequently. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! 👎

I’m from out of state where I really loved my kids pediatricians . I was a little worried how the care would be moving but I was very pleased with the care and thorough job of the staff here with mama Mia! Quickly done and was thorough with every problem or question I had.

Decepcionante, hoy fuimos por segunda vez para que atendieran a mi hija, y la señora que tienen en recepción es una grosera y no sabe atender a las personas.

Y cuando me tocó a mí me dijieron QUE NO , les dije que ya tenía cita y me dijeron que no que me daban una mas tarde ,SON MUY INJUSTOS al ver el problema la señorita me dijo te doy una cita a la 1:30 pm QUEE 😦, perdí casi una semana , entraba temprano al trabajo no llegué y salir otro dia más , SOY UNA EMPLEADA … SON MUY INJUSTOS. piénselo muy bien antes de acudir a este lugar.

La verdad el doctor es amable pero las chicas no digo que todas algunas de ellas no son muy amables con las personas, hoy necesitaba un récord de vacunas para mi hija ella no tiene aseguranza siempre pago mi consulta y lo que se ocupe pero ya tenía tiempo de no ir ahí no podían darme el récord de vacunas , tenía que consultarla a fuerza para poder obtener el récord de ella le dije cóbrame lo de la consulta y dame el récord no le falta ninguna vacuna solo ocupo el récord para la escuela , ellos sólo querían que a fuerza la consultara porque según ya no tenía expediente lo entiendo pero siempre la he vacunado en ese lugar entonces si la consultaban ya aparecía el expediente o que ,, así que vine a otra parte y rápido me ayudaron que les costaba solo imprimir el récord y cobrarme y ya .. no lo recomiendo para nada deberían tener una persona al frente que fuese más amable .

This is the worse pediatric office I've visited so far. My urgent appointment​ for my baby was at 1:30 I get there at 1:10 I was walked to the back at 2:20 and sat there until 2:50 my kids get out at 3:11 so I had to leave. They only sat the black people in the waiting area and we didn't come together. They walked the Spanish people straight to rooms and they was there after me. In fact there was three kids when I got there, including mine and they were both gone by the time I was taken to the back. There was no sense of urgency and I'm currently heading to the urgent care down the road after I leave my kids school. I will be contacting my insurance to let them know as well.

This is not a good place . They will schedule you for an appointment but then make you sit here and wait for 2 hours after the appointment time .

The dr was rude and kept using quotations with his fingers when he spoke to me .

And he said I was a walk in and I was not I even played the voice mail that this location left for my son for his confirmation of his APPOINTMENT. Never again . And I’ve noticed they take WALK INS for CERTAIN type of people but I say here and watched them deny someone a walk-in .this is not a good place .

Personal enfrente hacen citas sin control te citan a una hora específica llegas a tiempo te registras y 40min después la secretaria completa tu registro una hora totalmente perdida solamente para registrarte después que te llaman te pasan a un cuarto donde volverás a esperar por una hora a que te llame el doctor y si el paciente necesita vacunas también te hacen esperar de 30 a 40min para completar las vacunas les falta comunicación organización, tendrán un límite de citas al día para que puedan atender a todos a buena hora y sin que esperemos tanto, pues aún que tengas cita toca esperar de una hr y media a 2 horas personas aquí mismo me comentan que esperaron hasta 3hras sería bueno llamar para preguntar tal vez reportando en la aseguranza

No entiendo como un doctor con un modo y actitud horrible pueda ser doctor pediátrico.
Es horrible la actitud de ese doctor emanuel es de origen oriental, yo fui hace poco más de un año y yo estaba tratando de explicarle lo que mi Niña tenía pero inexplicablemente me grito.
A lo que yo le respondí que no fuera abusivo
Y que no me faltará el respeto.
Ahí estaba una de las enfermeras que estaba traduciendo pero solo se quedó callada y agachó la cabeza.
Pero El "dis"que doctor me entendió, y fue hasta entonces me hizo las recetas que mi niña necesitaba.pero es un abusivo racista. Parece Robot y hace las cosas como que sí fuera a la fuerza., el personal del front desk son más o menos amables.
Por esa razón me cambié de clínica, a ese doctor en específico No se los recomiendo..
Y aunque uno tenga cita
Y lo hacen esperar a uno demaciado.

Wrong code for labs were placed. Attempted to call Provider to have codes changed from screening to diagnostic. Medical staff was called 4 times in a span of a week. One stated that she will give information to the NP. Called again to follow up. Nothing was done. Called again the following day and Medical Staff stated that systems are down and to call on Monday. Called again today and Medical clerk stated that if I can provide the fax number to LabCorp. I said I do not have it and would have to search via Google. Staff very unresourceful and have client do the clinical work for them. Acquired the fax number from website and called Mama Mia pediatrics and another clinical Staff answered. I asked to speak to Jennifer, the first staff I spoke to and Bridget stated that Jennifer was with another pt. I gave the fax number to Bridget and when she was taking it down it sounded like she was just hurrying me up to get off the phone. She said she will give the fax number to Jennifer. I had no confidence in her so I asked her for her Name and to please repeat the number because this situation is kind of important because I am being billed due to wrong coding. She finally said her name and repeated the number for me. I will be looking for another Pediatrician within my Federal BCBS network. I highly recommend that you stay away from this practice and find another. The other reviews regarding wait time even scheduled is true. I am a Seasoned Registered Nurse and these Medical Assistants are subpar which makes Mama Mia a horrendous place for your child healthcare, and the parents pockets for unreliable Medical Assistants relaying important message from client to Provider. Long wait time, crowded waiting area, and subpar Medical Assistants, and schedulers.

Doctor Gabriel Carpo is great but the new associates don’t look like they know what they’re doing. I asked for a referral to get my 5 year old diagnosed for autism and I was sent to a psychiatrist that doesn’t see kids younger than 11. I called back and let them know that front desk girls are not the friendliest she was rude on the phone and said I can just look for my own specialist.
I’m just going to look for a new pediatrician because Mama Mia Pediatrics is not helpful at all and they don’t know what they’re doing.

The front office staff is so rude and and impersonal, this was my first visit today, and they made the very first impression on this office, and they did a horrible job. To make matters worse my daughter and I had to wait over an hour and a half to see a doctor and then the doctor was even worse than the front office staff, he was just absolutely horrible, he didn’t look at us, he didn’t shake our hand, oh my God I never in my life, and I will never ever take my children to this doctor’s office ever again! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE. Please let me spare you the disappointment and frustration. My kids' pediatrician is at this office. But the doctor is NEVER, I mean NEVER available to see them. The doctors are ALWAYS book 2 or more weeks out. By the time my child sees the doctor, he/she is no longer sick and are not diagnosed or mis diagnosed for condition and therefore not treated properly. So, I spend 2 to 3 times more to go to urgent care versus taking them to their pediatrician. Stop accepting new patients if you can't be their "primary physician"! Because right now, I consider the urgent care doctor their "PCP" just because they see, care, and treat them the most, but triple the cost.

This office is the rudest office I ever been to!!! Norma is extremely rude and unapologetic for it. I contacted the office to inquire if they had any samples of milk since it’s been so hard trying to find milk for my baby. I asked them months ago to switch her milk and they told me to look for the alternatives which I have been doing but I’m not able to find it so again I asked them to switch her milk it’s been months and no one has switched her milk!!! I was also inquiring why she hasn’t had an appointment in months and she advised she had an appointment in August that was missed but I never received any phone call. No voicemail was left !! nothing!!! as I’m speaking with her about my concerns. She hangs up in my face literally as I’m talking, so I called back to make a complaint!! I will be pulling my daughter from this office as this treatment was unacceptable and unnecessary. U dont take out your bad days in frustrations on patients calling asking for assistance ! How can I trust someone so rude to be taking care of my child when she has a nasty attitude!!! honestly a simple apology would have retained us as a patient if she would have apologize when I called back and spoke to her again then I woul be fine but the fact that she’s extremely rude and unapologetic for her behavior is unacceptable and it honestly makes me question the office, morals, values and ethics as the staff is a direct representation of the physicians that work there! I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. No one deserves this type of treatment. UNACCEPTABLE!?

After being referred to see the Dr immediately by the over night service that stated they spoke to the Dr directly and he wanted to see my son when they opened, and the lady said the Dr wants me to let the receptionist know, that he authorized the walk in visit. But, they told me they don't do walk ins and then they went to talk to him, came back and said he wasn't there and I didn't speak to anyone because they don't have an after hours service. And even though they don't do walk ins maybe they could do one that after noon? He has a lump that showed up out of no where and it doubled in size overnight. Dr.Carpo is supposed to be his new pediatrician and now I'm sitting in urgent care after they refused to do their job.

Son una basura las personas que atienden en el mostrador tardan casi una hora o más en llamarte, y solo para pasarte a la segunda,sala que si te toca suerte te pasan rápido si no otro tiempo más que perder.No entiendo porque pierden tanto el tiempo y lo más malo es que se lo hacen perder a uno también.

im not sure how to feel about this place. so first off, it takes HOURS for them to let you in. (the rooms you wait in are small and usually soo packed) and once they let you in then they send you to ANOTHER room which takes so long. the staff working mainly laugh and talk to each other and dont focus on WORK. they arent even nice either. and everything is so dirty everywhere. if you miss an appointment then it takes MONTHS to get another one. your better off going to another place.
