Horrible experience and I do not recommend at all! I was looking for a primary care physician and saw the amazing reviews on google...but I'm not sure how they have so many great reviews. I saw Dr. Kim for new patient appointment. He spent most of my appointment talking about himself and how qualified he is. The few times he did address my health it was absolutely absurd. First he told me that it was unlikely that I had a condition because it only affects 0.3% of the population even though I had testing and a diagnosis from a specialist. He then said his recommendations for treating my POTS symptoms were to "rip the bandage off" and to "drink bone broth all day and do a ton of pushups." This was after telling him that POTS has made me exercise intolerant as well as telling him that I have blood pressure issues, including high blood pressure. I told him that my symptoms were impacting my quality of life, my ability to work, and that I had applied for disability. His response to me applying for disability was, "if you want to apply for disability then you need to find another doctor because I do not believe in that. I do not want to put a suit on and go to court for you. My goal is to make you more functional not more disabled." This is an appalling response to disability especially from a medical professional and he is clearly disconnected from how SSDI works, which again is appalling coming from a medical professional. In addition to my terrible experience with Dr. Kim, I was told by the office staff that their practice was in-network for my insurance but when I got the bill they are actually out of network. Also, the picture of Dr. Kim that was on their website did not match who walked through the door of the exam room. Very weird and unprofessional experience. 0 stars.

I was at Trinity Health late afternoon on 04/02 and I was very sick and was not expecting that they would let me in on a moment's notice, yet that's what they did. I visited with Dr. Victor Kim and I was so amazed at the care and concern of Dr. Kim and all the staff. They all were really so friendly and caring. Dr. Kim really took the time to talk with me and asked if I had any questions and was just so genuine. I want to thank Lillybeth as well because she really impressed me with her concern and kindness.
