I was referred to Dr. Marshall from a dear friend of mine, in a time when I could hardly walk. I have had lower back issues most of my life. Occasionally, I could bend or twist wrong, only to be shaped like an "S" for weeks following. Marshall is an amazing chiropractor. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years after a car accident and a string of less than ideal chiropractors, I found him. I suffer from a neck injury that is a lifelong need for adjustments. I see Marshall monthly and when I don’t I run the risk of headaches and tightness that makes life miserable. Dr. Marshall is everything I hoped for in a chiropractor. You can tell within minutes of meeting him that he is clearly extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his craft but he is also an extremely kind human being who makes me feel like he cares about me as a person and cares about my overall health and long term wellbeing

I came in for primarily for nagging neck issues as well as lower back pain. After less than a few months , I’ve forgotten that I used to have neck issues to the point my only remembrance is moment I walk into his office every week to tell him that I don’t have any issues. I was referred here by a friend and have had a few sessions now. I only go once a month cuz of a few reasons, but each session has been amazing. I had a decent sized neck hump from working at a desk all day long and combined with strengthening exercises, it is almost completely gone now. My general back pains from old injuries and hip discomfort are also pretty much gone as well.

I found Dr. Marshall through Groupon. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor. My initial visit went really well, he was very informative, answered all my questions, listened to all my concerns, and talked me through the process. I left feeling more educated in the field and excited to continue. Dr. Marshall does all scheduling and receiving patients, but he is always quick and attentive in our appointments. He is flexible with scheduling, gentle but effective with adjustments, and is personable, he cares about his patients and how they're doing, beyond just showing up for appointments. I never write reviews, but I had to for Dr. Marshall. I have been his patient for the last several years and am now going to be moving out of state, so I wanted to show my gratitude in a review. I initially began to see Dr. Marshall because of a car accident that I had gotten into. It was a pretty nasty accident that left me in a great deal of pain. I was treated for about 4 months for this.

After my care was completed from the accident, I continued to see Dr. Marshall on a weekly basis because I liked the way I felt when under care. I felt an ease of movement in my body that I hadn't felt in years. I felt more energy, less pain, and less stress in my life. I returned to playing golf and tennis, something that I thought was done in my life. My sleep improved, I was a happier person and easier to be around. I attribute that all to the care of Dr. Marshall.

But in addition to all of this, I also know that Dr. Marshall cared about me as a person. During the time that we have known each other, I lost a my wife to cancer. I also had my son diagnosed with MS and have to move in with me. There were very dark days. Days that it seemed I had no one to talk to. On those days I started calling Dr. Marshall, or just walking in to his office to see if he had time for me. He always had time for me. He would always let me talk if I needed. He never seemed rushed or inconvenienced by me. I shared some of my most intimate feelings of life and loss with him. We have laughed together, we have even cried together. Genuine tears of sorrow I watched this man shed for the pain I was going through. I love Dr. Marshall and all that he has done for me.

Relocating will make it extremely difficult for me to return to Las Vegas, but if I am in town, my first priority to will be stop by Marshall Chiropractic and see my friend and chiropractor, Dr. Marshall. May God bless you my friend.

My husband and I purchased a Groupon for his services because we wanted to address a few aches and pains that we started feeling the past several months.

We got there and first of all, there is no receptionist. He does handle all of the work. We were promptly brought into a room, and was asked a few general questions about our aches and pain. He proceeded to adjust my husband then sent him into another room to continue with his therapy. He then had me on the table and proceeded to adjust me. He was very aggressive with me. Yes I heard bones crack, but it was almost as if I wasn't given enough time inbetween adjustments to breathe and take in the adjustment to my body.

I also have residual pain from a broken back injury not even a year ago. He used this device that felt like a very aggressive massaging tool and proceeded to run it up and down my spine. He gave me no time to acclimate to what was happening to me. I felt instant pain and I was writhing on the table trying to keep myself from crying. At one point I even screamed out as he pushed the device over my injury because it hurt, and he never eased up on the pressure.

I understand that all doctors have their particular way they treat their patients, but Dr Marshall's conduct is negligent. My husband and I was in and out of his office in 30 min. His motivation was to get us in and out of there as fast as possible. I did not feel heard nor did I feel that he had any empathy towards the condition of my body or the state of my mind in the process of treating me.

I'm normally not the person to complain but I realized that if I don't say anything, another person could have the same stressful experience that I did. I hope that this review is helpful to whomever is looking for a chiropractor as I still am. All I know is I will not be continuing treatments with Dr Marshall.

I purchased a Groupon, I thought it was a good way to try this doctor chiropractor for the first time . I was there , I found out that he is not only the doctor but also the receptionist ( because he answers phones and also makes appointments) I was there for a total of 15 minutes and that included my new patient paper work ! The doctor is young and full of testosterone but works very little as a chiropractor . I guess he only works hard at the gym . My adjustment was no more than 5 minutes! Do not waist your money and look for another doctor that will listen to your concerns and really care for you .

Dr. Marshall and his masseuse are amazing. I've been twice now and will continue to go back. He's already helped me immensely with the regular stiffness, aches and pains. He doesn't rush. Dr. Marshall & his massage therapist were incredibly flexible & accommodating due to being several minutes late (with plans to arrive early to do paperwork as a new client) after getting pulled over for going 38mph in a 45mph while looking to my GPS as I'm from CA. & no pedestrians were present (even the officer mentioned that & that class wasn't yet out). I saw no flashing lights, but was having trouble/slight distraction with my GPS & was wearing a brimmed hat that may have skewed my view. I'd never before been on the 10 lane parkway & saw no evidence of children or pedestrians present. In CA, it's a 25mph zone when children are present for schools, so quite a shock to be pulled over. I was horrified to learn of my alleged oversight & woukd NEVER do so, deliberately. Dr. Marshall was thoughtful & kind enough to refer me to his cousin's law firm, 'Marshall Injury Law' as his cousin kindly represents people with traffic violations AS A COURTESY (AT NO CHARGE). What a blessing to have my alleged speeding citation reduced to a parking ticket & $98 fine with no points against my driving record. I've only ever received one ticket in '06 & went to costly traffic school AND paid a hefty fine. It was expensive & challenging as I was in school, full time & working part time. GOD BLESS the Marshall family & their helpful associates with my health & my introduction to the NV road laws. Lesson learned & FAR less time consuming & painful that it otherwise would have been. I highly recommend BOTH Marshall businesses. Many thanks to them for their assistance.

I have never given a bad review but feel I must say something about this chiropractor so other seniors will be forewarned. We are extremely upset with this chiropractor! My husband bought 2 Groupon coupons (one for both of us) for an adjustment and an hour massage. He did not have anything that was really bothering him but felt that it would be wise for us to start seeing a chiro regularly. We are senior citizens and are fairly healthy. When my husband met with the Chiropractor, the chiro asked very few questions and did not ask anything about his current health status. He took him to the drop table and proceeded to do an adjustment. By using his full weight on my husband with great force, he completely knocked the air out of him and left him in a great deal of pain. He could not really enjoy the massage afterwards because he was in so much pain in his rib cage. This was on a Monday morning. He was in intense pain for the entire week with limited mobility and the intensity only broke on Sunday. He has all the hallmarks of fractured ribs. Thank God we have a BEMER medical device because that helped with the pain. He had to use it continually. He also had to use ice and aspirin every day. He is still hurting but thankfully it is now bearable. Our issue with this chiropractor is that he knew this would happen and didn’t even ask if my husband was planning on traveling, etc., the following week. There was no way he could have done anything that week because he was in so much intense pain. We know that he knew what would happen because when I went in the next day for my own appointment, I told him my husband was in severe pain. And he answers with, “Yeah.” (like, “So?”) Nothing like “Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that!” And then he says, “Well, I guess I was a little aggressive with him. I won’t do that with him anymore.” And then he tells me about a 78-year old woman whom the same thing happened and she was in pain for a month. Hey, maybe you should treat seniors with a little more gentleness! I told him he better not do to me what he did to my husband! We will never go back to him because we don’t trust his judgement. He could have caused my husband permanent damage and ruined his life! Thank God he is recovering but never again with this chiropractor! I can't give 0 stars so have to give 1 star but he doesn't even deserve that.

Unfortunately this business does not accept any form of insurance, and I found an office that does accept mine, so I won't be returning. Doctor is great 5 stars, overall experience 2 read on. Got adjustment snap, Crack etc... so nice. Did a 1hr massage after was not best feel I should of went elsewhere for it. She didn't get everything( nowhere near) not even whole back, one side! and she point finger, press hold, (like a fingerprint )not pressure- press strokes massage or however you would describe a massage from spa envy...so didn't do anything and quiet, no music nothing.
I highly liked the chiropractor though definitely that was everything here.
*only serious issue after leaving I ate and took nap, woke up with sore throat and got worse as night went added body chills, mild fever, couldn't talk sore throat went a 10 sore, headache etc etc. I'm skeptical if one was sick had a bug and I got it now going to urgent care because not getting better. Either someone was sick there patient or worker or something was not sanitary that had virus and got me sick. How you get a bug in 114 degree summer never before and this might scratch me ever going back because it was the only place I went that day. 2 stars overall experience for massage and getting sick from there. Doctor separate a 5 star good treatment and service on that.

Dr. Marshall is the best! I saw him in my last trimester of my pregnancy when I was having severe hip pain ( to the point where I couldn’t walk some days) After just the first visit I saw huge improvement and after continued adjustments was completely out of pain for the rest of my pregnancy.
