Although my brother (Harold Thomas)was operated on 9 years ago I feel someone needs to see this Dr.McNulty is a unbelievable surgeon. Harold had neck surgery and lower back surgery. Dr. McNulty told him he would never play golf again. Yesterday he played 18 holes Thank you Dr. McNulty for giving my brother his life back!

First operation for my mother on her Lower back for her chronic back pain, the results are amazing. Dr. McNulty is an amazing surgeon. He not only helped her out with her back pain by eliminating her pain, he is also a very strong patient advocate. His staff, Lisa, was always available to answer any of our questions. I waited 43 years before I gave in and had a complete spinal fusion T1 to sacrum. You need to pick the best surgeon and the one who is confident in their skills. Dr. McNulty is all this and more. It takes someone who knows what they are doing during a 2 part surgery, 7 hours and 17 hours complete back reconstruction (an engineer)surgery. Dont settle for someone who is not experienced in scoliosis...pick the best and in my opinion Dr. McNulty is the best. I have two scoliosis sisters whom have received surgery from him as well and we all recommend him 110%

I have visited with Dr. McNulty 3 times in the past couple of month. I had been to SEVEN other Doctors in Las Vegas...no one could tell me what the cause of my pain was. He spent time with me, let me ask questions, and was truly amazing. We talked about surgery and I almost fell over when he called and left me a message with a suggestion for a hip surgeon. If I EVER need further spine surgery I would NOT hesitate to go back to him. He was the only one who could give me an answer.

I had surgery August 2019 by Dr Patrick McNulty. When I met with Dr McNulty for a consultation I could not stand straight, my right side (scoliosis) was protruding two inches and the pain and discomfort I had was enormous (due to surgeries that had been done on me previously). I now stand straight, I'm two inches taller, my right side does not protrude anymore and I don't have any more pain and discomfort thanks to this brilliant surgeon Dr Patrick McNulty.
Dr Patrick McNulty you gave me back my life, I will be forever indebted to you, I am 82 years old and my body feels like im 50.

I recently was operated on by Doctor Patrick McNulty for Lumbar 2&3 before the operation the pain was a 10 24/7 I had trouble walking pain med didn’t help at all. I was operated on Oct 31 after the operation I feel like I’m in my 30s again I’m 64 Dr McNulty is an excellent doctor with many of years of experience if you have back pain go see him he will tell the best way to fix the problem and its not always an operation. I highly recommend him

I had a pretty major spinal fusion about 13 years ago for stenosis, scoliosis & spina bifida occulta and to get straight to the point, Dr. McNulty saved my life!!! I am so thankful for Dr . McNulty .I recently visited Dr McNulty after having a MRI because of headaches. At his office I declined to put down that I had C-PTSD had Dr McNulty not been observant enough or not have cared that I declined to fill out some of my paperwork I could of missed the big picture as to what and why my body was headed for never in my life did I think PTSD could effect someone this way . I now have a clear knowledge and a diagnosis that I can move in the right direction in this State we don’t have enough Dr’s who take the time to care about us making sure we fill in all of our medical history or observe so thank you Dr McNulty for being a real Dr

Dr. McNulty did my back surgery in 2014. Have not had a problem since, he is straight forward and to the point. He is the only who helped me. I would definitely go back to him if I had a problem.

There is absolutely no excuse for how this medical professional spoke to my friend when she visited his Henderson location. She went for a check up on her genetic back problems and he made the entire focus of the appointment about her weight. Knowing she has a disease that makes it impossible to lose weight without finding the right treatment (which she has already been taking care of separately from this practice), he suggested she get gastric bypass surgery or take diet pills, when she already works out 5 days a week and eats incredibly healthy. He didn't even say or do anything helpful in regards to her back, claiming all of her medical problems would go away if she just lost weight. He made her cry both in the office and when she got home with his hurtful, embarrassing, and unnecessary comments about her body and chastising that "losing weight is a simple concept, so just do it." I'd hate to know what other inappropriate comments get said behind closed doors. I would say that I hope Dr. McNulty feels ashamed of himself, but the shamelessness of his behavior speaks for itself.

Getting this appointment scheduled was already unnecessarily difficult. At the visit, Lisa insisted she would “show me” that my digital insurance card could not be printed larger, when the real issue was that she did not know how to properly use the printer settings to scale the image. My frustration with that is now being characterized as disrespectful, but wasting a patient’s time over a basic printing task is disrespectful too. The practice has decided not to see me, which is fine, I have no interest in giving my money to an office this disorganized and difficult to work with.
