I really would have liked to be able to meet the Doctor in person but when I was asked $325 only for the first consultation, I couldn't afford it. It is really unfortunate to be surrounded by greed and if your are not well it really makes it worse because you are hopeless.

Dr. Guo is excellent. In her office, you are not a number. You are treated with respect from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Guo provides plenty of time for each visit to understand where your health is and where you want to take it. With that, she will help you achieve the goals you set for your health. Dr. Wen Guo is a genius. She knows her medicine well. I like how she doesn’t just prescribe medicine unless you need it. She would used natural medicine like vitamins to get you back healthy physically and mentally. To me she uses modern and holistic medicine together which is great. I am thankful to have her as my primary care. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Wen Guo is the most compassionate, professional, and caring doctor and I am lucky to have found her since my move to Las Vegas 6 years ago. She is a master acupuncturist and has an MD, practicing in both western and eastern medicine so you will get the best of both worlds becoming her patient. I practice real estate and it can get stressful some weeks at work, so I go in for acupuncture sessions and Dr. Guo knows exactly where to stick the needles to help me feel relieved after each session. She is very busy caring for her patients during work hours, taking time to get to know each individual and will advise and craft a plan based on your health conditions and goals. She has a keen intellect and may catch things other doctors may have missed...as was the case for me with my thyroid. She has steered me back on track now, and I am very grateful to have this doctor in my life. Don't forget to pick up some supplements/vitamins, my vitamin d levels were so low, and since then Dr. Guo suggested I purchase some supplements (I bought it directly from her office out of convenience and am assured its from a safe distributor as not all are the same or safe to consume). Since then, after getting retested my Vitamin D levels have increased and now I am functioning at optimal levels. Listen to your doctor and follow their instructions!

Dr. Guo is a very caring and knowledgeable professional, and really listens to your concerns. However, I can't say the same about her attending staff who takes care of her appointments, scheduling, and customer service. He does an abysmal job and is extremely rude, often times hanging up right before I finish a sentence. From asking about treatment to medication questions to billing help, it's a constant battle with him just to get my answers and concerns addressed. Please hire another secretary/attending nurse or additional staff as he is really pulling your practice down.

I recently relocated to Las Vegas and needed to find all new doctors. I researched and came upon Dr. Wen who is an MD as well as an acupuncturist. I thought may be I will be lucky to find a Dr. as well as acupuncturist all together so I made an appointment. During my first visit, instead of asking me why I went to see her, she told me she wanted to get to know me as a person and asked me to describe myself. It felt weird at first as that's not my normal experience with doctors. But she made me feel so comfortable that I started telling her about me and some of my recent issues. It was after our conversation that she reviewed my medical records including past test results with me. She identified a few test results from my last blood test that could cause the issues I was experiencing and sent me for a complete blood work. Long story short, since I first saw Dr. Wen six months ago, most of my symptoms are gone and I am feeling like myself again. I feel very lucky that I found Dr. Wen who is not only a good Dr. but such a caring person. I will continue to see her both as my MD and my acupuncturist.

Dr. Wen Guo is an excellent Dr! She takes time to learn about the patient, discuss their concerns and provide education on the treatment. Both her and the staff take time to get to the know the patient. There is only one staff member in the office, so despite juggling lots of jobs, he still takes the time to care and follow up as well. Dr. Guo has an excellent blend of eastern and western medical philosophy and knowledge to draw upon. I have referred several friends and family to her office.

I made my first appointment referral of a friend. My appointment was at 10:30 they called me the day before to change it at 10 because they have a conflict with another appointment. I arrived at 9:50 am while I was doing my paperwork a lady walk-in and they put her in front of me. I asked the the receptionist and on his own word he said “she messed up” and I responded “so should not she be waiting?”
After 15-20 minutes Dr. Wen comes out and asked me to wait longer because she has to do acupuncture on this lady. I said no, you guys told me to be here earlier and now you place a walk-in I front of me even though I was here before. She oh then she wait. The lady was inside of the room no mask, no gloves and now without proper cleaning the doctor asked me to go inside the room. POOR HYGIENE!! POOR SERVICE. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Then I ask for my documents back and tell them do not change my insistence. And they say “is not cover by insurance”. Then why you told on the phone that it was and why you asked me for all my INFO??!! I WILL NIT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AL ALL. ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON WITH COVID. CLEANING AFTER PATIENTS ALWAYS SHOULD BE DONE BIT SPECIALLY NOW!!!

Dr. Guo is a fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone that truly wants to heal. She knows her stuff and unlike regular practitioners that throw medicine after a symptom she examines the whole person and makes recommendations based on the findings for the individual. I trust and respect her.

I went in for an annual medical check up and was sent to a lab for blood test. 30 days later still no contact from Medical Excellence Clinic. After several calls and email, finally received lab report by email. I have few questions like to ask Dr. Guo but the staff told me Dr. Guo don't answer any question unless I make another appointment. In other words, if I like to know what the report says I need to pay extra fee. The staff who is Dr. Guo's husband, have very rude attitude. All he interest is your money. This clinic is the worst I ever heard!
