I don’t remember the name of my hygienist but she was bright and very professional. She had a great personality and made my treatment pleasant. Doctor T was his usual self. Efficient and very meticulous in his examination. I always trust him to have my best interest in mind when he speaks. The rest of the staff is pleasant and professional. My last appointment with Dr. Tren and Jenny went so well and they work well together. Jenny was constantly asking if I was comfortable and explaining the process to me. Dr. Pham was highly recommended by a trusted coworker! Calling to set up our initial appointment was so easy! They were able to get my daughter and myself set up for an appointment on the same day.
The office suite is modest and very welcoming.
The staff promptly got us checked and started with our appointments.
I love the staff asked what our concerns were and when Dr. Pham came in, she introduced herself and referred to my concerns! She listened! She thought out a plan to achieve what I wanted to achieve utilizing the products or brands I wanted to use. Although my ultimate goal may be pricey, Dr. Pham did offer other options just in case.
She was also upfront with the possible outcomes and what she could do to get me on my way to having the smile I want and want to keep!

Easily the best dentists I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Pham, Dr. Trinh and their team genuinely make you feel like family. It’s not just their skills and expertise that set them apart. Dr Pham did 6 veneers they kept falling off front teeth! Also did crowns that didn't t need to be done while doing this damaged a good tooth that had to crowned. Experience here started well with the supporting staff like the front desk and hygienist for example. Unfortunately, it turned a bit. Dr. Tran is passive aggressive. They’re unprofessional here gossiping about patients amongst one another. If a patient is telling you the quality of something they paid for isn’t good, why are you upset that they’re asking for it to be corrected? I have every right to explain that for something I paid for. You yourself wouldn’t accept that for you or your family. Why do you expect someone who isn’t your family to do so? That’s unprofessional and selfish. It’s not good service at all. Dr. Tran has also showed some attitude to her other colleagues and I’ve noticed it. She needs to work on that instead of thinking the title of Doctor is everything. Don’t be so entitled because of that. It’s arrogance. They’re pushy for Invisalign as well. People are human. We are not price tags.

The nicest people in a Dr.s office I've ever met. Clean, professional, well versed, and most importantly, kind. I've got a mouth full of ugly, but they didn't judge, just told me it can be fixed. I hit the jack pot with Dr. TRAN.

I absolutely love this dentist office from the front desk staff that knows me as soon as I walk in and had me checked in without having to ask my name, to the assistant and hygienist who spend that extra minute talking and listening to my stories and bad jokes the dentist who is so nice and and informative she tells me what's going on and is so patient with my questions, and she always hadls on the nicest perfume. I've even been in there with their resident students I'm not sure the actual term I watch medical shows and that's what they call them lol, but even the students are so good and thorough I had one actually fix a crown the VA did and needed to be redone. I don't know anybody that enjoys going to the dentist but Miracle Dental makes it a whole lot better and less stressful. Never an issue and they always have worked with me on appointment changes within a reasonable time frame of course.

I was looking for a new dentist as our previous dentist no longer accepted our insurance and after careful review of my network options and scouring yelp reviews, I ended up here with Dr. Pham. First off, be warned, the first appointment they will not do a cleaning even if you have kept up on your cleanings, but that is relatively normal for dentists. They had to do an exam only and X-rays, plus this very uncomfortable mouth scan, and give me a full diagnosis of everything they thought I needed. In my first appointment I was told I needed two crowns and three TINY cavities filled. I said I will have to think about the crowns, but we can fill the cavities. I have never had a dentist mention anything about crowns to me.
So, I came back a second time for my cleaning and cavities, and they filled the cavities very fast with no numbing needed, but the cleaning was abhorrent. I have never experienced such a poor job. When the dental hygienist was polishing she was rubbing the brush all over my gums, which was very painful. Also, apparently I had to do the mouth scan yet again and she went over ONE section of my teeth about hundred times. After all of that, I was told by Dr. Pham that she missed a cavity and that is far worse than the other ones and I had to come back yet AGAIN to fill it. Dr. Pham also pushed on me HARD to get me to start Invisalign, saying my teeth were going to FALL OUT of my head if I didn't. Again, never had a dentist say anything but glowing reviews of my teeth. She was so very stressed about this and my missed cavity that she left the room in a huff. Okay, I said, I'll come back yet again for the cavity and think about the Invisalign. Invisalign was $4,000 ya'll. The crowns for some reason were not mentioned again. Strange...
So I come back a THIRD time now for the final cavity. I am numbed by the tech (had different techs every time btw) and the dentist comes in, takes one look at the tooth, and says, oh that's not a cavity, we don't need to do anything today. WHAT?! Then Dr. Pham says, so do you want to start your crowns then? NOPE, NOT WITH YOU!
Listen - Do not go to this dentist, they are scammers looking to take every cent off of you. I went home with numbed mouth for a make believe cavity and feeling very icky that both crowns and Invisalign were pushed on me. Needles to say, I am still looking for a new dentist!
