The Optician was a very nice professional and well spoken Dr. She was friendly and caring too and so as most of the staff. What made me uncomfortable was the lady that served me to get my glasses done. I didn't come in expecting a hefty amount to pay but just to get what my insurance covers. I was quoted a high price even tho she tried to lower it down, I was not satisfied and I left. She needs to use an inner voice to talk to customers. Not everybody wants their business to be heard by other people.

I have been coming in for routine contact lens and glasses prescriptions for a few years now. Appointments always start on time and are thorough in getting the prescription correct as well as “keeping an eye” on any eye health concerns. Staff is consistently patient and warm, I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience during my visit. Customer service is really above and beyond every time. Dr. Guerrero is fantastic. I hate anyone getting close to my eyes, shining lasers or probing them. However, Dr. Guerrero was very friendly and made the experience a good one. She even made me laugh a few times. I highly recommend her and her staff. Five stars!

ModernEyes are one of the most friendliest and understanding eye care doctors that I have been too. Our entire family goes for their annual visits and have never had a complaint. I had an appt. For my daughter…and I completely forgot to put it on my calendar…I called them and they were very understanding and we were still able to squeeze her in…..and that is why we love this place!

Really good visit for the first time being there. Each and everyone was very pleasant and easy to talk with. Basically was a very seamless appointment and while not needing to go back in a year there won’t be any hesitation to do so.
Just did a second appointment and it was just like the 1st one, everyone is super friendly and helpful & the same for Dr Guerrero is super nice and spends time with you answering my questions. It’s so nice to find someone who takes their time with you.

OK, but talk about modern technology. Compared to my last opto, this clinic definitely has some of the more advanced tech for treatment and diagnosis of eye problems. Everyone is super sweet, from the quick answering of calls to the warm felt greeting of welcome when you enter, all of it was noted and truly appreciated.
I also value the time Dr. Magdato takes in explaining what each tests are for and what was found. Prevention is key and she thoroughly explains what can be done to help with this.
Overall, super happy to have them conveniently close by.
