Doctor Wall is an amazing doctor! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I have epilepsy and she got me on the right medication to stop my seizures, and I haven't had a seizure in 8 years thanks to her. She's a rockstar and extremely knowledgeable. It's hard to find good medical treatment here and she's one of a kind and the best. I'd highly recommend her to everyone. She really cares about her patients and will always go the extra mile to ensure good care for her patients. I just read a horrible review about her and it couldn't be farther from the truth. She cares and listens. I'd highly recommend her to everyone and appreciate her so much for always taking care of me and saving my life. She's truly the best doctor and really cares about her patients.

I don't know how to put this but I was very upset with on how the doctor treated my father and the family. First off my father was Dr. Wall's patient for 20 years. He had paid her the extra fee she charged for many years for the service she provided. My father became very ill and was in the hospital many months and my father was concerned with his health and so was the family. My dad had questions he wanted answered and Doctor Wall was seeing my father on her rounds at 11:00PM at night on a regular basis when my father was sleeping and when the family was not at the hospital. She did not communicate with our family well even after repeated calls to her office. Dr. Wall just has too many patients on her plate. I have never seen a doctor see patients that late of night at a hospital and even the nurses commented about her seeing patients that late. Unfortunately my father passed away at an extended stay facility a few weeks after being released from the hospital and the family did not get one call from Doctor Wall or a card. All my other fathers doctors sent us a kind note along with many nurses. My father was one to tell jokes and he make everyone that helped him have a smile. I would not advise having Dr. Wall as your GP. I would like to make a strong suggestion to Doctor Wall if she reads this. It would had been nice of you to had contacted our family after my dad passed and you should seriously think about cutting your patient load and clinic hours. I think a doctor needs time to rest and sleep. I felt Dr. Wall was missing both. The body needs a certain number of hours to sleep and rest so it can have a clear mind for the next day of work.

Dr Monica Wall has been the most caring, compassionate doctor for my wife and I for 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and provides excellent referrals if necessary. She is down to earth and very easy to talk to about any medical condition with answers in understandable language. We never feel rushed. Her staff including her daughter are very kind and helpful. I've referred others to her and they are all very happy. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her for our doctor.

Dr. Wall is a prayer answered. Over the many years, she has taken care of three generations of my family, and I canβt thank her enough for all the loving care she has given us. Dr. Wall, and her staff, have seen us through many challenges, ranging from wellness counseling to end of life planning. Her compassion and understanding is incomparable. I owe my life to her.

Not sure what to think. I had a pre operative screening with Dr. Wall as I did not have a regular family doctor here in Las Vegas. This entailed chest x-rays, blood work, consultation, and a follow up. All the things you would normally due with a family practitioner, and a few extra due to the surgery. This afternoon I called her office to get a new prescription for an acid reflux medication.
Her receptionist rudely stated that she is not accepting new patients, and would not write my prescription without a consultation since I'm not her patient. I politely asked the receptionist if having had the previous consultations and tests done with Dr. Wall a few months ago qualified me as an existing patient, and she told me no.
This is an example of the kind of customer service we are seeing more and more of in Las Vegas. In this case, I have a doctor, who knows my medical history and saw me within the last 3 months, who refuses to see me, or prescribe needed, non-narcotic, medications. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Therefore, I do not recommend anyone, ever, see Dr. Monica Wall. If you have to pay copays and deductibles you understand how initial visits can be on the higher end of costs, and with Dr. Wall, you will pay that initial visit fee, then have to find a new doctor and pay it again when Dr. Wall refuses to see you or prescribe you medication after your first appointment.
I want to reiterate, I am NOT seeking narcotics. I am seeking a prescription for a common acid reflux medication, and the only way I can use my HSA to purchase them is if they are prescribed.(This is a moderately priced drug over the counter)
