The receptionist was so rude! First she accepted my insurance, and then, ten minutes before my appointment, she told me they didn't accept it! She wasn't friendly at all. Find another place if you have an emergency!

I’ve been coming to this office for years, and I continue to receive the same consistent, high-quality care every time. Recently, I had a crown done, and the attention to detail was exceptional. The fit was perfect — no pain, no gaps, and no issues whatsoever. Doctor Do took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. You can really tell she cares about the outcome and about her patients as people, not just appointments.

The entire team is friendly, professional, and organized, and the office runs smoothly. I always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend — truly a 5-star dental practice.

Came here for my 6-month check-up since it had been a while, moving from California. Staff was super nice and helped set up my appointment for cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Do, even informed me about early signs of developing cavities during inspection and had them promptly repaired. Everything went smoothly!

Went here because my mom's tooth was infected and she was in extreme pain. Unfortunately, the dentist wasn't in the office, but the receptionist was very helpful and searched another dental place that would accept her insurance. Got the infected teeth out and my mom is getting better.

The nicest office personnel and the kindest , most gentle dentist.
My son, Trevor and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Trevor is a "special needs" young man. It took several phone calls to iron out a visit to My Care Dental (my ducks weren't completely in a row). Throughout the process Kaylee was COMPLETELY friendly, understanding, professional and helpful.
Dr. Do was very friendly and assured us she would quickly refer us to a specialist to deep clean Trevor's teeth (Trevor requires complete sedation).
Within 30 minutes of leaving My Care Dental, the specialist sent me a text inviting me to give them a call to schedule Trevor's appointment.
Thank you My Care Dental!! 5 stars, because Google doesn't allow a "100 stars option"!!

Updated: I have gone here for years. The past year or so the customer service has gotten horrible. Phones don't get answered, messages aren't returned in a timely manner, last minute rescheduling...you name it. Love the actual Dentist, but until the overall staff gets their act together, I will not be back!

Disgusting my girlfriend came because she was in terrible pain they took one x ray determined she needed a root canal gave her a dollar amount a prescription for antibiotics and over the counter pain meds (Tylenol extra strength) with all the pain she is in, made her an appointment she didn't agree to for said root canal when she called to let them know she rather have it pulled the front desk woman got angry with her that she was not wanting to go for the procedure and instead of scheduling her for the extraction she hung up in her face i wouldn't send anyone here!!!

Do NOT go to this place the front desk lady Analisa is very rude and disrespectful I was trying to make an appointment and she was being very rude with attitude and hung up on me and I called back and asked to speak to the doctor or the manager and she claimed she is the manager and that the doctor can not get on the phone . Very uneducated very rude and disrespectful lady . Has no customer service nor education .

I don't like writing negative reviews. I thought long and hard. It need to be said. Since our dentist retired 3 years ago. We came to my care dental. Dentist is very unprofessional. First visit was for my husband to have a teeth extraction and add a tooth to his partial. Tooth extraction was poorly done. Not enough pain killer. Left a gaping hole in my husband mouth. Most dentist would have stitch it up. This dentist did no such thing. The tooth that was added to his partial did not fit right.
Fast forward to July 2019 came in for another tooth extraction, cleaning, and to make new partial for upper and lower mouth. Dentist office only took xray of the teeth that was to be pulled. Did not take xray of entire mouth. Dentist did not due a complete examination. Yet by looking @ a 2 year old xray tell my husband he need to new root canal on the side that
she the dentist didn't even bother examine. I called to the office to question about this. Receptionist try to tell me bs that they don't need new xray to determined treatment. XRay can be 5 years old. I been going to dentist since i was a child. I have never seen sloppy work. Dentist who treat her patients as a dollar signed. Such unprofessional work ethics. Stay away.

They said I had four cavities that needed to be filled asap costing me over 800 dollars. Got a second opinion. Absolutely NO cavities. Draw your own conclusions.
