Dr. Nam Nguyen at Sunrise Hospital is an excellent doctor. During our 51-day stay at the hospital, he dedicated his time to the patient with care and compassion, focusing on improving the patient's physical condition. He is kind and explains the patient's status clearly to the family. He is the best doctor at Sunrise Hospital.

The offices are
clean and organized, great professional building. Above all, the doctor and nurses were great. Nam was calm, attentive and gave us confidence everything would be fine, we felt safe. My wife and me were very happy, all though we where only in vegas for a couple of weeks.

Dr Nguyen was great with our daughter and listened to our concerns. He even mentioned several things we hadn’t considered. He is also doing an extensive blood work panel to see what we can figure out and go from there. We really appreciate his care and concern. Thank you, Dr Nguyen

The doctor is great, we love him. My daughter loves him, he takes the time to educate, interact with my daughter, and genuinely has the best interest. However. The receptionist LAURA is very aggressive, very confrontational, & escalating. She threw th iPad at me, she constantly has an ugly attitude since we have been going there we have simply tolerated it and aren’t a fan. But this time around she got confrontational, kept arguing with me with my daughter the patient there, threatened me, and was completely unprofessional in every manner. I was appalled and in shock at how she continued even to the point in which we left. We were speaking to someone else to get information and she smiled and made commentary all the way till we left. This was inappropriate Behavior for any patient. As a pediatric office, I am far from impressed with this problematic person. She is the first face u see walking in, she eats at the desk, is careless, has zero accountability, has an attitude and seems like she hates her job or life. I’m simply sick of walking in and having to deal with a person like this ever let alone the agressive uncomfortable situation we were put in the entire span of trying to see my daughter’s doctor. In no way is this okay. The professionalism and lack of accountability has gone down the drain. I am disgusted and bothered heavily as a mother to bring my daughter to her doctor to have to go through this abuse ever is truly amazing to me as a patient. We were placed in an uncomfortable position with zero manager to be around or talk to physically the entire time while she got away with continuing to attack my child and I the entire time if the appointment from enter to exit. This should not go unheard of and needs to be reported immediately. She’s a harrassment to that place and parents and their children and that’s exactly how I felt, harrassed. The entire time. I simply am in shock how a professional corporation is getting away with having someone there that is simply getting away with their actions is seriously concerning. I’d say go somewhere else in a heartbeat if we didn’t have our doctor here! She’s a threat to your office and business.

I have been a patient of Intermountain Health for quite some time now and as a result, my children also attend the pediatric care. We had an incident where Dr. Nguyen was absolutely amazing. He came in, assess the issue and immediately started to document what needs to happen. moving forward and so would love to have anyone go and become patient of this organization they located off of Durango and, Russell Road definitely would be a good choice if you looking for attentive, physicians and medical staff
