Eli Munyehirwe is the best. He truly listens to what going on and treats the problem. It’s hard to find good doctors and he’s definitely one to keep if you’re looking for a great psychiatrist. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always tries to get you in and out as fast as possible.

staff is always polite and flexible as possible.
appointments are convieniet and they do they’re best to accommodate you as best and often as they can. i’ve seen multiple providers and Dr Zerenni is my best fit. she is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and treats your as a human not another patient. can’t say enough good things about her herself and the office does there best, if your a mom like me they very much try to help and keep things calm and it’s never an issue! thank you my girls at Phycare!!

Was seen an hour after my appointment time. After my vitals were taken I asked to use the restroom, walked in and immediately walked out. It's like they have never cleaned in there, urine caked onto the rim and pink bacteria growth in the toilet bowl from never being scrubbed. Disgusting.

There was a little bit of a wait and they weren’t able to take our Medicaid but I was still happy with the service. Nurses and doctors were nice. I feel bad that the reviews are so poor for this place.

Terrible service by Michelle and Pamela who tried to misdiagnose a family member also disclosed another patient’s information in front lobby very loudly was ambushed by billing caused a panic attack ambulance called now they won’t answer calls bill went from magic 800$ to 150$ or my OBGYN left practice medical assistant is gone front office staff rude, I will never go back I wish my psychiatric Dr was amazing Petrie then had Xareny was doing well unfortunately she works for them

This office is dreadful and back billing as well as blocking my calls and exposed my medical information in the lobby , they still wont answer phone and attempt to avoid on all contacts as they basically are not allowing me to see my primary care or my other care provided without reasoning that is sufficient. Also the sad part is I have been going here for 3 years since there old location on valley view terrible people and Pamela was the one that disclosed my HIPAA information in front of the whole lobby plus be aware this clinic will not advise you that it is not a clinic for mental health will never recommended as everything changed after Dr. Petros left , Also Pamela is not a doctor she is a NP please don't be fooled also no call backs still and it being over 2 months as I have high blood pressure and anxiety and they don't care for the well being of the patient . Terrible

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. When I went back to the desk she asked out loudly what was going on with me. She tells me that they are calling me back now. I wait another 10-15 minutes, watching them call people that had just walked in. I left without being seen. They did not care and the staff is very unprofessional. Now I have to find another clinic bc I'm not dealing with these people.
