When I met with Dr Ashan I felt like a number not a patient. I was rushed and felt like he did not have time for me. 3 yrs ago I was referred to him from Bullhead City because I was told my widow maker was 50 to 70 percent clogged. After 3 years I would think it should be checked again but the Dr does not give me time to even ask the question after I drove 2 1/2 hrs to make my appointment in time. My time actually meeting with my Dr was less than 3 minutes. I am not happy. Niw I have to wait another year.

We have been seeing Dr. Shahab Khan for many years, and this is actually my first time writing a review. Our experience has always been excellent. Appointments are on time, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they attend to patients promptly.
Dr. Khan is not only an excellent cardiologist, but he also treats his patients like family. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. He has cared for several members of our family—my husband, my mother-in-law, my daughter, and myself—and we have always received five-star care.

The wait in the lobby was short, the medical asst was pleasant and thorough while checking my vitals and doing an ekg. Dr. Gururaj came in within a minute for our appt. It's always great to see him, as he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, a good listener, caring, reassuring and focused on giving his patients the best medical advice and Healthcare possible. I trust him completely as he has taken great care of me and my heart for 11 years! He's so smart and good at his job that he even teaches other doctors around the world how to do specialized medical procedures. He's always on the best doctors of NV list and he's my favorite doctor, too! I highly recommend him to everyone!

The wait time in the lobby was minimal. While in the exam room, my vitals were taken efficiently. The doctor came in within a few minutes and everything went smoothly. At check-out, the staff was able to set following appointments, for required test, in a matter of minutes. Great job by all.

"Dr" arturo marchand did not ask me one question, sat 3 feet from me, no exam, ordered the ultrasound.... and walked to the door to leave. I said "i just have a couple questions." He said "Google it, yur a smart girl" ....Also, infront of staff said "she is not to get the results unless she makes another appointment with me" .
Huh?
There is a sign at check in: Medicare copayment is $225 at the time of exam. So, that's all you get, is exams ordered the first copayment.

My surgeon himself is amazing. That being said, his office staff is beyond incompetent and lazy. This brilliant surgeon's reputation will continue to suffer due to the inept, substandard, unqualified, inefficient office employees who relish in providing pathetically deficient service with vigor.
