My regular orthopedic doctor couldn’t see me until over a month away. I was struggling with disabling pain in my left hip caused by a flareup of bursitis. The pain was agonizing. Getting desperate for relief, I learned of the fast track clinic. I walked in and was seen quickly. Ashley administered a much needed injection with little discomfort.
My pain is now subsiding and I can even walk now.
When a traditional doctor is not available, or even if you go there for regular treatment, I am so happy to recommend this clinic option.

Ashley is great. Love this place i go to many different doctors in there, but I had run across this P. A or Fastrack, I'm not sure and she happens to be excellent. I would stick with her and not have to see anybody else in there. For my toe, I like her. I like the way she deals with people. And she's very smart. She gave me a shot, and I feel better, and she really knows the body very well

Excellent experience all around. I thought that I had broken a bone in my foot right under the ball. I know from experience that the ER really can’t help. I was able to get in the same day I called.

I was called in exactly at my appointment time. After a few questions they took me for an X-ray.

I’ve had shoulder pain for almost a year and had 2 nerve blocks.(Radio frequency ablation). Neither helped them I had a steroid injection 2 months ago and that didn’t help. I was referred to Advanced orthopedic and spine center for neck and head MRI. After talking to the NP she suggested I see dr Kim. Not being really excited about coating another shoulder specialist, I decided to go ahead and give it another try.
Dr Kim did a 20 minute complete and thorough examination ( this was extremely impressive as no one had been so diligent) and looking at my previous MRI of my shoulder he decided to give me an injection in a different spot.
My pain has all but disappeared. What a great doctor and a true gentleman.
The office staff is fantastic, accommodating and extremely professional. I’m very impressed and thankful. I also recommend the office and specialty Dr Kim. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Simon Hwang was informative but poor bedside mannerisms. He comes across as angry and frustrated from start to finish. He was quick to answer questions before understanding the questions. I had to repeat my question or two. Hopefully he’s not always like this and just having a bad day.

My pa lucas porter was very professional and has the knowledge of what is going on, at least in my case , I would recommend him and the other staff to people with spine problems, he told me to try physical therapy first but in my own opinion I need surgery, I am in constant pain but I am going to do what Lucas suggested because I am not a doctor

He makes it a priority to answer all your MRI concerns while also doing his on physical tests. Pushes conservative treatment and also goes over surgical procedures.

Highly recommend Paul Morgan and Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center. Was able to get a same day appt for an elbow fracture and Paul was my provider. Paul set my splint and was in and out in approximately 45 min. Knowledgeable, kind, and explained the process every step of the way. Staff was top notch and caring also. Highly recommend.

I filled out my paperwork. The lady asked for my ID and then forgot something so she needed it again. There was this nurse (I didn’t get her name but I noticed there were tattoos on her arm, calling out for Martin, twice. Then she called for Marlon, sheepishly giggled and said ohhhhh I forgot my readers ehehehe.

I hope she isn’t in charge of any dosages or anything like that, I wouldn’t want her taking care of my close friends or family but neither here nor there. She leads me to a room and says oooos I made a mistake you’re supposed to be with Dr. Rimaldi.

So I went back out to the waiting area, then went back AGAIN.

Just to be seen by the Dr. Rimaldi for a total of four minutes. He was impolite and inattentive.
This place is a joke.

Hello, my name is Carolyn. I'm 71 years old . I fell and fractured my wrist. It was devastating and scary. The emergency room doctor sent me to the Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. I met with Dr. Jay Zurfluh. He had a marvelous bedside manner. He took his time explaining all the details after x-rays. Although I had to wear a cast for a while, he calmed my fears. The staff members that assisted was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a true Southern Belle from Alabama and Hospitality is in my DNA. They made me feel at home.
