This place was great and tech Ramon was really cool. He answered all my questions, some even before I could ask, and made me feel reassured that was I actually able to sleep in a new place with cables on me. The whole place was clean, from the lobby to the room (which was delightfully cold!) to the bathroom.

I was only "disturbed" three times during my whole night - first when a pulse oximeter came off, second when he started my CPAP, and third in the morning to gently wake me up and kick me out since the sleep study was done lol. Aside from the distance, I fully recommend getting your in-lab sleep study done here!

Had my sleep study last night. Did not sleep well all night. Not really sure if what sleep I got was adequate for any evaluation. I didn't have one dream. Can't remember sleeping, but was told I did. Came home, took melatonin and slept well. The girl who scheduled me told me not to take melatonin, so I didn't bring any. When I arrived, the sleep technician said melatonin is OK to take. They don't provide any sleep aids either so I was stuck. I'd rather get this done in a hospital under anesthesia or with something to make me sleep. It is what it is, but seems there could be more done in that setting to make you sleep well, with dreams like at home. The technician was good, but he's got limitations. Can't give sleep aids or anything that will ensure sleep. You're on your own. Press a button to get unhooked throughout the night to use a shared restroom. No shower, no t.v. I sleep better in a hospital. Better sleep at home.

Encouraged to do this test every couple years when on CPAP, possible adjustments to treatments and new machines. I personally hate this test as after 17 years on CPAP you are encouraged to sleep without it. I can't do that. So hoping they will not try to make me sleep without it again. Get your info with me hooked up. Otherwise it was not that bad I guess. Lol. The therapist was funny and very helpful and sweet and sympathetic to me getting up every hour to pee, lol. Good luck y'all if you have to have this test, pretty invaluable if you want to prevent a heart attack or stroke in your sleep. Do your research and be brave.

Do not fill out the form saying you will pay anything the insurance doesn't cover!!! this is just a tactic to bill you more and get out of billing you insurance. Very dishonest billing practices as this location, good luck getting a hold of Laura in billing. I left at least a dozen message over 1-2 months before she finally called me back after I left a more direct message I had left. She said she left multiple voice messages and emails, confirmed the number and email, checked spam. No voice mails, or message. Kudos to my BCBS insurance, they put in serious work with me, called them MULTIPLE times, they also had serious problems getting a hold of billing. Was assured many times by my insurance that they cover a 1 time, 2 night sleep study. This place will bill separate nights so they can collect more money from you, and then when the insurance finds out you signed the form saying you will be liable for anything insurance doesn't cover, this place can just ignore the insurance and you after. They at least reimbursed me back for 1 night, but that was only AFTER I talked to insurance and they said uhh, they billed us the full amount.. and once they finally got a hold of Laura in billing it was only THEN that they reimbursed me for 1 night. Hopefully my insurance contracts with another group, wouldn't send anyone here unless you like to give your money away, in which case it would absolutely wonderful experience.

I had no idea what to expect and the Staff Member, Ramon was excellent at describing the process. The room was clean, the bed linens were clean, soft, and the bed was soft - just the way I like it. There wasn't a mirror in the room and when I stepped into the bathroom, I understood why. I started laughing at the image of someone from another planet, with wires everywhere. Ramon was very attentive to the temperature of the room whether I might need anything before he plugged me in. It was a good experience overall. Oh, and actually finding the door is a bit confusing. Do not come here! My fiancé has been suffering from sleep apnea and was referred to Nevada Sleep Diagnostics. In January 2025, he was given equipment for an at-home sleep test. We completed the test right away, returned the equipment immediately, and since then have been calling this office for over 7 months with almost no response.They rarely answer the phone (A total of three times since January) and each time they brush him off, promising to call back but never following through. Just this past week, they answered, said they would return the call, and once again no call back.Meanwhile, I watch my fiancé stop breathing in his sleep almost every night. The lack of concern for patients’ health, especially with something this serious, is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. This is not about bad customer service at a retail store—this is about a patient needing medical equipment that could prevent life-threatening complications.We will be filing complaints at the highest levels because this is terrible business practice and a complete disregard for patient care. The fact that I even have to write a review like this is sickening. Avoid coming here at all costs, the moment they get your money you will be completely ignored.

I did a 2 night in home sleep Study. Waited 6 weeks to get my results. Finally received them and then was told to go see my primary provider with the results. My provider looked at me at my appointment and said I don't know anything about CPAP machines. Go back and talk to the sleep Study people. Never anyone in the USA who answers the phone, can't talk to anyone at the office, so completely frustrated with this while process. Had better customer service with an online CPAP company than the Dr, which I never saw, never talked to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Too many other sleep Study places to choose from. I had the home study done and when it was done my wife told them to send the prescription to our provider. Well they sent it to another provider that we will never go back to because of really bad service. We have been trying to get a hold of them for almost 3 weeks now left numerous messages and no call back. By rhe time they get back to me (if ever) my prescription will be outdated and I will have to come out of pocket for another 300+ dollars. This place is a joke. To complete a study I needed over 5 months. There is no way you can talk with anybody. All you can do is leaving voice mail after voicemail hoping that someone will call you back. When they call you back usually after a week they leave a voice mail telling you call again. You call again and all you can do it is leaving another voice mail. Anyway. Completed the study they sent the paperwork to As medical for my Bipap machine and the paperwork was no legible. AAM tried to contact them to request another copy and nobody called or faxed them in 3 weeks. I contacted Nevada Sleep Diagnostic requesting to send the paperwork again ( on a voicemail of course) and after 2 weeks As medical and myself are still waiting. This is absolutely third world service. Stay away from them.

Editing to say that the owner wrote a very thoughtful email to me, with the results of my sleep study. It doesn't change that this was an awful way to get my results. I imagine if you have a straight forward sleep apnea that this place is fine. The person who called me to schedule first, was fine, very heavy accent that was hard to understand but he was patient & we got me scheduled. I had an awful time finding the place due to no signage visible from the parking lot. Anyway I go in fill out a paper while the tech, who seems to be all alone (he's running between calls and the bank room leaving me upfront kinda watching the show, this dude works his butt off, measures my neck and explains that I take the device home & explains how to use the device & bring it back on Sunday & drop it in the box. I mention to him that I have no interest in a CPAP machine but instead a mouth appliance that holds my jaw forward like I've had before. He says oh yeah you'll get a referral to a dentist,ect. Well 2 weeks from my appointment I got a letter in the mail that explains that Isleep will be contacting me for a CPAP machine. First, a letter? Weird and outdated. I immediately call Nevada Sleep & even though it's 10:30 on a Tuesday they don't answer. I left a message explaining my situation & after 8 days hadn't received a call back. Called again and pressed 2 for scheduling instead, because hey whoever answers should be able to help me. No, not only was she in a room that sounded like a big party in the background, all heavy accented. Ok, so maybe you outsource to a loud call center in India but... then can you get people that understand sleep apnea? She literally had no clue. She put me on hold to ask her friends & came back saying a tech will call you after 9am tomorrow, well it's 7pm "tomorrow" & you've failed for the 4th time to assist me in a manner that I would expect of a professional medical establishment. Hoping that maybe, a review telling everyone to avoid this place will get someones attention? 🙄 I'd like to think I don't need to waste another 3 months getting a referral, prior authorization & appointment before I can get fitted for a mouth appliance.

I did my sleep test last night at the Tanaya location. My tech was very good, nice and professional. I don't think I slept very much though, Kept tossing and turning, as usually.
I came home and slept 4 hours🤔🤔.
The only thing I didn't like about this place was their office phone contact. I called 4 times over a period of 4 or 5 days leaving messages. The only response I recieved was when I called at 2pm about confirming my appt for that evening. Finally at 8pm someone returned my call.
So don't expect to get any answers if you call the office.!

My doctor ordered an overnight sleep study for me with this clinic. The overnight experience itself was just fine. The technician was friendly and explained the monitors and procedure very well. It seems the clinic outsources its appointment booking and confirmation to an overseas call center, and the accents were somewhat hard to understand during the various phone calls I was required to answer to keep my appointment. I thought a DIY sleep study would be difficult, but it was a no-fuss, easy-to-follow directions, experience. When you arrive for pick up, they separate you from the other patients that may be in the waiting room so that social distancing is maintained. The staff walks you through the directions which are pretty intuitive anyways to follow. Drop off is just a matter of slipping the device through the slot in the door.

Didn’t know what to expect but Bill who did the testing was very nice, explained everything as he went along and made you feel comfortable. A positive experience. My only negative thing to say is it is a bit difficult to sleep. Oh well could be worse.

I feel that the room was a bit dis-shoveled and I was disappointed that there was no tv, as my brother went to Henderson location and had one. I do however feel that "Bill" took very good care of me. Boy! did I have a good night's sleep!! lol

I went to the Summerlin office for a sleep study. It was my second. The first was almost 5 years ago. Changing insurance rules required I do it again. The facility and staff were excellent and did what they could to make me comfortable. I find these studies difficult and it is almost impossible for me to sleep. I did manage to get a few hours sleep and was glad when it was complete. After i went home, showered and slept like a baby for another 4 hours! I had no problem finding the facility the instructions were very clear.

I hope I never have to do another sleep study. But, if I do, I would be happy to go to Nevada Sleep Diagnostics again. It is just very hard for me to sleep wired up and monitored the way needed to collect the information.

Bill was very helpful and did a great job allowing me to complete the study. I was worried that I would not sleep and have to come back and do it again! Thankfully that was not the case.

I have no problem finding your office on the first try, normally I try to get out and check it the day before. That evening I arrived and the entrance doors were locked, I went around the side and found the janitorial stripping the floor and cleaning. I told them I am here for my 9 pm appointment. They let me in and I proceeded to your office. I was greeted by Juanita, she is an exceptional, knowledgeable, dedicated and a beautiful lady. Her customer service skills are way beyond my expectations. I was ready for my sleep study and she made me very comfortable all the way under her care. Juanita is an asset to your office, very professional and thank you. Why does it take so long to get our sleep report? Thank you for having this service available to all, I will let my friends know, Vietnam Veteran 1967 U.S. Marines.

I was very surprised to find that I really enjoyed my stay at the sleep center. The staff was professional, took time to explain what they were doing or were going to do and made me feel relaxed and at home. The bed was clean and vey comfortable. I would recommend the sleep center to anyone looking for a sleep facility.

Had a sleep study done at your Summerlin Lab on September 24, 2013. One of your employees insisted I did not need O2 bled into the CPAP and that I did not require Oxygen supplement while placing electrodes and equipment on my body. %SpO2 dropped to 87. It was checked at my insistence. I was then allowed to have the portable oxygen I arrived at you Lab with. This same employee asked me how many L of O2 and informed him I am on 4L of O2. He stated I was at %SpO2 at 4L and only needed to be at %SpO2 of 95 to 94 and proceeded to turn down the concentrator to 2L per min and left it at that for the duration of the sleep study. At no time was my lung volumes tested or checked. I do not remember the employees name. He and his three co-works do. An Employee named Bill set up monitoring equipment (all but concentrator volume, which was 2L per min) and monitored through the study treated me very well. Thank you Bill. To your other employee I would like to know his Doctor license number.

Excellent staff, courteous and professional.
The velocity of the AC system generated white noise but it was no match for the toilets when they were flushed multiple times during the night. Of course I used the facilities twice myself so someone else may have the same thoughts.

Don't like sleep studies, this will be my one and only I trust, in these situations, sleep is a misnomer.

Did not have any trouble with the directions, i read the driving directions carefully.

As far as the test goes, the techs were as nice as they could be.
everything was done professionally as far as i can tell.
Lets face it and grow up here, there is no easy way to give a test like this
so grin and bear it.
Myself i usually don't go to sleep till 2:00am but i sort of prepared for this test by going to bed earlier, not taking naps during the day etc...
You guys did a good a job as any could have done here.

The location is hard to find. Its dark in that area and the building is very difficult to see from the street. There are large bushes blocking the building and the number to the building is hard to see. I think I drove past it like 3 to 4 times before I pulled over and call for directions. The staff was great otherwise it would had been a bad experience for me. After finding the building "Edwin" was really helpful,l hooked me up with allsorts of wires and answer all my questions. You should have checkout time changed to after 11 am since that was the best sleep I had in a long time.

I have had 4 different sleep studies now and this was by far the easiest. This says a lot because I HATE sleep studies. The tech was awesome and made me feel comfortable. That being said, I still haven't heard from the homecare or my dr about my results or about getting a CPAP. I am so ready to be done with my sleep apnea. Give me my life back! :)

As I entered your facility in Summerlin I was very pleased with my greeting and the efforts made by the staff to make me comfortable. I told them that I had recently had cervical spine surgery and that if I could not fall asleep in the bed I would need a chair and hopefully a recliner. Your staff when out of their way to find a room with a recliner.

It was an uneventful night and I appreciate all of kindnesses expressed by everyone.

The staff is very helpful and professional!!! I appreciate that a great deal!!! My only complaint is that the facility can be hard to find. I think it would be good for the people that schedules the appointment to let patients know the location of this facility is not in the main hospital. I have been here twice for my sleep study and this was an issue for me both times. After a certain time, certain doors of the main hospital are locked and there in no one working at the information desk. If you happen to be in the main hospital it can be a difficult getting where you need to be.
