This doctor and this office are about as unprofessional as they can be with the poorest communication as anyone can have. Intermountain itself is along with its AI are a total waste for the medical community. After a year and a half thecAI doesn't recognize me as a patient. I picked the wrong medi care operation

I was a good 1/2 hour early for my appointment as I come from out of town- they accommodated me and bumped up my 2nd appointment with the specialist so I could get home quicker- truly client friendly. Office was clean but I remember their kindnesses the most.

That was my first appointment with him. I liked him his office staff is nice. The only thing I don't like it is so far for me to drive. And with unreliable transportation so not sure how long this is going to last. Heather Ballantyne referred me over to him because of something with my echocardiogram it shows mitral valve regurgitation. So I had to go see him so they can do further testing to see how bad it is. But still it's a drive I don't drive on freeways so it was about a 35-40 minute drive. From where I live so we'll see but anyways I do like him he so far seems to be a really good cardiologist. I have decided to actually stay with this particular provider for cardiology. He does his job the way it's supposed to be done. Now there's a couple other cardiologist with intermountain Health that don't have a clue what they're doing. Don't even listen to your heart your lungs check your pulse look you over. That's not a true doctor it's a half-assed job. But Dr. Neville Mistry. Is the best he does what he's supposed to do and I trust him and I understand everything he says. And that's what a doctor supposed to do. Not like these two other digging bats that I was seeing with intermountain Health at a different location. So he's stuck with me that's for darn sure.

Finally!!! Thank God for Dr. Mistry!!! Nailed it, and I am so happy returning to him (not Dr. Leichman). Dr. Mistry knows what he's doing and also has a straight forward yet compassionate bedside manner. He is honest and if unsure he is humble enough to admit it. His staff/team, (excluding Leichman), goes hard for his patients. Brianna, Vanessa, Carla.... Thank you for your diligence and not dismissing me as "anxious". I am confident that between Dr. Mistry and his staff, along with my PCP and his staff, I believe I will get better. Dr. Mistry has me scheduled with a different EP as well, so, I am looking forward to figuring it all out as a team, together. I can't thank Dr. Mistry and Brianna, Vanessa, and Carla enough. I'm just grateful to be under the care of competent, compassionate humans. Thank you all at Warm Springs Cardiology for helping figure this out 🫶🏽 May we ALL live long and prosper 💓🙏🏽💓

Dr mistress and his staff saved my mother's life very thankful to the doctor and his staff because of the new procedure they have out for open heart surgery they did the tavern on my mother and she is doing great and she's alive because she was too fragile for the Open Heart procedure my family and I thank him and his staff from the bottom of our hearts
