Overall there have been some problems here, but they're a lot better than mission treatment centers. Just make sure you track when you see your counselor and dont ever miss. They will not tell you you're due.some issues with billing and such too, but considering how bad Mission is... better go here.

That said, this isn't high praise. Mission is absolutely terrible. This place you'll have to keep track of basically everything, they cannot be trusted to do so. Make sure you keep track of when your counselor needs to see you, even if all the other counselors call for their patients when they need them, yours may decide they don't feel like doing that and drop you down a level when you haven't seen them for a while.
They WILL make mistakes regularly, and instead of fixing the right away they'll just make you shift YOUR life around to accommodate their error, whether or not you can afford to come back in the next day, or you have a very long drive to get there and they are costing you massive sums in gas. They don't care, it doesn't affect them. They don't take HPN medicaid, they will say they do but you will be paying for service until their lawsuit to get back pay from HPN gets done which is...some time in the future. They will have difficulty dealing with insurance and won't tell you until you owe them a ton of money and then spring it on you once they finally realize it. If you can deal with all this though, as I said, theyre better than mission is.. The nurses in the back are rude, quick to anger, and extremely EXTREMELY lazy. They will procrastinate whenever they find any way to do so and try to push people with larger take home amounts off onto the nurses on other days to make their job just incredibly stupid and easy. They're still probably the best clinic in town, but again that isn't saying much.

If I thought it were possible to move my dosing elsewhere or just have my primary care physician handle it I'd just ask her to take over for them

When I lived in Las Vegas I transferred to this clinic from Oregon I have never seen such judgment in cruel behaviors by the owner and her family they only care about money they don't care about you or your treatment or how they treat you if you are one penny short they will not see you they will not let you medicate they are cruel I cannot believe that they're even still in business I was so happy to get away from this clinic we were beyond shocked at how they treated their patients after transferring from a clinic that actually cared and would do anything for their patient the owner is absolutely greedy uncaring unsympathetic please do not go to this clinic.

Unfortunately this option is not given to people enough, it gives a person a chance to get off of the constant treadmill of using meds with a very short halflife and destructive tolerance issues and on a road that is managable and life saving with methadone! This office has a very intelligent and compassionate MD and an entire staff that wants nothing more then to help you become a happy well adjusted member of society and you can see their kindness in the way they treat you every day! Thank you new beggins you are truely hero's in my book!!

You have to pay now, even with HPN. Why pay $120 a month if you are covered. They said it would go back to normal with HPN but it never did, 7 months I ended up paying for

Been going here since 2015 and never had any issue with the staff, nor any issue with any other patient -excepg one who tried to sell me her doses in the parking, and when I told her no, she tried to run me over...this was right in front of the owner, Gail). They give you take homes when you start and stay clean, or take them away if you fail a drug test (which happened to me after I got out of CCDC, it was only then that I was made aware that if you tell CCDC that you're a patient of theirs, you'll be able to temporarily dose in jail). Cindy is awesome, and funny as hell when she's not reprimanding someone for not wearing their facemasks inside (which is understandable). Gail is awesome, a couple months ago, she stated to have Quest diagnostics come in to give patients free Covid testing. Only issue is that I wish they would open one closer to where I live up in Summerlin (would hate to know how long the drive is from Durango and 215).

I love Cindy she is probably the most intelligent person there. What a wonderful human being the rest of the staff is equally pleasant and kind. Miss Gail is a rare person in the world of drug rehab she actually cares about you and what happens to you. Most clinics just want your money. I am so grateful to have been guided to her clinic.I have nothing but love for every one there.

You can tell right off the bat that this place is about saving and changing lives!! Staff is patient but know what they are doing. So if you got a question ask because the most likely know they answer or where to get it!!

Linda Webster.The minute you know you are going to ANY of the jails, tell them where you go and you will be dosed..And they try to keep you comfortable until you're meds come thru(2-3 days)

I wanted to know if a person is incarcerated at the Clark county jail or Henderson jail if they bring your dose to you in the jail? Or if your supposed to cold Turkey and risk an overdose when released...

I'm rarely late, I'm been coming here for 2 years already. Had problems with my first counselor Emily, glad she's gone. Every time I tried to to dose down she would advise me otherwise. Now I absolutely love my new counselor kevin. I love the nurses never had a problem with them. On the other had I'm not sure why Tyler has a problem with everyone. His always in a bad mood. Back then I was able to give 50$ for My dose a week and everything was good. But once I brought it 10$ he would always complain about how he had to change it in the system. When I wanted to pay for two week and handed them 100$ bill they refused totake it because THEY had taken fake money and were no longer taking 100$ bills. So now everyone has to pay with change only. And every time I hand Tyler anything more then the exact change he has the most annoyed look on his face along with a smart remark.,for example this Tuesday 01/22/2019 when I handed him a 20$ he looked at me and said "now what" . He honestly made me feel bad for not having enough money to pay for the whole week. When Ive been going to this clinic every single day until recently,For personal problems. For a place someone is supposed to feel unjudge and safe ,there's alot of judging coming from the front desk people, SPECIALLY TYLER. With the move I thought major changes were going to happen, although there hasn't been. (love the new place) And I'm glad Cindy's back she seems to be the only reasonable one working the from desk in the dosing area.

This clinic is awesome. Just moved into a very nice new building. Staff is so nice. There’s 4 dosing windows. Moves quickly. I like it much better than CBH. I would definitely recommend this place to you...
