Very professional and detailed visit. They take the time to answer your questions. You don't feel rushed. Even gave me a print out to explain my condition and what to watch for. Dr. Murphy was great. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Good experience.

I have been a patient of New Eyes for over 10 years. After two cataract surgeries, and timely emergency assistance that helped me get immediate emergency care for a retina tear caused an aging vitreous, New Eyes has been there for me.
They provided the most compassionate, professional eye care anyone could ask for. Dr. Helga Pizio improved my vision beyond words by performing cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Jeffrey Austin conducted my annual follow-ups and helped my eyes stay healthy.
I recently moved from the Henderson area to Summerlin and I was pleased I am now in the competent hands of Dr. Rory Murphy who completed my most recent examination.
Yes, all these years, I have been fortunate to experience the best possible eye care treatment. During my last visit, I was extremely impressed by a technician in the N. Durango office. I was greeted warmly at front desk! The person doing all the intake information was professional, thorough and friendly too! Dr Murphy welcomed me to the practice with a smile and cheerful spirit! He explained what he was doing and made sure I understood what the next step should be. The entire experience was positive and welcoming!

The level of attention I received with my visit on 06/03/26 was amazing. I had experienced an ophthalmic issue 6 months earlier that did not necessitate a visit to New Eyes, but the attention I received reinforced my opinion that they truly care about you. While I was there longer than possibly "scheduled", I never felt like I was being pushed out the door before all of my questions were answered.

I like the Centennial location. Arrival was efficient, and I was seen right away. Machine to test eye pressure and retina health were a newer technology, quick and painless. The doctor I saw was well informed, had consulted my chart, and answered all of my questions. Next appointment was scheduled quickly, and I was on my way. Perfect
