I have been coming to this dentist for at least 3 if not 4 years and keep coming back. For one, dhey are honest in their advices, for two, they consistently provide outstanding customer service (which is so rare to find in Vegas in the heath business). Kudos.

NLV Dental - Family is one of the few places where you can tell they actually care about the patient experience. I went in for a deep cleaning and it was 20/20 across the board.

The office is clean and professional. The check-in process was smooth. The staff was respectful and clear about what was happening and what to expect. No attitude, no rushing, no confusion.

The hygienist did an extremely thorough job and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. They explained what they were doing, gave helpful tips, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged. That matters more than people realize.

The dentist was straightforward and informative, and I appreciated that it didn’t feel like a sales pitch. They focused on what I actually needed and answered questions without trying to pressure me into extra work.

The results of the deep clean were the real win: my teeth felt noticeably cleaner and smoother, and my mouth felt fresh in a way that regular cleanings don’t always hit. If you’ve been putting off a deep cleaning, this office makes it way easier than you’d expect.

I’ll be back, and I’d recommend NLV Dental - Family to anyone looking for a reliable family dental office that’s professional, detailed, and consistent. Deep clean = 20/20. Thank you so much!!!!

The best customer service!!! When I told her how horrible I was treated at their other office she stayed on the phone with me for about 30 min so that we could go over the mistake and come up with a solution to assist me. The patient ie: the customer. Was very empathetic and understanding. Thank you so much Marzy you are the best!!

My experience at this office was great for being a first timer as an adult. Like most people, I get some anxiety about going to the dentist. I was very pleased with the office service and staff. The assistants made my visit so much better than what I expected to be. Dr. Trinh was incredible!! They were very gentle and explained each procedure that would be getting done which made everything 10 x's better for my nerves. . This office is impeccable. I will be referring all my acquaintances here from now and on.

No water in the sink, bad and arrogant receptionist and refused to treat patient for what they want. Meaning my insurance cover 100 % cleaning and i ask them to do my cleaning and they set me up for different cleaning and ask me to pay more or extra and when i said just to do what the insurance cover the receptionist denied my request.
