I had such a pleasant experience. From entering the front desk ladies were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The hygienist Oscar was gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Lastly I came in for a procedure and coming from a different dentist office where I had a horrible painful experience. I had a bit of anxiety. Dr.B was amazing. He explained what he was doing during the entire procedure. I have Tmj issues and he made sure I was comfortable and was kind to give my jaw small breaks for comfort during the procedure.

I recently had some extensive dental work done with Oak Grove Dental Care in North Las Vegas. The staff was very professional and the work done was a pleasant and pain free experience. Dr. Joseph Bernardo and Penny, his assistant, were so wonderful today! I went in for one tooth broke down to the gum and the tooth next to it broke in half and both had to come out! I was so scared!! Really! But Penny was so sweet and calming getting me prepared for the doctor i felt a little more at ease! Dr. Bernardo, he was so gentle and fast and friendly i was really surprised and thankful for him! I felt nothing and his reassurance throughout the whole procedure was actually amazing! As a new patient, the experience was great. The whole office has a friendly staff, quick to make an appointment. The tech who took my scans was very friendly & took his time. Dr. Bruchu was great, has very good bedside manners. Summer the dental hygienist was lovely, she took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Nikki and the entire staff were so kind to me when I was desperate for help. Words can't describe having one's quality of life restored but words can describe her quality work, patience and compassion. Just an amazing team and I couldn't feel more blessed to have ended up here.

Edit: I have been back several times, and now am seeing Dr. Bernardo as Dr. Nikki has moved to a different practice. I didn’t think it was possible but my second experience was even better than my first! Dr Bernardo is an amazing Dentist’ I have a complex case and require a lot of work. My health has declined and my teeth have basically taken a beating. I was feeling Sad, depressed, embarrassed and defeated because of medication I must take that has destroyed my teeth over the past two years. He quoted an action plan that could fix what was most important to me! He is my hero! Dr. Charles Bruchu is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Kira gave me and my husband a 10 plus (10+) check up and cleaning - went smoothly and did an excellent job. This place has a lot of newbies...doesn't know what they're doing starting from the front desk, to x-ray tech to the doctor and assistant. Was x-rayed 3 times before they're able to get a clearer picture. Had me numbed on the left outside part of my gums, but the doctor injected me on the inside part of my gums. It was painful as hell. Took 5 shots and tooth that needed extraction was about 2-3 minutes of twisting, Felt it so I started shaking. My tempory Crown they put in place came off after 1 hour of install. I went back again. Will never refer this clinic. Same with the front desk, they called me back from home to send me my prescription and wanted to know where's my Pharmacy. I did fill up all the information as soon as I arrived at the clinic but they didn't look at my information and why wait till I'm home to give me my prescription. Not very organize

First time here and my experience was great! First of, it’s very very close to my house so I don’t have to drive far. They make you fill out the paperwork ahead of time on your phone so when you get there it’s all done and ready and all you have to do is sign. It’s easy peasy and the lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The lady who did the X-rays was also very nice and communicated with me all the things she had to do. They also had this new machine where it took a picture of your whole teeth both inside and out and I thought that was very cool! Never had that done before! The lady who did that procedure was very nice and also educated me on what was going to happen next. The hygienist, Rose I believe her name was, was also very very gentle on my teeth. I have alwats had a fear of dentists due to a bad experience when I was a child but she was very nice and gentle and explained everything of what was about to happen. She told me my teeth were great! Which was really surprising since I hadn’t glad a cleaning done in almost 2 years! The dentist herself was also very nice! Her name is Nicole and she did some test to figure out why one of my tooth was hurting. She recommended to put 2 crowns on my 2 front teeth and that is what I’m going to do! Overall my first experience with Oak Grove Dental was awesome! All the ladies (sorry I forgot the names of 3 of them! 😔) that I interacted with were all great and very knowledgeable on what they do and they were all very nice and made me feel comfortable! Which was great cause like I said, I have anxiety whenever I go to all of my dental appointments due to a bad experience I had when I was a child. I would definitely recommend Oak Grove Dental to everyone!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Everything went great from the initial phone call to make the appt till the time I left to go home. Actually, my wife and I both went together. Her appt was at 1130 and mine was at 12. It was our 1st time there. We are new to the area. We signed a few things on our arrival and then we were both taken to treatment rooms almost immediately. We had filled out our new patient forms online prior to our visit. Everyone was SUPER nice and at no point did I feel as though I was being rushed thru. It was a very thorough visit. Rose was my hygienist and she did an incredible job. I can’t remember the dentist’s name but he was the male dentist there. He was also very nice and explained everything very well. At no point did I feel I was being pressured into any treatments but was given my options. As a former traveling RN, I have had dental care all over the US and I can honestly say this was one of the most positive experiences I have EVER had. My wife felt the same. I wanted to try a new dentist i got a flyer in the mail for Oak Grove Dental Care and I just had my first appointment. This dental office has the most advanced technology I have seen. They take many detailed images and 3D ones too that are pretty amazing to get to the root of your problem. Some of the major pluses i experienced in my care included a wedge spacer to hold my mouth open so I could relax(never experienced that prior)and I also had chapstick applied to my lips so that they wouldnt be uncomfortable while I was being worked on. The office location is close to many restaurants it is new attractive and clean. The staff was very personable and impressive very knowledgeable in their skills. They really went out of their way to provide me with great customer service and even helped me with the new patient paperwork. I had alot of work done today including a much needed cleaning that feels amazing. The whole experience went very smooth and not one time did I feel like I was part of an assembly line ( like I have elsewhere) Thank You Oak Grove Dental Care

Recently had to visit, the staff was able to schedule me immediately and get me seen same day! I hate the dentist after several terrible experiences, but needed to get this problem fixed. They made new patient registration super easy, and assured me I’d be well taken care of. Kira was one of the many who helped and attended me that day. And she was incredible, amazingly efficient and knowledgeable. Never felt so comfortable and ease with someone, but she really exhumed confidence and professionalism. And Dr. Cioca was an absolute pleasure, helped me with everything and made sure I was set with all the work done. Helped me feel confident and comfortable with going to a dentist again. Dr Charles Bruchu is a god send truly. Him and his entire staff. They got me in quick, worked with me on a budget, took my tooth pain and mouth issues very seriously. I personally had a really bad tooth infection going on and they were able to take me in the next day and get that tooth out nice and easy !! Super friendly, everything went smooth with the extraction. Everyone was super nice, no judging or reactions. They talk you through everything !! Definitely going to be my number one dentist place !! Amazing dentist. My husband and I would probably never see another dentist office as long as this company is open. The staff is amazing and the dentist and hygienist that took care of us made us feel very comfortable. They even checked on us to make sure our pain was controlled.
