Working with Aaron has been an excellent experience - it was hard to find someone who has his area of focus around athletic performance for adults.

By following his guidance around exercises, rest, and mobility I was able to resolve a nagging issue that I'd tried (unsuccessfully) on my own to resolve for a few months. I would definitely return for any future issues.

I'm also appreciative that the advice and proscribed exercises are practical and things I can fit into my existing training and warm-up routines. Aaron is very easy to talk to, sets realistic expectations, and approaches his work with curiosity and genuine care for his patients.

I went to Aaron with a finger injury and he was excellent both at each visit and in the exercises and progression he gave me to rehab my finger. He has also seen a couple rock guide coworkers of mine who also think he does a solid job. Very knowledgeable! If you need a PT for climbing related injuries especially he is the best in Vegas

Aaron helped my shoulder a ton when I had a rotator cuff injury. I have already referred friends to him and will definitely continue to do that. Super knowledgable and empathetic. Great for climbers.

I had a great experience with Aaron rehabbing some lingering finger injuries from climbing. During our initial visit, he was methodical and systematic in properly diagnosing my specific injuries and creating a plan to get me back to where I wanted to be with my climbing. His treatment plan was adaptive to my schedule and my equipment availability at home. We talked about my goals and I felt like his recommendations were always well-suited to them. He taught me some important skills about doing rehab for myself in general, which I will undoubtedly use in the future. He's knowledgable about a lot of fitness concepts and helped me with my weight training and warm up routines. We spent a lot of time during our visits talking about the concepts and methodology of the plan, which I found value in over spending the visit actually running through the entirety of the protocols. Id recommend Aaron to any climber looking to fix a new or chronic issue, or even healthy climbers looking to increase their fitness and prevent injury. Thanks Aaron! I can crimp again <3

I have been seeing Aaron for about 6 months now (for 2 different climbing injuries) and I cannot recommend him enough. He is a very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring therapist. Aaron took his time to fully understand my injury and my end goal (to get back to climbing at my best) in order to create a rehab plan that worked with my schedule and resources. He helped me fully recover from my shoulder injury just in time for my international climbing trip, and I went back to him immediately when I had my second injury (pulley). If you've got any injuries or just physically feeling a bit off, reach out to Aaron and he'll take care of you!
