I dropped my glasses and the lens fell out. Took it to optic gallery and Patrick the friendly staff member told me he would take a look. I was prepared to pay for a replacement pair. In about 7 mins Patrick walks out with my glasses fully repaired! I was surprised and grateful he had fixed them. He didn't even charge me for the repair! Was in Las Vegas for the weekend and floaters appeared in my right eye. My doctor advised that I see an eye doctor but my niece who worked for an eye specialist told me to find a doctor that could do an Opto map retina imaging. My son and I recently had appointments here, and both experiences were excellent.

My son was seen by one of the female doctors, and I was genuinely impressed by how caring and attentive she was. Even though he was perfectly healthy, she took the time to ask questions, show concern, and make sure everything was thoroughly checked. Her professionalism and genuine care left such a positive impression that I decided to schedule an appointment for myself as well.

At my appointment, I was seen by one of the male doctors, and I appreciated his approach just as much. He explained everything clearly and in a way that made sense to me. His communication style matched the way I like to understand and process information, and it was obvious that he truly enjoys what he does and cares about his patients.

We did experience a small hiccup when the office’s payment system went down. I don’t have a physical HSA/FSA card and normally pay using tap-to-pay, so I wasn’t able to complete the transaction at the time. The staff handled the situation professionally and were very understanding, allowing me to come back later when their system was working again.

Overall, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and accommodating. It’s refreshing to find a medical office where both the doctors and staff make you feel valued and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Well, as a walk-in by chance I hit the jackpot at Optic Gallery (Arroyo Crossing). My first impression was the store and front desk was very clean, lighted and organized - no clutter. The front desk was cheerful and efficient. The office tech did some great testing - professionally done. Dr Perez then examined me. He was very thorough and very easy to talk to. I was never rushed and he answered all my questions. We established a game plan that I was very excited about. Importantly though , Dr Perez set the tone of that office. My experience at Optic Gallery was beyond my expectations! From stepping into and exiting this establishment, I felt the radiant, gleeful professionalism of everyone there, as if I was a V.I.P. going into a Spa. I was offered refreshments and was engulfed in politeness I've rarely experienced in the service industry, not to mention, the attention to detail from the reception, to the intake, the the amazing doctor, to the prescription tech, who was so informative in helping me choose my prescription with patience and more importantly knowledge. I left that place knowing more about the importance of eye care than I did before I came here. And thats thanks to my doctor, who made my comfort in asking questions so much easier, because of her ability to ask. Most people hesitate asking mundane questions because they are or don't feel comfortable, but she made me feel so at ease in asking about my eye care. It might sound odd, but this was the first time a doctor actually sat down with me to go over my eye health in detail, answering every question with thoughtful explanations and real solutions. I’ve been in glasses and contacts since I was 11yrs old. This office and doctor has been hands down the best experience I’ve had getting an exam and assistance with new glasses and contacts. They do NOT pressure and guilt you into escalating costs. They provide all options and accommodate the clients needs. My Rx changed and so I was going to get new glasses but after looking at all of the frame options decided I still like my current pair of frames. The staff were so accommodating helping look at new frames and then easily transitioned back to just doing new lenses in my current frames. The Doctor is so down to earth and approachable as well as practical. Getting an appointment has been more than easy, I’ve been able to walk on and be seen the same day after a nominal wait, which I used to run to Walmart really quickly. Overall fabulous practice and experience!!

If it's efficiency that you're looking for, then this is the place for you. If you're looking for an office with heart, this is not it. Everything is rattled off at you, and you better keep up because they do not know how to take the temperature of the room. The young gentleman at the very end, who reviewed the eyeglass choices did. He reviews everything at your pace, and he wants what's best and most comfortable for you. Kudos to him.

I have been coming to Optic Gallery for 8 years now, and the customer service is still superb. Perla is my main point of contact in the office and she is very thoughtful and thorough in her service. She is top tier for sure. Dr. Borges is very knowledgeable, approachable and explains in detail all her findings. 10/10 for this office and staff.

I work out of town and was unable to schedule an appointment, but I gave them a call early Saturday morning, and even on a busy day, they were able to see me for my eye exam. Also got all the help I needed selecting the frames for my glasses. Helped out a lot since I’m a very indecisive individual. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Perez is amazing!!! He takes the time to explain what’s going with your vision. Explains all the tests they perform. I travel 40 mins to the Arroyo location just to see him and probably pass up 5 other locations but his attention to his patients and their eye health is unmatched.

The office is impressive—clean and modern. The staff were courteous and efficient.
