I have been a patient of Dr. Jordon for over 11 years. He was recommended by a coworker who shared my diagnosis of Keratoconus, a disease of the cornea. I saw two other providers prior who had nothing but problems fitting me with these special lenses. I was unable to drive at the time as glasses were unable to correct my vision. Reading was also an issue because I was an RN doing record reviews and I literally could not see the typing on the pages. Dr. Jordon examined my eyes and & prescribed my contacts.I COULD SEE!! I arrived early and was seen early. The staff is friendly and competent. I requested dilation and digital retina photography (DRP) and both exams were conducted quickly. This was probably the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I've had yet. The doctor took her time and completely explained the results of all the tests and examinations. I have a complete understanding of the health of my eyes and look forward to a follow-up in a year's time.

Unhappy with the office staff who rushed my kids picking frames while criticizing their physical features. My child is now convinced her eyes are too close together because of the employee who said that to her. She came home upset and in tears after we left. They need training on how to be around children.
All 3 of my kids were seen. Spending an hour total on 3 children, is ONLY 20 MINUTES EACH. The second employee was even worse when I came back in to get her the ones she originally wanted. The person on the phone said yes you can change them and get the ones your daughter wants. Yet when we got there, the lady seemed in a very bad mood & angry. My daughter’s face dropped to sadness & she looked like she was going to cry after I asked her for the ones my daughter liked but the angry woman with black hair said she can’t have those bc they won’t fit.
She shouldn’t have made us come back in and they definitely shouldn’t have made us sit with this angry woman who doesn’t work well with children. My daughter is also neurodivergent. Couldn’t believe they made us come back in just to upset my daughter again. I explained all of this over the phone to owner/dr. He was more focused on the first employee, not the angry younger woman who doesn’t work well with children. My daughter still talks about this to me bc it has stuck with her.

I had an issue with a pair of prescription sunglasses. One of the screws in them would never stay in, some issue with the threading, it would always pop out and I would have to find the tiny screw and screw it back in. Well yes eventually it popped out and I could never find the screw again. I stopped in here and asked if they sold the screws, the kind lady I spoke with not only replaced the screw, she put some sort of fastener on it which prevents it from falling out altogether! And when I asked how much I owed, she said there was no charge! Keep in mind these glasses were not purchased here and I had never been to this store before. You can't get better service then that! Next time I need glasses or an eye exam I know where I'm going!

Upon making the appointment I am always informed of any copay I have and I have always been greeted by a pleasant front desk staff. I rarely have to wait long, I’m usually early and typically seen early as well! The office is super clean and although I haven’t bought glasses, only contacts their selection of frames is abundant and diverse! When I order my lenses they generally say 7-10 days and I don’t recall it ever taking that long, they usually come in earlier.

The front office staff are very customer service oriented. Timely check in. This was my very 3rd visit to this facility, Dr. Saldivar paid attention to my special needs for both eye glasses/contact lenses. Will definitely 💯 recommend this facility to any veteran that may need eye care.

First time coming to this location and i must say i am Very pleased. My son and I walked in and were greated. We arrived early for our appointments and were taken back shortly after our arrival. Dr Saldivar was very thorough and explained everything. She made sure i was comfortable with the contact lenses and double checked my previous prescription. She is very knowledgeable and an Absolute pleasure to be seen by. I am so Happy we found this location closer to home. The staff and Dr’s here are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I had a very good experience here. Dr. Radtke was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. She was able to to determine that my cataract had been come worse. She prescribed new glasses. I had such a great experience here. Honestly, I was super impressed with Dr. Saldivar, she’s incredibly detailed but also just really personable. She actually took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel like just another number on her schedule.

I went in on a Monday, and you can tell it’s a busy day for them, but the staff handled the chaos with so much grace. They even managed to move my appointment up a few days earlier when I called, which was a huge help.

A big shout out to Adriana for helping me pick out my frames! Since it was my first time getting glasses, I was definitely a bit indecisive, but she was so patient and just exuded great customer service. If you’re in Vegas and need your eyes checked, this is definitely the spot.

OK. Wait time was just OK, not fast but not slow. Plenty of tests. The cost of the lenses and frames was pretty high. They did not give me the prescription when I was done. Went back the next day. Receptionist told me they only give out the prescription when specifically asked, which seemed very odd to me.

Amazing service as always! I even arrived a little early and was seen immediately; no wait! They were very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring all my information was updated. Doctor even took his time addressing my medication history and explained each extra tests needed and the affects of each medication. The office staff was very friendly and professional, not just when I called in but when I checked in and than again as I checked out, all three were different, however all three gave me exceptional customer service. Dr Jordan was super attentive, and knew exactly what I needed. I was in for a special type of contact lens Scelarals, he knew and understood the issue. I love this optical center. Jen is an optician and she is amazing. She took the time to help me find a pair of eyeglasses that fit my needs. She is so professional and helpful. She is so friendly and really cares about her clients. I will never go elsewhere!
