I am dissatisfied with the care of my repair . Took my broken frame in on Monday. (Still under warranty) The rep. claimed she would give me a call on Thursday to pick up glasses. I call3d Friday morning l3ft a v/m to call me back on the status of my reading glasses. No reply. I called after work Friday afternoon, and the rep did not know where they were at. I called Saturday mid morning, now the representative tells me to call back on Monday because the girl that should know where the glasses are isn't in till Monday. I am disappointed, let down , bottom line this place will no longer see me as a customer and will not recommend them to anyone. With so many optical options, you would think they would be more concerned to keep a customer informed and communicate the status of the repair. The glasses initially cost more than $150 dollars, just for one pair. ( not even an expensive name brand)
I encourage everyone to take care of their only pair of eyes, so you don't have to spend time and money at these rip off places.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nataly Gammoh since I moved to Las Vegas nearly seven years ago, and I just picked up my fourth pair of glasses from her practice.

I love this place. My family and I have been coming here for a little over 3 years and we absolutely love it. The staff is amazing. Rosa is so sweet and super helpful always so kind and patient. She explains everything in a way that it’s easy to understand. Patsy is super fast at her work always giving us appointments super quick and Mabel is so patient and helps us with picking our glasses until we’re absolutely sure we’re happy with our choice. had a very frustrating experience here. I was pleased to find a place close to our home that accepted our insurance. We discussed the insurance over the phone, including reviewing the co-pay for the retinal exam that my husband wanted to get. when he went there for his appointment, they told him that the price would be higher than the agreed-upon amount according to their contract as an in network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield federal insurance. I called there to discuss with them that they had charged a higher amount then was the allowable co-pay. They gave me a very hard time about it. spent five minutes discussing this with the person on the phone who couldn’t understand that the amount was incorrect. this information is very readily available on Blue Cross website for this insurance. It makes you wonder if there’s some intentional behavior on the part of the business to charge more than they are allowed. She told me I would have to wait till tomorrow to talk with the office manager. I was further frustrated by this. A few minutes after that she called me back. She said she had spoken to the manager and they were willing to reimburse the $10 and I believe so. A customer should not have to spend this amount of time and energy to get charged the correct amount.

Bad experience with anabel and as well bad customer service! I dont recommend the eastern location! They made my eyeglasses incorrect twice while having the prescription. I let them know i wasnt satisfied. I ask for my insurance reimbursement was told they cant. I made a payment with my personal debit card because the insurance wouldnt covered it ask for a refund and again they denied it. They offered to remake the eyeglasses I decline it. They gaved me a second offered to have store credit with the amount they didnt refund me or to recommend a customer . Thats just unprofessional!

The service I received at this optical shop was amazing. I have a tough time understanding my insurance benefits but the two front desk girls, Rosa and Patsy, made it easy to understand. I elected to get a fundus photo as part of my exam and it was cool that the doctor was able to show and educate me on what was going on in the back of my eye. I LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff were very kind and patient, the eye doctor was very also kind and showed me pictures of my eyes and explaining my issues. Then recommended what I needed for my eyes. This is the BEST place to purchase glasses as well, I was prescribed glasses and I can FINALLY SEE. Waiting for the check up barley takes 15 minutes, it’s very understandable pace. The prices are very fair and understandable, therefore 5 STARS.

The doctor and he's assistant are very professional, I really loved their service. But the receptionist are very rude and disrespectful. They told a lady and her baby they couldn't be in there even if they were waiting to be seen by the doctor, because she didn't have an appointment, that the chairs were only for customers with appointments. I felt really bad for the lady being descriminated. The lady went outside to wait in a 95 degree temperature. I hope the right person can see this message and put a stop to those receptionists.

Loved the professionalism and kindness of the optician, Emily when choosing glasses for my twin sons and myself. Never have been in need of glasses and had many questions. She took her time to educate me on my prescription each family members got and went over many payment options for prescriptions much needed for my twins on a small budget. My son’s optical condition. Up until today I have never cared about optical issues and never gave it any importance. So my optical education is almost non existent. Possibly read one chapter on the optic topic in college in 2004.

Still very much encourage the experience I had with the front office. Thank you ladies. You made getting bad news of my child’s deteriorating optic condition a much better experience as if I had only seen the Dr.

First, the website offered an appointment on Saturday at 9 a.m., which I made for all 3 of my children. It was stated that they would contact me. But they never did. I show up Saturday for our 9 am. appointment to find out they don't open until 10 am. Once there, I am informed that they have no doctor on Saturdays EVER only Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. I just hate having our time wasted.

this is the worst place I have ever visit for my eye exam I give this place -10 stars. This place has no business doing eye exam. To start the doctor didn't take his time to do my eye exam the receptionist did it doctor only came in and put a light on my eyes and said your all done. I had to Pay for Another eye exam. I waited to see the doctor for 45 min and my eye exam took 5 minutes I don't know about anyone else that can do an eye exam in 5 minutes. SERIUSLY DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS THE WORST OF THE WORST. And to top it off they wanted $575 for glasses and I have Insurance I've payed before around $300 but because I got designer glasses this glasses they were giving me were $20 pair of glasses..

My rating -5 . Service at the Opitical, the worst . Very disappointing we're all going somewhere else sorry for Dr. Gammoh she is very good but she will be losing 5 patients. Pricsila was very helpful but there is only much that she can do , paid $250 after Insurance, they tell you "warranty is for 3 years it cover absolutely everything everywhere", well, need a repair repair ,you will find out is only a year and all they cover is the screws, really I can do that myself. Everyone is lost , they are very rude and no ethic, the repair guy didn't even came out to explain, Priscila was going back and forth and trying to help other patients at the same time it looks like she is the only one wanting to do her job.

Emily has helped me out a lot with my new astigmatism being in the same Tiffany & Co. glasses I had gotten 4 years ago at Optica 2020 on Eastern and Bonanza. I told her I don’t want to loose my frame and I love them so much, so she explained to me when my new lenses got there it would only be 1 hour for them to put them still on my frames and now I can see so much better and still in love more with my Tiffany & Co. Came in and got an eye exam with dr.gammoh she was amazing! Juan Pablo on the optical side he assisted me with choosing what to add on my lenses recommended a bunch of add ons and helped with getting the perfect frame !!! Came in here to get some glasses, the next day I come back in and ask for a refund because I ended up being short on money and they would not give me a refund!!! The lady shows me the paper I signed, there was also initial lines that were supposed to be signed next to every agreement which one of them being “no refund”. I didn’t sign any of the initials. Why would they be there if they didn’t matter??? You have to sign your initials or else the person isn’t acknowledging the agreements. It’s ridiculous!! I don’t even care if they charged my insurance and it can’t be undone I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Nataly Gammoh is my Father’s, my daughter’s and My eye doctor. She’s very specific about it any situation or problems with all of our eyes, details on how to go to our pharmacy. Her customer service is amazing and her whole entire staff are always smiling and making sure we get all the attention we need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with glasses, eye exams, anything that they need for their vision. Its great here and close by my house and accepts my insurance and they do everything as possible to help us out when it gets to our vision and they always make us feel welcome they’re super great.

Bad services and they over charge they made me go twice n my contacts weren't even there the color I picked after I ordered and payed they told me my color wasn't available to pick another and they dint even have trial to help find a color and they wouldn't refund so I had to pick a color not even knowing how it looked wich I dint like after I got and they lied to me when I asked for my prescription and exam results they dint want to give it to me and told me I could not go get my glasses anywhere else because I had my exam done there so I had to get my glasses there and it was a lie I went and asked a couple of places and they told me they lied as long as you have a recent eye exam you can take it anywhere to have your glasses done i had also bought some frames online and they wouldn't add my prescription to them they said my frames were no good that I had to buy some there and in the other offices they said my frames were fine I could pick any of them and they would add my prescription ... don't waste ur time and money go somewhere else I would of payed about half of what I payed for my contacts if I would of gone somewhere else they over charged me ...

This place is beyond belief in the worst way possible! My mother in law went here they gave her the worst service, after all the test she had to pay more than $600 to get her glasses. Come to find out she didn't even need glasses!! They had given her wrong prescription that belonged to someone else, she tried to get refund but after 2 weeks of failed attempts she finally got ahold of the manager and he just gave her the run around refusing to take any ownership of the situation. Finally after some more persistence on her part manager agreed to give her a refund and force her to sign paper works that he failed to explain to her, and when she refused he locked the door and threatened to keep her locked up in the store until she signs!!! That's called Hostaging definition, a person given or held as security for the fulfillment of certain conditions or terms, promises. We will be suing this establishment!!! Do not go here!!!

Came in to try and get an eye exam 3/3/20 and the girls in the front especially the one in glasses dark hair with like brown ends darker skin HORRIBLE customer service. They do not know how to multitask rolled her eyes at me because I need them to call my insurance to make sure I get coverage. Just because it didn’t come up on the computer for my insurance you have to call the back for the card to verify EBMS AETNA. I work in customer service and I know I shouldn’t of been treated the way I did. Although I heard amazing things about the doctor there hire better ppl to be the face of the company because that girl in the front has poor customer service skills! I came in around 10 am today!
