They kept insisting and promising me over and over again that they were in-network for my insurance. But if they were really so confident, why weren't they willing to update their billing address/info with my insurance company so that my insurance could confirm they were telling the truth? I lost valuable time due to their lackadaisical approach to this, and this lost time affected my ability to get care for my time-sensitive injury. I regret ever having worked with ortho sport and spine. Non-billing staff were nice tho.
