Dr. Hardy and his wonderful staff are exceptional. Amber greeted me as I walked in the door and said she had me all signed in. After a very brief wait, Nancy called me back and most pleasantly got me ready for the doctor. Nancy was patient and accommodating to my quirks and informative as I asked her some questions. When Dr. Hardy came in, he asked me how my children’s musical program was coming along and proceeded to work his dental magic with no pain. I was finished, fully recovered, and back out to the front ladies who said they would submit my claim to my insurance and I should just go home and relax. It was a great experience that he fit me in and cared for me so promptly and compassionately. I recommends him to all my friends!!!

From the ladies at the front desk, to all of the hygienist, and to Dr. Hardy it is always a pleasure to go to the dentist. We moved across the valley and I am happy to drive the 30 miles to go to their office. Even my daughter and son-in-aw makes that drive. Everyone really knows their job and does it better than any other dentist office I've been to. Never a long wait in the waiting room. The hygienist do amazing work. And Dr. Hardy is great too. Great bedside manner, knows what he's doing, and very gentle. And another thing I like, he does not try to up-sell you into having work done you don't really need. Definitely a five star dental office. We’d give them six stars if we could! We had to find a new dentist and both my wife and I went to our first appointment at Dr. Hardy‘s office. I've never had an unexpected cost, issue with any treatment or incompatibility. The practice is judgement free. Terrible front desk customer service with no compassion. I brought in a new insurance card to my appointment, to which I was informed that they didn’t accept it. They told me I could pay out of pocket for the appointment or cancel. I explained that I would find a new dentist that accepts my new insurance and to cancel my appointment. She then continued to press for me to pay a cancellation fee for today’s appointment. Zero sensitivity to the situation. She just wanted to be paid. I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending this dental practice to others.
