My dentist wanted me to get a CBCT (3D) scan of my jaw, but did not have the equipment required to perform the scan in his office. His office staff reached out to the staff at Parkview Dental for assistance, and they got me in without hesitation. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The care at this dentist is not bad but their ability to deal with insurance is the worst i have ever encountered. They dropped my life long Delta dental plan as an in-network provider and forced me to go to an insurance on their list of in-network providers. I chose MetLife. While with MetLife, they misinterpreted my coverage for three years then dropped my MetLife plan as an in-network provider. I am so tired of dealing with insurance issues every time I go there that i moved to a new dentist.

My step father has been going there for years with his recent stroke I learned the will NOT help people with disabilities. Lady front desk is rude and dismissive you can tell Dr Cox has sold out and the new partners dont care but man will they up sell you on care.

They charged him 500:00 for “irrigation “. It’s mouth rinse!!! Dr Cox hope you sold the business for extremely over inflated price to screw these new Drs that are ripping people off!!!

After more than 20 years as a patient of Dr. Cox and the practice, I will not be returning. I have always enjoyed the people at the office over the years. Recently, however, I was contacted by Joanna about a January payment that I had already made. I found the transaction and informed them of it. She said she then called the insurance, though it appeared to be an in-office accounting issue. Separately, I scheduled an appointment six months in advance. Because of a change in my son’s school start time, I called ahead to let them know I would be late. Joanna informed me that a $50 cancellation fee would apply if I could not come in later the same day. These experiences do not reflect the level of consideration I would expect after two decades as a patient.

When I lived in Las Vegas for 40 years Dr. Kenneth Cox was my dentist and I loved how clean Nancy made my teeth feel . He was both kind and very skilled at his job . He was always very gentle with my teeth and I really miss going there . Anyways I live in Arizona now so gotta find a new dentist here . I've been coming to this dentist office and seeing Dr. Cox and Dr. Bowman since about 2018. I fell off for a few years due to moving around and trying other dentists, some of whom recommended unnecessary treatments that felt more like they were trying to empty my pockets.

Needless to say, coming back to this office was such a relieving experience. I felt welcomed right away, and my hygienist, Joy, took great care of me. Her assistant was also very personable and great to chat with!

Cannot say enough positive things about this incredible office and staff! My ordinary dentist was out of town when my front veneer cracked. Ms. Susanna at the front desk heard the panic in my voice and fit me in on a Friday, last minute for an emergency appointment. It has been a number of years that I've been a patient of first, Dr. Cox, and now Dr. Bowman, and I have found that they, and all the staff have been some of the kindest and professional experts I have found anywhere.
Even when the resulting procedures have been less than pleasant, there has always been a sense that they were concerned about me first, and the procedure second.

Working me in the same day, the Front Staff clearly informed me of my financial obligation pending insurance approval. Had a veneer pop off while visiting from NY and stopped in before my flight home in hopes that they could help. They managed to clean it up and cement it back in within an hour. I was reffered to Dr. Cox by 2 of my close friends after having a conversation with them about how unhappy i was with 2 wonky crowns i had done by my previous dentist. She informed me he was on the opposite side of town as us(we live

Dentists i have ever had! He takes his time to explain what he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the work you are getting done. His staff is so welcoming and friendly - from the receptionist to his dental assistants and hygienist! You can tell they all truly care about their patients and love what they do.

I never have to wait when i have appointments(they usually even fit me in early if i get there earlier than my appointment) and i want to add that they play amazing music LOL. I recommend him to anyone looking for a primary/family dentist or looking to getting cosmetic work done!!

I got filings by one of the dentists there that were too high, went back, they kinda fixed it. But then later i saw they charged me for the work and bite alignment, but they caused that in the first place? When I say this dental office is wonderful I mean WONDERFUL! I’ve had some pretty significant dental trauma from other dentists and was terrified to go see anyone. Dr Bowman and his staff changed that for me. I had some significant tooth pain and was going on vacation and they were able to fit me in determine the problem give me a patch until they could fix it and did the most wonderful job fixing it. Kayla ensured I was comfortable and at ease which is something that’s rare! I love how they talk to you and let you know during any procedure what they are doing if something isn’t textbook they explain what’s taking so long and how they are going to fix it vs talking over you in dental speak you can’t understand. I won’t go anywhere else again. There’s a reason they are 5 stars with over 200 reviews. You won’t be disappointed and if you are you should probably check into the looney bin.

I recently visited Parkview Dental after chipping a tooth, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I reached out in a panic, hoping to get an appointment as soon as possible, and they were able to get me in the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Bowman and the entire staff were incredibly kind and understanding, especially since I have a strong fear of dental procedures, particularly when it comes to root canals. Dr. Bowman took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, walking me through the potential steps and addressing my concerns. Thankfully, after careful evaluation, I learned I wouldn't need a root canal, just a topper on my tooth, which was a huge relief. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail. They offered to numb the area if I wanted, but since I'm terrified of needles, I opted not to. Dr. Bowman was so gentle and meticulous that I didn’t feel anything at all during the procedure. The entire team was supportive and patient, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I thought since my gum, was already numb it was possible for Doctor Bowman to fill the filling without giving me a shot I truly didn't want a shot. So I took a chance and asked, Doctor Bowman not to give me a shot. His answer, was only if you promise to tell if it hurt. Doctor Bowman stressed, if he saw a painful expression on my face, he would give me a shot. I only felt a little pain, not enough for a shot. I want very much to thank Doctor Bowman, for giving me courage and his assistant for taking good care of me. I would like to acknowledge the entire staff for showing me kindness and professionalism. I will definitely, recommend Parkview Dental to others.

I had 7 cosmetic crowns on my top teeth, front and center done by Dr. Eric Boman. Everyone at Parkview Dental was an absolute pleasure to work with. Specifically Dr. Boman was very skilled and patient. He was not in a hurry to just, “get the job done”, but more concerned with the outcome and final results than how long it took. The dental assistant, Kayla was fantastic, I think she may have been more excited with the results that I am. The Office Manager, Tavia was also very helpful in answering my all of my billing questions and also working with my insurance. And most important of all, to me, the results exceeded all of my best expectations.

I was initially Dr Cox’s patient and was a little leery when the new dentist came in, but I have since seen Dr. Welsh and Dr. Bowman and am extremely happy with both dentist. I had an implant by Dr. Welsh and I’m currently in the process of putting on two crowns with Dr. Bowman Kayla, his assistant is, so Good at her job I always feel I am in good hands 🙌

I haven’t had insurance for a long time in my life. I finally have a job that offers a great dental plan and I was recommended this office. Every single one of the workers are friendly from the ladies in the front office to the hygienist and the doctors. I felt very at ease with them and they all took great care of me. This was the first dentist I have gone to that they cared how comfortable I was. They gave me little breaks along the way to just ease my jaw and anxiety. Kayla is a great hygienist and makes you feel super cared for and looked after. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who doesn’t have insurance because I know they have payment plans available to those who do not have. Overall 10/10 and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Dr Cox has been my dentist for just over 20 years! The office has always been clean, my hygienists have always been thorough and informative; it’s been a great experience! Today, I had a procedure with Kayla and Dr. Boman. Even though I wasn’t happy to be in the chair (who is?!), they took stellar care of me, made me very comfortable, explained everything, and did great, quick work!

And the music is always good! 😉

Both doctors and the team (admins, too, Fab!) are far above par. My family and I are never leaving!

Dr. Welch and Dr. Cox are some of the most kind and gentle men I have ever met.

When I first moved to Las Vegas, I didn't have a dentist. I found Dr. Bowman and then I established a treatment plan. Yesterday, I had a tooth ache that caused me a great deal of pain. My tooth was throbbing and I needed some help! The office opens at 7am which is quite rare these days! The staff took care of me immediately and I can't express my gratitude in words. I would like to thank Dr. Bowman, Kayla, Kylee, Tavia, and Johana for seeing me on such short notice! I've been looking for a good dentist to take my mother to since she moved here from the East Coast. My coworkers recommended Dr. Cox and I am so glad they did. He is kind, patient, and has great "bedside manner". This was especially important given that my mom was nervous about switching to a new dentist after decades with her last one.
