Dr. Southwick is wonderful. She takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I never feel rushed. I never feel like I’m just another patient on a schedule. She genuinely cares, and that means so much to me.

Another thing I really appreciate is that the wait times are consistently short. When I’m in the exam room, I have her full attention, rather than feeling like she’s rushing through my appointment to get to the next patient.

And when Dr. Southwick isn’t available, I feel completely comfortable seeing the other doctors at PDS Medical Group. They are just as amazing, caring, and attentive. It’s reassuring to know that no matter which physician I see, I’m going to receive the same level of care.

This place does not know how to send a referral to a specialist correctly so my mom has to keep paying out of pocket for her oncologist visits. Apparently there’s something wrong with their office location that it is not recognized by HMO portals. You should run away from this place if you have HMO.

Haley is an awesome provider! She really takes the time to listen, understand, and make an individualized plan of care best suited to the specific needs of her patients. I will never forget the I first saw her, she broke down my medical issue and mapped out what we can do by drawing and making a whole diagram on that paper sheet that covers the little bed in the room!
Also, the office is really clean, the staff is nice and welcoming, and I’m always seen on time.

Julia has been wonderful but the staff…. Not so much. Back in May I was referred for a dermatologist and to a hand surgeon. I kept being told over and over again that they sent everything through the portal. Repeatedly we went through this vicious cycle 11 times and the referrals never went through. Even the doctor’s office called and got nothing from them. I finally today changed my primary care physician and have an appointment tomorrow morning.

Very disappointed with this location. The only pleasant visit and experience I had here was with Julia. She was kind, so helpful, and a sweetheart. I’m honestly very sad that I will no longer be her patient.
I became a patient when Lori was still there & it was a terrible experience. Since we were new patients we had to wait about 2 months for our appt. Once our appts. was a couples of weeks away I received a call that we needed to reschedule because the doctor was requesting a reschedule. My husband & decided to move forward with our appts. (person who I spoke to said I could keep it if I direly needed) since I was dealing with serious pain in my stomach, throat, & colon. On the day of appt., Lori seemed very annoyed. She asked me coldly, “So what’s the problem,” while she held what looked like an intake form I filled out prior to entering the room. Lori didn’t seem to care about my concerns one bit. At the end of my conversation she said “Oh you’re a new patient.” She told me that I was stressed and had hemorrhoids & told me to purchase over the counter hemorrhoid cream. I was 100% sure I did not have hemorrhoids. She then touched my throat & said I needed to sleep more & not stress. I had to ask her to please refer me to a lab for an xray of my throat. & to also refer me for blood testing. She reluctantly provided me the throat referral and then I was on my way. The conversation took no more than about 10 mins. She didn’t even bother to check my stomach before telling me to tell my husband she was ready for him. My husband was only with her for 5 minutes and had a similar experience to mine. He only asked for blood work because Lori kept looking at the clock & tapping on her foot, he didn’t want to waste her time.
I reached out a couple of months later to meet with Lori once more because I wanted a referral for my stomach pain & thankfully she was no longer working at this location. This is when I met Julia. I did provide Julia with information about my previous experience with Lori and how I felt about the meeting, she assured me my experience with her would be different. It definitely was, Julia was so kind and wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and took her time to ask me questions. She provided me with additional referrals and guidance for my stomach pain.
Here’s why I won’t be returning. For context: I did not see Julia in 2024 because I had a miscarriage early that year & went through extensive therapy to heal from it. Visiting a doctor was the last thing I wanted to do. So when I was reached out to in March of this year 2025- to schedule an appt., I felt a little more ready & confident to see Julie. I was actually looking forward to it because I still do have throat and colon concerns.
Come appt. day I show up 2 minutes late. I was extremely apologetic & happy to wait any time necessary because of my late arrival. The worker that day said, “We have been trying to reach you since the morning, Julia is not in today so you won’t be seen.” I looked at her confused & looked at my phone calls, not a single call from them. I replied, “I’ve been awake since early morning, & I don’t have any missed calls from you.” She then announced my phone number out loud with a bit of annoyance & said, “When we called it would ring & then you hung up.” To which I then responded “I don’t understand, I have no missed calls & your team reached out to me to schedule this appointment.” With attitude & even more annoyance the worker told me, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you, we called you & you didn’t answer. No one is going to see you today.” At this point I stood there not knowing what to say but then told her “Don’t you have the ability to text or email? My husband received a message reminding him that he was to be seen today.” The worker just looked at me & when she rolled her eyes to begin a new sentence I simply walked away.

Had an appointment scheduled for a week. Needed to renew my prescription and check something medically related. They call me up and tell me my doctor is sick and I need to reschedule. I work as a teacher and can't get off during the day. I scheduled for Wedneday at 2:45pm and was able to get off work early and they canceled on me. Wouldn't let me see another doctor. Told me if would mess up insurance and my prescription. I dont care what their excuses are, this is absolutely unacceptable. I dont have all this free time to reschedule appts and take days off of work. Thanks for wasting my time.

Not sure about doctors. But the front desk need serious training! Apparently I am not the only one who had an unpleasant experience with them. I tried to ignore the first time but it happened again and it turned me completely off.
Everything starting with the appropriate closing (not gym clothes) all the way how they interact with patients. Unfortunately I need to look for a new therapist/ doctor.

Great primary care provider. I've seen Lori, Julia, and Haley and they are all excellent. I'm currently seeing Haley and she's my favorite doctor ever. She's very enthusiastic about caring for her patients and I resonated with her immediately creating an action plan for me. I appreciate their availability to schedule me within reasonable time frames when I need to see the Dr. and I also appreciate the quality of care I've received. I've had all the doctors refer me to specialists or order bloodwork/imaging to get a better look instead of just guessing. That's very important to me in a doctor so I can't recommend this office enough.

One of my best visits to the doctors. I like most people do not like going to the doctors or dentist, but the care this location gives is superb. Check in was seem less with the echeck in. The medical assistant took me back at my scheduled time and I was seen by the doctor shortly after my vitals were taken. Dr. Haley took the time to know me as a new patient and I did not feel embarrassed or judged at all. She listened to my concerns and explained the action plan she had for me. Today was my first appointment seeing my new NP at Queens Ridge Healthcare. I know a lot of people have problems with the office staff at MD offices but let me tell you these women here are absolutely amazing!! Everyone was so very friendly. And they also have a LabCorp on site. So convenient when you need to do labs.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PEOPLE HERE. I called to schedule an appt for a referral for an urgent biopsy. I did not have my ins card yet and was unable to retrieve it digitally. After several calls with their receptionist where I explained I didn’t have my card, she asked I get the info from the ins company, which I did, and she scheduled my appt. Every time I explained I didn’t have my card, I was told it wasn’t a problem. When I show up to my appt, Xochitl, the manager, would not check me in because I didn’t have my card. I told her I was never told that and explained the conversations I had with the woman I talked to, who was sitting next to her. Xochitl was incredibly rude, would not let me be seen and basically had an attitude of “your problem, not mine.” When I asked to speak to her boss or someone who could help, she refused to give me contact info and actually told me they would not see me because I was going to be a difficult patient, told me to leave and threatened to “call someone” if I didn’t leave. She was completely confident in their incompetence and extremely rude from the minute I walked up to the counter. She never offered acknowledgement of their mistake of letting me know their strict check-in policy, didn’t offer any remedies or at the very least, an apology. The interaction was so hostile, I emailed the doctor that owns the facility and made several complaints to state agencies. I never saw any healthcare person at the facility so I can’t speak to the care that’s provided, but whatever providers are here, it’s not worth the risk of having to deal with their horrible staff. Don’t come here. Find a place that treats their patients with kindness and respect.

It’s hard to rate my experience. The doctor was perfect! The front of the office not so much! Your office manager is the absolute worst and shouldn’t ever be allowed to interact with the public! Get rid of her and you could have something really great in my neighborhood. I’m a Las Vegas native and I would love to share the doctor with people. But your office manager, Xochiti, makes me hesitant. She spoke so condescending to me! I can appreciate efficiency but slow down! Don’t be so robotic and remember there are humans in front of you!
