I've moved around the country and lived in so many different states because of the military, and I've seen countless doctors (both PCMs and specialists.) I also work in healthcare and know how easy it is for providers to be overwhelmed and burnt out with how many patients and administrative tasks they have to juggle during business hours. Dr. Grant Jenkins is one of the best doctors I've ever seen, he was incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable. I left stunned (in a good way)...I have not had such a positive experience with a provider or at a medical office in years. Another shady place, we just got this bizarre bill. We called our insurance first and told them what he had gone in for (his fatigue, his heart pain, checking up on labs etc). The insurance said this should be covered on his annual preventive visit. You’re to discuss any issues you have to prevent further problems. They explicitly told us that what his visit was about WAS on his annual preventive visit. BUT this office wants to double bill (I work in insurance so this is very clear to me). So they send another bill on top of the covered visit even after we went and paid another different copay for his separate other visit. The insurance company told is it is insurance fraud and to not go to this place and that they are being shady. The doctor (grant) is so nice which is why my husband wanted to go. But we can’t support shady companies and they are so sketch. He needs to hire better staff and billers so he doesn’t keep losing his clientele. Yikes! If people are just honest and follow the laws of insurance it would be so simple.

Dr Grant is the best. I stand by the fact that he saved my family. He listens, he doesn’t disregard your feelings and your PERSONAL symptoms. He’s been my primary physician for almost 3 years, and I could never ask for anyone better. He will make sure your healthy both mentally and physically, and no labs or test are ever too “dramatic” for him. He will do what puts you at ease. He is the only Doctor that believed my symptoms and I’m not being properly treated.

He will get you in for an appointment no matter what! Victoria is amazing, she always answers my questions and even handles insurance calls for my meds for me. I love them, and my whole family is finally in good hands!

About 4 months ago I lost my primary doctor due to a tragedy. I needed a doctor immediately. I found Dr. Grant & he is absolutely AMAZING! Can’t say enough positive things about this medical office! I have been going here for about a year and have been there 4 or 5 times within that time. From Physician Grant to his assistants Ashley and Victoria. Always a friendly greeting from the minute you walk in the door and never a wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Front staff was courteous and seeing the provider was fast, no wait time at all. Grant is a knowlegable guy, but to tell you at your apt that he is going to increase a dose of your bp med and never really sent it to the pharmacy, that really sucked. I have to call and remind the office everyday and for 4 days script was never filled and someone in the front has the nerve to tell me that it takes 1 week for a provider to refill a med? First of all Grant told me he is going to increase the dose and guess what he sent the same dose. Its not a phone in request dummy the provider saw me at the office and should have been addressed at my time slot. Staff needs more education and customer service in the place. Then on top of that Grant ordered some crazy labs that your insurance would cover. To sum it up you need a provider that really cares about you and a place that has accoutability of mistakes not covering it up or cover each other up. That tells you alot of this place people watch out!

First issue, they pester you with endless texts, phone calls, and emails to remind you of appointments. That part i can understand but these guys tried to charge me 300 dollars to fill out some short term disability/FMLA paperwork. That's outright extortion of poor people. Nope.

I love Grant. However the office has a complete lack of customer service. It shouldn't take 5 phone calls in 1 month about a simple billing issue to still get "we can leave a message" as the ONLY solution. Refusal to transfer to a supervisor or give out the management company's info. Lost 2 patients today over this. Oh and I left out that they want you to show up 15 min before appointment so for an 8am appointment suppose to be there at 745, we'll here's the kicker: staff isn't scheduled until 8am and often late. Then they show you to a exam room with dying roach or trash on the floor. Really builds confidence.

Wow took 30 min to respond to a bad review but can't get time of day when calling the office. How about this. Have the billing department reach out so my bill can be fixed. In other words fix the problem. I'm done calling and explaining I've well more than a fair attempt to resolve this.

Wow it's now April, the billing magically disappeared but I STILL have not received a call back about my grievances. And now you're were rude and condescending to my partner. You now lost 2 patients.

Overall, great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I felt very comfortable sharing health information, and I felt like everyone there listened to me (which you don't always get), and everyone was really helpful putting together a plan for me.

Terrible office. The dr was great and i liked going there. Ive been trying to get my blood work done but they dont even send me to the right places or give me my blood numbers to get it done. Over a month. Terrible. I paid 150 for consultation honestly not worth it wont come back again. Paid top dollar to receive 0 information

Love this doctors office. They are all so great. So helpful and attentive. I have severe asthma and when not controlled it's horrific. They have taken the time to help me find the correct medications and figure out what's covered by insurance. This may not sound like much but it's huge. If you've ever had this issue, you'd understand how time consuming and frustrating it can be. So big shout out!!! Thank you all so much.

I have only been two times as of yet but the two times I did go Dr. Grant Jenkins was phenomenal. As most comments mention he shows compassion and listens to his clients, he is very thorough and asks questions to gain a better understanding of his patients medical history. He gives you a space to ask questions and is very down to earth so it’s not intimidating to ask questions. I would recommend this facility for someone looking to switch their PCP.

So i gave 5 star's before. But Now I waited about 7 weeks for my bridge. They called to confirm my appointment on a Friday. then called again because the dentist had an emergency I understand so we made one for Monday then they called again to tell me the bridge won't be ready intil next week. I called Monday got nowhere. So I drove over there talked to the second in charge. He told me the end of the week or beginning of the week after. Wow. I drive otr. I get 4 days a month to go home. The company gave me a week off. So I owe the company and a week without pay. So I will have to not eat on one side for another 4 to 6 weeks. When I come back if they still don't have it I will have my Lawyer, handle it this Absolutely. Unbelievable. It's a nightmare and they don't care.

Shadow Mountain Medical is truly a hidden gem. The office staff, medical assistant, and nurse practitioner are all incredibly kind, compassionate, and vibrant. It feels like you are being cared for by the most incredible personnel ever. Many doctor’s offices send you home feeling void, uncared for, hopeless, and just a number in their day; this is not the truth for Shadow Mountain Medical staff and Grant Jenkins (Nurse Practitioner), I walk in and do not fear having tough conversations. I feel at ease and that I can bring up any concern, be heard, and walk out feeling like there is a plan in place by people who care to help me. I couldn’t say enough good things, but long story short, if you are looking for a medical provider, I wouldn’t ever recommend any place or anyone else. You will be grateful coming to Shadow Mountain Medical and being seen by Grant and his team.

I typically do not enjoy going to the doctor. Nearly every doctor I have ever been to makes me feel rushed, they don’t truly listen to what I say, and they make me feel like just another number they have to deal with in order to make more money. Not here.

This is the first time a PCP (Grant in this case) has actually taken the time to sit down with me and have a meaningful conversation. Not only did we discuss what brought me in for the appointment, but we discussed other aspects of my health and my life and he offered solutions based on our discussion. He took notes on what I was saying and he referred back to them during our conversation, which shows me that he actually listens and truly cares about providing the best possible care for his patients. I never felt rushed at any point. Ashley was very kind, professional, and she took good care of me. Together, she and Grant make a great team. I am very glad I went with Shadow Mountain.
