From the first call in my search for a new provider since I relocated from the east coast, Alana answered my call and extended kindness and helped me a great deal. She walked me through everything I needed to do. Then she set me up for an appointment within hours. Once I arrived I was greeted with kindness from all the staff including Aspen at both desk. Next my name was called by Penny who also was very kind. She was patient and thorough as I gave her information as requested. She also, took the time to get every piece of information needed for my new visit. After she finished only a couple minutes went by and I met Kristen my new primary provider. Kristen came in with an infectious smile and introduced herself. She also extended kindness, thoroughness, and patience. She took time we me to find out everything needed for the visit. I became a new PDS Union Village medical patient July 2025. During several routine visits/exams with Chris Sheridan, everything was great. Really liked his demeanor, suggestions and overall care. Unfortunately, everything changed when I flesh wound above my left ankle turned into Cellulitis and I sought his help on 1/19/2026. Due to extremely poor communications and worthless care from Chris and the PDS office after 1/27/2026, I ended up going to Henderson Hospital ER on 1/31/2026 and getting follow-up care. I still have a lump on my left leg 5 months later which my new NP says should slowly disappear.

I filed a lawsuit in court over this incident. On the day of the trial a VP from PDS came to court and paid to settle the case.

It’s a nice place to go to. I feel the care is good. However I’ve never liked the change to their policy on paying before services. I have insurance but I always have a deductible shortfall so have to pay the difference. We all know how insurance works and claims payouts can change. Just bill me after everything is done. But I guess the old days are gone and it’s just about getting the money as quick as possible. Just my opinion.

I had a terribly painful broken tooth and they fit me in right away, on a Saturday! Dr. Julianne is sweet and professional. Also, the xray technician was thorough. I visited this medical facility for a medical issue. I paid my portion owed at time of check in. The billing department of PDS then sent a billing description letter just like any other medical facility would. Problem is, they asked me to pay "the remaining $43". I called multiple times asking to speak to someone about this. No one returned my phone calls. Then I got a new letter from a debt collector for the $43. I called PDS (aka Union Village Medical Group) again multiple times... Nothing. This is straight up fraud PDS and your billing department is horrible. You deserve to be reported to the BBB on this and this 1 star review is well deserved. Stay away from PDS. Adding 1 star for PDS having someone call me and assist with straightening this out. PDS still stuck by the additional $43 payment needed. Why would this not have been disclosed upfront? Why did it take so much time and effort to get ahold of someone in your organization to finally get this sorted out? It technically wasn't even sorted out really. I just paid the additional $43 that I probably shouldn't have had to pay at all....

It’s blatantly obvious that you remove bad reviews. Let’s see how long it takes to take this down. NP Tiana was great. The receptionist is completely incompetent and has no regard for patient needs. They have no actual billing department onsite and refuse to acknowledge the fact that they’re billing me outside the contractual agreement with my insurance plan. I hope you don't need your medication in a timely manner. It's been approximately 1 month and I still haven't received the medication that I was prescribed. No calls or correspondence. No information. Nothing. Plus, if you work normal hours, good luck getting a hold of someone in office. It seems as though they don't have a staggered lunch break, because if you can only call during regular lunch hours there is nobody there to take your call. Oh sure, you'll get an answering service to leave a message, but you'll be informed that it could take up to 96hrs to receive a call back. Absolutely ridiculous. I would've given a 1 star if I didn't like the NP so much. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly, unbelievable. Do better. 😡

I had a horrible experience with a seemingly inexperienced doctor. I reached out to their team to report the incident as follows, however have not heard back:

The doctor evaluated my hand following an accident. She referred me get an x-ray.

I scheduled the X-ray appointment, which visibly showed a fracture. I returned to see the doc the next day. She looked at the X-rays (not once at my hand) and quickly mentioned that it was a healing PARTIAL fracture (which turns out to be false). She only recommended ibuprofen as a solution. I opted out of taking ibuprofen and asked whether the fracture was healing properly, which prompted her to refer me to ortho. She mentioned that someone would be in touch regarding the referral.

I followed up with the doctor’s office the following day to inquire about the ortho referral timeline and the representative mentioned it would typically take two weeks to complete the referral process. I informed her that I had a fractured hand and asked her to escalate the request. The representative was able to expedite the request, as the doc did not appear to have expressed any urgency in the matter.

I booked the earliest appointment possible with the ortho specialist which took place two weeks since my first doctor's visit. During the visit, I received the following unfortunate news:
1. The original X-rays had not been sent to the ortho office which required another set of X-rays to be completed and additional costs.
2. Ortho was very shocked that I had not received any casting or splint treatment during my initial visit with the doc and that it had taken me this long to be seen. Due to the extended timeframe to be seen, there was no other remedy.
3. It was not a partial but a COMPLETE fracture that healed improperly, which will permanently affect my grip.
4. The ortho specialist stated that the recommendation to take ibuprofen would have actually impeded progress.

Her level of negligence is simply unacceptable and left me with long term health consequences. This could have been prevented had I received the appropriate care and treatment options. I wanted to report this incident to make sure that it does not happen again to other patients.

I’m glad I chose this place for my medical and also dental needs, yes, you can do both at this location making it super convenient. Get a physical and a tooth cleaning right after each other!

What I love about this place is how fast and easy it is to get an appointment. I was completely new and managed to get an appointment the next day. They use the MyChart app to the fullest, where you can instantly fill out your paperwork, make appointments, see test results, and even text your doctor.

Christopher Sheridan is very easy to talk to, and always has great medical advice and keeps up with the latest trends in medical advancement. The staff in general make everything ran in a tight ship.

The location is great with an easy location next to Henderson Hospital. It shares a parking lot with a Dave and Busters and a Starbucks, so very easy to park and right off the highway. I recommend this place highly.

Switched over to Dr. Chris Sheridan as my PCP and I am not disappointed. He was thorough and was not rushed. He answered all my questions. If you are looking for a place to suck you dry of "Money", then this is the place to go...

Since when did Medical Places charge you a Fee of $100-$150 per Form, just to have an "FMLA" or "Work Accommodation" Form signed by Your Doctor, when in fact it is supposed to be Free???... I was told, "YES, an FMLA or Work Accommodation Form is supposed to be Free to be Filed, by their Company Policy requires a Minimum $100-$150 Fee per Form"!

Everything about this place spells "MONEY"... Before assuming, you better ask "How much will your Out of Pocket costs be", before having anything done... You know its bad when you are sitting in the lobby and hear patients complaining after getting Dental work done, that they have to pay a couple "Hundreds of Dollars" as a remaining balance of their visit, that they expected to be told beforehand... And not to mention leaving Your 1st visit from this Dentist location and going to another Dentist for a 2nd Opinion, and being told a Less Expensive Price for the exact same work.

I just moved to Henderson a couple of months ago, and my old Dentist & Dr. is all the way on the other side of town "Aliante", so "Union Village" became a go to place for me simply because it's 1.5 miles away from my house, and they are a 2 in 1 Dentist & Medical Center... I was so Amazed that my Doctor, "Dr. Sheridan" simply took the time with me as his patient, to go over step by step Lab Results, Health Checkups, etc., but as a result, Me having Great Medical & Dental Insurance Coverage, but yet being thrown charges left and right from this place became stressful.

"To make a long story short, if I have to drive all the way across town to be back in my comfort zone of not draining my bank account dry when I visit a Doctor or Dentist, then I guess that's what it'll take for me"

I almost don’t want to rave about my care. I want to keep it a secret. Here’s the question: how many times have you gone to the doctor and you feel like you get 30 seconds of their attention? All the time, right? Not here. This is a human experience with people that clearly love what they do and make sure you know it too. Dr. Sheridan (he’s a PA but I call him Doc) is fantastic. Penny is wonderful! It’s a little dreamy, quite frankly. So, on that note, transfer over and tell no one so this place will remain unspoiled and wonderful! My visit to Union Village Medical Group was fast, and the staff was wonderful! It had been years since my last appointment with a doctor, but Nurse Practitioner Christopher Sheridan made me feel at ease and got me right back on track with my health. I was able to get everything done at the same location, including my urine screen and blood work. After a swift check in with the front desk, I was met by Penny who initiated my care and made sure all my medical information and concerns were prepared for the provider. Penny kept me updated on wait times for the provider, making sure I didn't feel forgotten, and offered refreshments during my short delay. I would definitely recommend this practice and Christopher Sheridan to my family and friends.

Since May of ‘24 I’ve had so many doctor/specialists visits that going can be overwhelming! Yesterday I went to follow-up an ER visit and check in. Dr. Christopher Sheridan is in my opinion the best DOCTOR in HENDERSON/LAS VEGAS!!! And I have had many... he actually sits and LISTENS to you and your issues and comes up with treatments that help!!!

I have ILD,DEPRESSION, Anxiety and complications with my right side after I broke my 8th rib and I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have him as my doctor!!!

He reminds me of the specialist from USC KECK when I had my surgery…

If you are looking for primary care, Chris Sheridan is the best! I have been to a couple of offices over the past two years and finally found him six months ago. The office is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to men's health questions. I wouldn't know about women's health, but I am sure he is great! I feel better than ever after treatment and having my blood work checked. I would give him ten stars if I could. 👍🏾

At first my experience here was positive, but over the last few months their communication is so terrible that I had to leave a review. Even something as simple as scheduling a quick telehealth visit with my doctor is impossible because they send you through a receptionist service that can't even schedule appointments and promise to put in a request to hear back within 48 hours (which never actually happens by the way). It's got to be the worst system ever for medical care, especially if you're dealing with an acute issue. I would tell you to go somewhere else but I don't even need to bother... if you somehow make an appointment with them you must be a magician.

Would give 0 starts.. Husband has been trying to get referral for 2 different services.. Both time sensitive and no one calls back to say what's happening. Showed up to the place and they're like why you here.. Prescriptions takes several calls for them to send to the pharmacy. Why even have people at the front if they can't do simple tasks like call back or tell you what's happening.

And they have the time to answer the review and give me THE SAME number we've been calling them at. But not help us in any way. Smh

The PA I saw submitted my refills incorrectly 3 seperate times. She was pleasant when I saw her, but it was.like she wasn't listening. Will not return.

I've had chronic pain in my back and abdomen since my twin pregnancy 10 years ago. After being brushed off by my OB, several primary care physicians, and even the hospital ER, I have developed quite a fear of going to the doctor; however, my pain has developed into something I can barely tolerate, so I needed a doctor to see what's going on.

I just wanted someone who wouldn't brush off my concerns after weighing me is all. I got that, and more, with Chris Sheridan at Union Village Medical Group. He is a nurse practitioner, but I will refer to him as Dr. Chris from here on out.

Every time I visit with a concern, I am listened to with respect, all the way from reception to the nurse taking vitals, and in the exam room with Dr. Chris. Everyone is patient and kind, and they understand what it's like to be in pain.

I'm not judged for my medical history. Instead, we are working together to fix issues my past doctors have ignored. Dr. Chris never makes me feel rushed. In fact, he spent 45 minutes going through test results with me, discussing symptoms, and explaining what we will try next at my last appointment. He even offered to work with my insurance company to try and get an important medication covered.

And after all that time spent, Dr. Chris still asked me, just as patiently as his first time, if I had any other concerns I wanted to go over with him.

Horrible customer service! I’ve been waiting for a call back from billing for 3 weeks regarding an unpaid lab bill. My insurance provider even called them said they have to change my diagnosis code and nothing has changed. This is so unprofessional and I’m past due, because of this. When the issue can be resolved. I would give this facility a negative star review if I could. In all my years of working as a healthcare professional, it is very disappointing to see this happen, especially if I am a patient. Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay McComas, has no professionalism or decency. I witnessed her showing PDA to a gentleman named Mike. That is what the staff called him as I am assuming he works for this company. I was going in for a checkup and waiting over a couple of hours for her to get to me. When I finally went to use the restroom I noticed Lindsay, APN wrapped up in the gentleman's arms grossly showing unwanted displays of public affection. Now as a patient I expect to be seen promptly and not see my APN wrapped up in someone's arms. As a professional it is not within my company policy to demonstrate such behavior, especially when a patient can see it. It makes you question the policy that this company has and why no one did anything about it. I would just like any other patients to know that this is a terrible place to go to and if you see Lindsay McComas, APN I suggest you ask to be treated by someone else.

Came on vacation to Vegas and unfortunately got a mild cold as soon as I landed. Didn’t want to ruin my trip so decided to go to the doctor. Called many places and all of them were “appointment only”. Called Union Village and they took me in within an hour of asking for availability. Everyone there was super friendly.
