I came in with my mom and the receptionists were awful. They were getting her new insurance information and my mom was trying to understand what they were telling her and when she got called back they were talking loudly and poorly about my mom. The old receptionist must’ve not been very aware of her surroundings as I assume she did not know I had come in with her. We are now switching dentists.

This is my favorite place to go when I am in Vegas. I had an emergency dental issue maybe 15 years ago or so and I was so fortunate to find Dr. Bunn. By recommendation from my brother. I was referred to Dr. Daniel Bunn by a satisfied patient. My first appointment was to repair two broken front teeth. I was totally amazed at what a fine job he did. The second visit was for a broken molar that needed a crown. In both cases, his great staff got me in quickly and the entire process was painless and very professional.

I'm 79, and he is the best Dentist I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Bunn.

Dr. Bunn is great! I have no complaints about him at all. My only complaint is the following. I was told by Kathleen via phone that this was implemented because lots of patients were canceling or rescheduling their appointments and they “have to find a way to pay their employees” which is a bogus reason. After saying that, Kathleen proceeded to reschedule my appointment and waive the fee, but rescheduled me for October. So clearly, they have enough patients to cover their employees salaries without implementing a fee that per their website only applies to No show/No call. Patients now cannot have family emergencies, cannot get unexpectedly sick or they will be charged $50. However, their website does not have this information. Their website clearly states, “ Please note that a fee will apply for missed appointments without adequate notice.” Nowhere does it say a fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. As a matter of fact, it states “ If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need.” Key words, “kindly ask.” Very disappointed. I love Dr. Bunn but don’t feel this is right. We have no control over emergencies that present themselves less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment and being given this information when dealing with a family emergency only adds more unnecessary stress.

This was the first dentist I’ve been to since moving to Vegas and I can’t stress enough how wonderful it was. I came in right on time, was taken back in less than 2 minutes. X rays were done within 10. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and made me feel very comfortable as someone who has general anxiety. Dr was very thorough in explaining everything and the nurses were so kind. I’ve had many teeth cleanings but this was by far the best one. I require wisdom tooth removal and they had a cancellation that same day and offered to do it then. Not only did the awesome staff at the front desk check my insurance ahead of time to let me know if I would have to pay anything but they also told me how much my next two visits will cost. I would gladly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking. I would even go as far as swaying someone to change their dentist office to them. Wonderful experience overall. The reviews alone really speak for the experience.

He does all he can to ensure your treatment options are what is least expensive and best for you. I had forgotten to take my pre-meds and the staff and Dr. Bunn did everything to assist me. They got the pre-meds and then took the x-rays-Dr. Bunn checked the x-rays and did my check up and by that time, it was time for my teeth cleaning.

I was referred here by another patient and can say this is the best practice in the city. I have been to five different offices since 2003 and this is by far the best I have encountered.

The Doctor and staff have been consistently great. His demeanor and attitude is also wonderful - yes Wonderful...he pays attention to any concerns and ultimately makes the experience as comfortable as possible.

The level and caliber of work goes without saying - although not located on a main street the amount of patients I see only attests to the care and treatment this office provides.

A very pleasant trip to the dentist! I visited today for my first time and their was no wait, no hassle, nice staff, educated and professional hygienists, and a friendly and expert dentist.
