I had to make an appointment and I got one in 3 days. I was seen quick. The customer service I received was incredible. The technicians were knowledgeable, compassionate and fast. The Dr. Was amazing too. She showed concern for a birth mark I had near my eye because it had grown. She and her staff made me feel so comfortable. I was told I would get my glasses in about 2 weeks but they were ready in 4 days. I'm so happy because I'm going on vacation and I have my glasses. I can see so clear now. There was a card I read from with tiny print and I didn't have to squint my eyes. I can read books clear and I can read my texts better now. I don't have to squint. The glasses are so comfortable. I have bifocals but when I come back from my trip I'm going to buy the progressives which are on sale for a cheap price. I lm definitely going to recommend pearle vision to my friends.

I came in on a Sunday to pick up my brand new glasses and was told they didn’t have a case for them. Glasses with no case? That seems pretty odd. My options were to either drive to another location to ask for one or come back tomorrow.

On top of that, I’m a newlywed and asked to update my name and insurance. Two employees stood in front of me discussing that they didn’t know how to do it while giggling instead of helping.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. No glasses case, no assistance updating my information, and no real solution offered

Taking two stars off because their frames seem cheap and this 2nd pair broke on me within 3 weeks, about the same amount of time as last year's pair! So disappointed. My Zenni Optical pair from 5 years ago is still going strong, thank goodness. Pearle Vision didn't allow me a replacement on either. I'm not giving them 3rd chance. Going somewhere else next time or I'll go back here for just my prescription ( actually don't wanna update it if I don't have to, and get glasses at Zenni (online). They get stars for being very helpful when I'm there, their hands are tied on the strict policy-- the company needs to either stop offering cheap breakable frames ( which were not actually cheap) or have a return policy ( the useless insurance is $59 bucks!).

I had great service; however when it comes to my glasses that’s another story entirely! I was not happy at all when they came in. I went in to speak with the Manager, she was very nice. But apparently my issue with the glasses now needed a change which cost me an additional $59.99. I received them and have Not been happy with them from day 1! Very disappointed as I have Never had an experience like this where I couldn’t see right in them! In total cost me- not insurance: almost $400!!! Very disappointed is all I can say!

Appointment at 10:00, Arrived at 9:43, we were not seen by assistant till 10:33, seen by doctor at 10:47. No updates, no one would speak to us because “they’re busy and next assistant would not arrive till 10:30”. The doctor was friendly, fast and got right to it. The thing that made me go out of my way to write this lengthy review is because of one specific person. I believe her name was Ashley, she helped my kids choose their glasses was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and encouraging while letting my kids try on different frames. She made the process fun instead of overwhelming and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit and style. We truly appreciated her help, I've worked in the hotel industry for ten plus years and I know how important it is to any business to have a good first impression. From start to finish, she was perfect. She is definitely an asset to that location, I unfortunately didn't have the best experience at the sunset location in henderson so super grateful that Ashley was able to change my opinion on this place. I will definitely be coming back here for many years!!

Wow, like, BAD LEVELS of service here. At first I was happy coming in on the 24th. It had been a while and I wanted to make sure my prescription was still accurate. 1. They want to charge you an additional $66 for an eye exam insurance won't cover, you'll fill that out in your paperwork. They will nickle and dime you at every single turn. 2. My prescription isn't accurate. They removed all 4 prisms at once. Wanted to charge an extra $44 for anti-glare which they recommended. I failed my eye pressure exam. They said "come back in 4 weeks". 3. I scheduled an appointment 1 week after getting my glasses bc I've had splitting headaches daily with them. They say come in. Everything should be fine. Why do I come in and proceed to wait AN HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME?! Then when I complain I'm told they're understaffed. Which is why 3 people went to lunch during my one hour wait. I ended up walking out bc that's a stupid amount of time to wait in a bright office with a splitting g headache for them to fix their mistake. When I called back. They wanted to reschedule me later this month. Absolutely insane treatment of people.

I was first of all just happy with the fact that this office is on this side of town. Most eye exam are a 20-30 min drive anywhere. Ita a very nice, efficient office. Staff got both my kiddos in and out with new glasses ordered within an hr. Definitely recommended!
They also let me know if for any reason I was near Summerlin or Henderson, I can drop in any location. Thats absolutely convenient.

I came here for the first time to get my eyes checked out. I have never worn glasses & can’t remember the last time
I had an eye exam but making an appointment was painless. I came & had all the testing done & then saw the Doctor & found my suspicions were true… I need glasses! I paid extra to have some additional scans done & they referred me to an Ophthalmologist for an issue with my optic nerve. Tara is super sweet & picked me out a cute pair. The glasses finally came
in a week later & I picked them. Over all great experience.

Came on NYE 2025, had ripped contact stuck in my eye and needed contact exam. They took me same day. All the ladies up front were an absolute joy. Very kind and accommodating. Dr. Duran was my savior that day, he put some dye in my eye and thank goodness removed a half ripped contact lodged in my eye I was unable to remove myself. Have been waiting for one pair of glasses for almost a month. Called 2 weeks ago to check on them and was told my lenses arrived scratched. Never notified me. Was told they already ordered again. Still haven't heard from them. Won't be back again.

UPDATE: I tried to give them a 2nd chance but nope. They are still rude and don't listen to the patient. I've asked for 2 weeks in a row for apps to be close together. Last week they wouldn't see my 18 year old without ID. Today they gave me appt times I specifically asked not to have. So now I'm searching for a new option. ​I had a very positive overall experience with this Pearl Vision location, despite a significant issue with the frames I initially chose.

​My prescription is wonderful—the lenses are perfect. ​The staff is friendly, though I noticed they are still learning the finer points of customer service.

​The manager at this location is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond (bending over backward!) to ensure customer satisfaction.

​I experienced repeated trouble with the frames I selected. It turned out the lenses were too big initially, causing the frame to break on two separate occasions. ​They replaced the frame twice. ​On the third replacement, they proactively cut entirely new lenses to a smaller size to prevent the frame from breaking again.

​Unfortunately, a few weeks after that, the arm of the frame fell off. However, despite this negative and frustrating saga with the faulty frame, my overall experience was great due to the quality of the prescription and the exceptional dedication of the manager and staff to ultimately resolve the situation. I highly recommend this location for their commitment to making things right.

I had a terrible experience at this Pearle Vision and would not recommend them to anyone. After waiting two weeks just to get a call back from the office manager, I was finally told that the technician would be “reprimanded” for not clearly explaining their policies — which only confirmed that the issue was caused by their own staff.

I originally went in for a soft contact lens fitting, and they gave me trial soft lenses to take home for 30 days with no problem. But when it came to the RGP hard lenses, no one explained anything. I was never told I couldn’t take the trial lenses home and definitely never told I’d be charged $300 if I wanted to. They just charged me without proper explanation or consent.

When I asked for a refund, they told me they “don’t do refunds for services,” even though they never actually provided a second service. The doctor didn’t perform a separate fitting for the hard lenses — he literally just reused my soft lens prescription, rewrote it, and changed the name. That’s it. No evaluation, no fitting, nothing.

Overall, it felt deceptive and unprofessional. I walked away with a charge for a service that wasn’t explained and wasn’t even performed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Damaged Frames at Purchase – No Responsibility Taken
I purchased new glasses from this Pearle Vision location about four months ago. During the initial fitting, the employee tightened the frames far too much, and I later noticed a small crack along the rim. When I called to discuss it, I was told the glasses were “out of warranty,” with no acknowledgment that the damage likely occurred from improper handling by their staff at the time of sale.

I expected better from a national brand, but the lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. I won’t be coming back and recommend avoiding this location if you want your eyewear treated with care.

Was told over the phone my contact appointment would be $40. Then, as I show up, it magically goes up to $180 because I have a slight astigmatism. Immediately walked out and called Lens Crafters who checked my insurance and confirmed the same appointment type for me would be $10 copay + $55 for contact fitting including the astigmatism. They also scoffed at this ridiculously high quote and said it sounds way fishy. Either they didn't read my insurance benefits correctly or they are pulling numbers out their hind ends and justifying it by saying they are fees for various procedures and exams that you need. Feels like highway robbery..... Thank you for misleading me and wasting my time and gas today.

*In response to yours, no I will not be calling you to discuss the matter. It's not rocket science to figure out the issue here. Lens Crafters got me in immediately after speaking with them yesterday in your parking lot and I walked out of there paying $65 for the appointment AND a 6 month supply of contacts. You are blatantly nickel and diming people, I would expect this kind of preditory behavior from a resort on the strip, not an optometry office. Start seeing people as humans needing help and not dollar signs...

I had forgotten my wallet but they were patient with me and we were able to find other ways of confirming my identity. They weren’t pushy with any extra exams. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and gentle. The overall appointment was quick.

The fun part is always picking out the new frames and Tara was really nice and funny. She’s get straight to the point but it didn’t feel rushed. She helped me pick out nice frames and was super clear about the extra charge for insurance or added things to the lenses. Overall great experience.

Chris at the front desk was extremely helpful, thorough, polite and professional. Made an appointment for Tuesday.

Wow!!! The Dr was extremely patient with me through all my questions and multiple contacts to get them perfect. A rarity these days. And then next was Tara....what a pleasure...I have never had prescription glasses before so I was lost....so many to choose from... and she found the perfect fit for my face and personality...she truly has a gift.

Today was my first time at this location. The staff was efficient and communicated clearly all the steps that needed to be taken. Staff also offered me a bottle of water, explained all the paperwork, and were overall kind and helpful. Dr. Duran was wonderful. We go to Pearl Vision for the last 2-3 yrs or more w/ the same insurance just diff location. Just happened to be change this time as we needed a replacement eyeglass for my toddler which they have availability on the days I'm able to go. Since we need to bring the other kids we decided to make an appt for the rest of our kids except for one which is not due the ff month as per insurance, we did see the doctor with my other 2 kids on this location except for 1 which we did after 3 weeks.

Went to the appt and the lady said that they can't see her as they can't find her in the system and her insurance was been cut off since 2023 or you're going to pay out of pocket w/ this price and so on. I explained to her that is impossible as we just did ours including mine, my husband, 1 kid (on diff location) and 2 other kids on their location w/ the SAME INSURANCE for the last 3 yrs and its impossible that only her that is not on the system. I even ask to run the name again w/ her other last name or including the other last name together because we have the same situation couple yrs ago when we do a follow up from our usual location. After all explaining she still doesn't understand the fact that the insurance doesn't have to do w/ the situation. All she does is REPEATEDLY, PRESSURING ME TO CANCEL MY APPT, CALL INSURANCE AND MAKE ANOTHER APPT WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE and ignored what I asked her. show me a paper stated the 2023 coverage and I explained again. At that point I am already agitated but I don't want to be rude as she keeps INSISTING TO CANCEL MY APPT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN to the point that my plan was just going outside the door and call CS or the other location for help but not to cancel, but as soon as I get up trying to think and figuring who to call first SHE INSIST AGAIN TO CANCEL MY APPT AND I WAS SO AGITATED ALREADY THAT I ANSWERED CANCEL IT. Went to my car and call Pearl Vision CS. Explained what happened and what is going on, in less than 10 mins she was able to pull out my daughters file and told me that she put us on 2:10pm schedule, when she find out I was still outside the office. Even CS understand my frustration and stated that is impossible as she is minor and this is under a family file and knowing she's been w/ pearl vision just diff location and as they should be able to see it. Give me instruction that if they still not able to see it, ask for MNGR when I told her that I asked for a supervisor to help they just ignored what I ask, KEEP INSISTING TO CANCEL APPT, CALL INSURANCE AND MAKE ANOTHER APPT prior calling her was getting frustrated as well. We went back inside before I hang up and explained again that I just hang up w/ CS of PV and she was able to pull out her file, put us on 2pm sched and stated she put a note on the file. she run again and there it is to find out they were running it wrong. They want us to be on a walk in basis but told them no CS put us on 2:10PM schedule even after I explained it again.
THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN IF SHE LISTENED WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR/MNGR WHO KNOWS THE SYSTEM BETTER BUT JUST IGNORE WHAT I SAID AND KEEP PUSHING ME TO CANCEL THE APPT REPEATEDLY. TARA shows to the rescue when they couldn't find the paperwork I did online. Stated it's ok I got you we found the paperworks and after Tara show up everything went smooth.

Not satisfied, so many charges for this and this. Even thou I have a very good insurance ended up paying a lot. Rushed me to order contacts without letting me try the contacts they recommended, come to find out they were very uncomfortable; so I had to call to cancel the contact order. When I called, the lack of information is horrible. Came in to try other contacts, couldn’t do it because the doctor who saw me wasn’t in. So now I have to find a place to buy contacts on my own because they couldn’t accommodate me or assist me with my needs. Very disappointing, and I’m still waiting for my refund.

My visit to Pearle Vision was incredible, and the team truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel at ease. Her friendliness and genuine care made me feel valued as a patient. Brianna went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for my visit. Her warmth and kindness truly stood out and made the experience exceptional.

Dr. Duran followed through with a detailed, professional eye exam that was both thorough and educational. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, ensuring I understood all my options. His approachable demeanor and attention to detail made me feel completely confident in his care.

Larissa closed out my visit on such a high note by helping me order contacts. She was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the options available and made sure I understood what would work best for me. Larissa didn’t just process my order—she went the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

They have a horrible return/exchange policy. We all know that wear and tear and adjustments usually aren't needed til about 60 days in new glasses. They have a 30day policy. I had to take my glasses back within the 1st 2 wks for lens repair in which they did honor. I also needed frame adjustment because they kept sliding down my nose. So I go in again for another frame adjustment because they are sliding again and an exchange was agreed but when the manager reviewed it she said I was out of my 30 days and I'm stuck with these we are talking over $500 pair of glasses and I'm just stuck with them I would never refer anyone to them in the future. This is also my second review on Pearle Vision the other one was at another location which had horrible horrible service all around the board so I can rightfully conclude that Pearle Vision is a thumbs down place. Overpriced on their frames I have designer frames and they are not of that designers quality for sure

THEY DONT TAKE WALK INS. I called three weeks ago asked if they take walks ins they assured me they do. Today at 10:40 am I walked in and was turned away as “the dr was booked” she asked me to schedule an appointment for tomorrow I politely declined and left.
I went to the store Located on 230 Nellis Blvd as I walked in the lobby was packed I was assisted immediately and was walked to the exam room within 10 minutes and was assisted by Valerie on my way out. I was thankful for their time and support on keeping their promise to take walk ins effectively.

I love Pearle Vision to begin with, but this location was absolutely amazing! They were able to see me that morning with a painful eye problem I was having. All of the staff was amazing, esp Eric, & Dr. Tom! I really appreciate the kindness, hard work , & quality of professionalism that was shown to me this morning. I will def be recommending this place to everyone in the future. Thank you again for everything!!

This pearl vision is wonderful and a doctor is fabulous and the staff is very friendly eye tech are amazing. I recommend this place to friends and family and for people first time looking for an eye doctor with wonderful selections of eye wear glasses.i give them 5 stars ⭐️ They are amazing. ☺️ Tara is fabulous

I had a great experience at this location. The lady's at the front desk were soo nice and very helpful. The test performed were different than any I had taken in the last 30 yrs of wearing glasses but it was a great experience. Every process was explained very well. The Dr was great and very informative. When it was time to choose glasses, they were extremely patient with my adult daughter and I. They allowed us to take our time and made many suggestions to help us. The price for two pairs of glasses and two pairs of sunglasses was affordable too. I received a great deal and the glasses were ready in less than a week. The service was great and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

Awesome experience and very happy with their customer service. Called, was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes.

Everyone was so nice including Chris and Tara that I worked with. The store is very clean and new. Dr. Duran was awesome ! Explained everything that was going on and was okay with me asking a ton of questions.

Overall, very very happy with my eye exam there. Will definitely go back and would recommend to others.
