The water from hygiene mouth rinses tasted bitter like sewer water.
I know me teeth had deep areas. Which the hygienist try to convince me that the clean the equipment and uses extra filters on the equipment. So, I said others must complain about the am thing. She yeah, it makes st be the city water. As she continued examining my teeth which I knew that I had deep pockets and bleeding. Which she wanted to skip the normal cleaning that is covered thru my insurance and do just one side of my mouth.
So I said, I want my routine cleaning and if she still wanted to doa deep cleaning I would okay with that.

She said, I’ll just do the routine perio cleaning, because the insurance would not pay for both at the same time. I would not say the dental hygienist was rude, but maybe unprofessional and lacks experience.

The over all office appears clean, but I just could not get that aweful taste out of my mouth.
I had to come home and gargled with salt water and peroxide.

I have been going to this dental office for 10 years and recently it was bought out by a new company Access Dental. I went in this week for my cleaning and routine dental visit. They did not inform me that they have change and it’s not covered by my insurance or out of network. The bill was $440 for cleaning and check up and $400 due to the patient. I’m annoyed and mad that they did this without my knowledge.

In my 4 years , as a patient of Pearly whites i would say i always have an amazing experience seeing them. They treat patients like a VIP, . Pearly Whites has been my dental office for nearly 5 years now. Their team is so consistently professional, caring, precise, and pain free! Their attention to the smallest details is what captures my attention. Each time I visit I'm asked if I'd like a warmed neck pillow - today it was scented with lavender. They've got flat screen TVs on the ceiling to watch while you get your cleaning, (or other procedure), and they give you the remote! From the greeting by the office staff when you enter, until they walk you back to the front at the end of your appointment, you will feel well taken care of.

Update: They keep sending me bills for services I did not get and ask for money. Definitely AVOID this place. Shady as hell.
After spending almost 2 hours waiting just for a first time routine check there, I think the doctor cares about the $$$ more than she cares about the patients' teeth.
She would spend an hour trying to sell a service while not have any capacity to get the routine care done. So moving forward, I think I would work with dentists that is more patient-driven than $$$-driven.
I prefer dentist who is less patronizing and time-wasting.

I had another great time today with my cleaning and Invisalign progress today. I always recommend Pearly Whites to friends and coworkers. I never feel like a number when I’m there. More like Norm from Cheers when I walk in. Always a friendly welcome when I walk in.

I went in for a check up on my Invisalign Treatment. Dr. Nguyen was pleased with the way everything has turned out. I’m happy with my smile now. Previously I had never liked my smile. Maybe I can smile more in pictures I’m in someday. Thank You Pearly Whites!

02/11/2020 — Had a great time here yesterday as always. Yesterday was for a cosmetic reason. I had a couple of crowns in the front to enhance my smile. Then afterwards I was scanned for my Invisalign Retainers. I’m truly loving my Smile.

This is not your typical in and out dentist office. I’ve been to other dentist offices and it just seems like your just another patient that they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. But not Pearly Whites they are absolutely amazing. From the moment I entered I was greeted by The lady in the front and I was checked in right away. First dentist where I’ve had zero pain! And that’s saying a lot with two crowns done plus a deep cleaning! From the lavender-scented warm neck pillow to the friendly staff, this place is extraordinary. I especially appreciate the integrity of Dr.Nguyen. It had previously appeared I needed a crown replacement, but the doctor double-checked after removing plaque & said I did not. I would never have known if she had not been honest about it!

Here doctors, staff both did an excellent job of getting me back on track after a few years of avoiding the dentist. It makes it easier to prepare for the dental experience. I’ve been a patient for the last 6 years and they took me to collections for $13. I called the office and told them I will pay them their $13 but will not pay the collection agency and they told me they can’t take my payment anymore. I have excellent credit and always paid them. Strike 1:
I am a new patient.
I arrived ten minutes prior to my scheduled appointment (bi-annual dental cleaning). All forms and insurance verifications were completed prior to my appointment. The office was fully staffed and only one patient was being seen in the back. Still, I was asked to wait 45 mins before getting called for my exam (dental cleaning). I should’ve left then, but I wanted my teeth cleaned.

Strike 2:
X-rays are a normal part of a cleaning process. The issue with this office is they purposely take unnecessary X rays to run up your insurance. For perspective purposes, I have perfect teeth, no dental issues ever, not even cavities, and I’ve had braces as a child. I was charged over $300 even with full coverage MetLife dental insurance because this “dentist” needed to be “thorough”.

Strike 3:

This dentist is highly unethical and incompetent, and that’s being polite. I’m 33 years old. She told me my canines are baby teeth, lol. I politely told her I have small canines but I assured her they are not baby teeth as I’m 33 years old…but she proceeded to argue with me. (Just for the sake of the review I went to Island Dental Center in Summerlin and they are great. They assured me that I don’t have baby teeth or any dental issues lol).

After waiting 45 mins, then finally being seen, the dentist tells me I need to have sealants on all of my teeth (again I’m here for a simple exam) priced at $1100 not covered by insurance, and my teeth are in horrible shape that I need a deep cleaning opposed to a regular cleaning to go beyond the gum. They also said they don’t have time to do it today so I will have to reschedule. What a waste of time. You make an appointment for a cleaning and they do everything but clean your teeth. How disrespectful and incompetent can a business be?!

Pearly whites isn’t worried about doing what’s best for patients the only concern is money. The dentist is highly unethical, greedy, and clinically incompetent. But hey if you enjoy your time and money being wasted, this is the dentist for you.

The Best! Period!

I was in pain! They squeezed me in, and I’m sure some folks had to work overtime to make it happen. They worked on my teeth all morning. They replaced a crown I had broken. They put a second crown on a tooth I had cracked. They filled 2 cavities and did an extraction. They worked with me and were able to save me from losing a tooth or worse.

My Smile now looks amazing and my teeth are healthy!

When they reviewed my services, they were even able to remove one item they didn’t end up having to do, instead of pocketing the money, because I would have paid the higher price and never been the wiser. That was an unexpected bonus!

I feel beyond lucky I found them. A dentist you can trust to do great work and not overcharge? Jackpot!

This place was awesome! I felt so welcome and everyone was so friendly. I did not get the x-Ray technician’s name, but she spoke Spanish, and she made me feel as if I’ve known her my whole life! My experience with Pearly Whites is always a pleasant one. They are very personable and remember the names of every one of their patients. The staff is always so vibrant, friendly and professional. The staff are perfectionist. If it doesn’t seem right they will make sure it is right before you leave their office. I would have to say that the staff’s concern for their patients is genuine. They are not about robbing the patient and their insurance companies. All around great experience, and the best/most thorough cleaning I've had in many years.

While taking great care of me they simultaneously filled a cavity for my young daughter, miraculously without a peep from her (I went in expecting tears and a scene)....more than anything I'm grateful they were able to keep her comfortable throughout.

Lastly, I work in healthcare myself and know how challenging it is to safely care for patients right now. The office was spotless, screening was thorough, and the staff were careful and safe throughout. A++.

I’ve been coming to this office for years now and consistently receive great care! The front desk workers are always welcoming and friendly, and the waiting area is very cozy. There’s always water and treats available, but you never have to wait very long. The dental hygienists take the time to explain everything they’re doing and are very thorough with their cleaning. During these pandemic times they are taking precautions to keep everyone safe. They ask a series of questions, take temperatures, and require masks until you get to your own cubicle. I really love how the entire staff makes you feel comfortable going to the dentist!

JANUARY 4TH HAD TWO FILLINGS DONE AND A CROWN PLACED ON A CRACKED TOOTH. FILLINGS WERE PERFECT NO PROBLEM BUT SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THE CROWN... JANUARY 5TH 2020: CAME BACK TO FIND OUT MY CROWN HAD BROKE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT EXCEPT THIS TIME I EXPERIENCED BAD PAIN AFTER THE NUMBING BEGAN TO GO AWAY. WAS TOLD IT WAS PROBABLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD TO HAVE THE CROWN DONE TWICE IN TWO DAYS AND TAKE A TYLENOL. SO GLAD THAT THEY FIXED THE CROWN, DISAPPOINTED IT WAS REALLY PAINFUL THE SECOND TIME AROUND . THIS IS MY MAIN CONCERN WITH DENTISTS - THE PAIN. SO LAYING HERE WITH AN ICE BAG ON MY FACE RIGHT NOW AND DEALING WITH IT!!!🤕🤯

One of the hardest things of relocating is finding new doctors. I had been with my previous dentist and hygienist back in IL for over 25 yrs. Thankfully I hit the jackpot with Pearly Whites. The staff is so friendly and happy. It’s clear everyone gets along. They provide a warm, scented neck pillow for during your treatment and are very concerned with your comfort. My insurance is managed smoothly and correctly. Most important, Dr Anthony and Angelica are knowledgeable, and efficient and work to make anything unpleasant, very tolerable (i mean who enjoys getting a crown? LOL) but if you need one, see them! both Antonio and Donna have cleaned my teeth and are both great. I hope this helps anyone struggling to find a great dental practice!

I’ve been here twice. The entire staff is wonderful especially Angelique.
I was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed because my last experience was horrible. Angelique assured me I wouldn’t feel anything and their goal was to make me feel comfortable.
During the procedure took about 20 minutes. The doctor was fast efficient and kind
Post oral surgery I feel no pain at all. My procedure was 1pm and I didn’t take my pain meds until Saturday morning!!! I feel great!!I love this place !!! I’m recommending everyone

SCAM, when I made the apt I asked to have a cleaning. I should of known when they were talking about deep cleaning options over the phone before they had even looked at my teeth. My teeth are normal and I always get normal cleanings, a deep cleaning is not necessary for me and no other hygienist has ever recommended that to me. This place only says it's necessary because they make a lot more money that way. I even told the receptionist when I scheduled my apt that I only wanted a regular cleaning regardless of what was recommended and she said that it was fine I could just get the regular cleaning. I wouldn't of scheduled the apt had she not lied to me about this. I also would have no trouble paying for this if it was what I truly needed. I'm going to be reporting this to my insurance company as well because I'm pretty sure that's illegal to refuse to give me a service without just cause when they are under contract with my insurance company to do so. I even asked them to please just give me a regular cleaning and they said no. Too bad they had to be like this, I was even going to get all my other stuff done with the dentist who seemed nice, but now I see what kind of office she runs so no thanks, I was really ready to pay them cash for my implant which I know was at least 2k. I will choose another office instead that won't try to hussle me.

I've to admit that the deep cleaning I just had and also was recommended by them really was on point . I feel like I got new teeth ! my dentist overseas never recommended it but I can feel and see a difference. they are very accurate with their recommendation of course you do not have to do everything but I will probably do since I am happy with the first treatment. I'll give 5 stars if the next treatments will be satisfying as this one and if the bill will be braked down they will send you the bill after your treatment but that's just a personal preference from me as a finance student. they will work on payment plan with you and I personally liked that they break it down for you (when they give u the pre calculation) so you're under no pressure to do everything right away.you can take it home and read over it and do your own research.they also great with kids like really really great with kids .

For my initial visit with Dr. Cat-Hien Nguyen, I would rate this office five stars. Upon arriving, I was welcomed with a smile and friendly customer service. I immediately felt at ease. The paper work was self explanatory and the wait was less than 10 minutes. My appointment was at 4:00 pm. The staff in its entirety was friendly and explained things very well. Dr. Cat-Hien Nguyen Took her time and got to know my dental history before recommending any types of service. After her examination, her and I discussed further treatment. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel that she was judging me. Lastly checking out was a breeze. My dental plan was communicated promptly to the front desk personnel. Within moments I was on my way home with the confidence that my smile will become better with Dr. Cat-Hien Nguyen and her staff.
