I would like to leave a very sincere and positive review for Perfect 32 Dental Care and especially for Dr. Maen Hijazi.

Our family has received dental treatment at this clinic more than once. First, we brought our daughter, then our son, and later I also became a patient of Dr. Hijazi myself. Recently, I visited the clinic again, and as always, I had only the best impressions.

Dr. Maen Hijazi is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, and careful. You can immediately feel that he truly knows his work and performs it at a very high level.
For me, it is especially important that I can trust him not only with my own dental care, but also with my children’s treatment. In my opinion, Dr. Hijazi is one of the best dentists in Las Vegas and one of the best dental doctors in the US.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years, and he is truly the best dentist in Las Vegas. He has taken care of both my son’s teeth and mine, and we always have a great experience.
He is very patient, gentle, and makes us feel comfortable every time. My son usually gets nervous, but he knows how to calm him and explain everything in a simple way.
The office is always clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. You can tell they really care about their patients.

I will continue returning to this doctor, which is why I’m still leaving 5 stars. The doctor is great and does excellent dental work.

However, my experience with the receptionist during a recent phone call was very disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment for my wife and was quoted a different price than I had originally been told. That wasn’t an issue—I simply wanted to understand the reason for the difference. Unfortunately, the receptionist became irritated in her tone and was quite rude.

I also asked what insurance plans the office accepts, but instead of answering my questions, she responded in a dismissive way and suggested that I could go to a different doctor. I asked three simple questions and none of them were properly answered. The conversation became so uncomfortable that I eventually had to hang up.

The doctor is excellent, which is why I will continue coming back, but the front desk experience really needs improvement.

I paid a lot of money to fix my front teeth. He asked if I wanted a root canal on side tooth or remove it. I removed it. I think the tooth was fine it was my gums that were inflamed. I really regret removing any teeth its stupid I was only in my 20s nothing wrong with a 4 root tooth. He also could have told me all my front teeth will shift after removing this tooth. So all the money I spent for crowns was for nothing now everything is shifting and he never offered any retainer. And its causing my bottom tooth to chip because they are hitting each other. :(
He told me if I remove it he will put a partial. I thought that was like a bridge or something. He never did. And I also can't do an implant because the gum inflammation. So basically I'm screwed amd should have not done anything to my teeth except get a cleaning and use banking soda peroxide. Poor decision making but im not a dr i didnt know i was really oblivious thats what hes for

НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТОГО ВРАЧА
У меня был мост из трёх зубов.
Этот врач распилил мост, удалил только один зуб и поставил имплант, несмотря на то, что ВСЕ три зуба и окружающие ткани были в состоянии, при котором имплантация противопоказана.
❗ В зоне была:
воспалённая десна,
внутренняя инфекция,
отсутствие условий для импланта,
при этом не было сделано наращивание кости, хотя оно было необходимо.
Более того, коронка на имплант была сделана так, что она лежала прямо на больной, воспалённой десне, усугубляя ситуацию.
Я обратился к независимому пародонтологу, который подтвердил:
имплант нельзя было ставить в таких условиях,
требуется лечение зоны и заживление до любого протезирования.
После заключения пародонтолога этот же врач, который ранее уверял, что два других зуба моста полностью в порядке, резко изменил своё мнение и признал, что все три зуба нужно было удалять.
То есть его первоначальный план лечения был ошибочным.
Дополнительно:
имплант был установлен под неправильным углом,
врач отказался добровольно решать проблему и возвращать деньги,
угрожал судом, если я снова подниму вопрос об удалении установленного им импланта.
В итоге мне пришлось задействовать дополнительные силы и помощь, чтобы разобраться в ситуации и вернуть деньги.
💸 Деньги были возвращены, но процесс занял почти год.
❗ Итог:
непрофессиональное лечение, неправильное планирование, давление на пациента и попытки уйти от ответственности.
👉 Не ходите к этому врачу. Берегите своё здоровье, нервы и деньги.

The first time I went to them was to get a filling. They placed the filling, but every time I bit down or closed my jaw, I felt pain for about six months afterward. I couldn’t go back for a correction because I was in another city.

The second time, just like the first, I was tempted by their low prices. I needed to treat several teeth and have two wisdom teeth removed. After the extractions, small bone fragments kept coming out of my gums for two months — the doctor hadn’t removed them after breaking and pulling the teeth out.

Then, six months later, I started having problems again with the same teeth.

Conclusion: Don’t be fooled by cheap prices. This dental office provides very poor-quality service. It’s better to pay more and get proper treatment.

We chose this clinic based on good recommendations.
Today I called to cancel an appointment, and the woman at the reception was very rude.
They also said that because I canceled the appointment, my husband’s X-ray will be sent in two weeks, even though he already paid for it.

I've been in vegas since 2015. I have found Dr. Hijazi's practice in 2016. I had tried one dental place before, and they gave me an estimate on a procedure they said i needed buy they didn't know was already done on California. When i went to Perfect 32 Dental Care, I knew this was going to be my dentist forever! He is fair and very thorough. He talks to you and is honest about what you need.

But his receptionist is absolutely horrible and unprofessional, and always been, telling me what to do and how to. I don’t appreciate that. Now, it’s time to look for another dentist. Phenomenal dentist with a great team. I was very apprehensive about changing dentists but the doctor was highly recommended by so many in the community, I figured I would give it a try.
From the ease of appointment making and availability, the location and the courteous handling of patients, I was very pleased. His hygienist, was phenomenal, quick and efficient. From my first visit I was amazed at how efficient, patient, caring and humble he is. I broke my front tooth with a crown, it happened around 9:30 pm. I texted Dr. Maen and he replied right away and told me to come in the morning. I have been reading great reviews everywhere about this office and the only bad reviews were about receptionist. I decided it doesn't matter what the front office does as long as the doctor itself is good. So I went there about 5 month ago. Doctor Maen Hijazi was really polite, professional, was explaining everything as well as his assistant very nice so I decided that I will take next time my whole family which was just now. I called to make an appointment for all of us and OMG!

In two words this receptionist was so unprofessional that I had no other option then to cancel all of the appointments for our family members!! No one should be cutting you off, showing the attitude or speaking to you down especially person who you are paying for the service! There is million dental clinics up there who will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable! Do yourself a favor, find a place where you will not be waisting your nerves on top of time and money. And worrying about your personal Data such as you SSN being exposed by rude receptionist.

Now if you would like to know the details...

When I called first time to make an appointment it was for my husband. I didn't know our policy# back then so when the receptionist asked me for my husbands Social Security Number I gave it to her. Later I have called to my insurance company and asked them if I should be giving out SSN every time I go to the different doctors and my insurance company stated that as long as I know and can provide my Member ID # that's all what dentist office will need. So when I called today to make an appointment for all of us despite the fact that the receptionist had already all insurance information she still decided to collect now MY SSN. I have told her that it was confirmed by my insurance company that only member ID is enough. This receptionist went crazy on me, she cut me off and didn't even let me finish the sentence and snapped on me by saying on very rude manner "OK now I will go to try to find this information on my own! Is there anything else I can help you with!". I said "I do not appreciate you cutting me off as I am trying to explain that I ALREADY confirmed with insurance company you do not need anything else to pull up my info". Not mentioning she already had our policy opened on front of her. The receptionist again cut me off without letting me finish my explanation and replied "Hold on! I will place you on hold"! She puts me on hold without any explanation of why is she doing that. I am waiting and thinking may be she will get a manager or something. She comes back and like nothing happened tells me "How can I help you?". I was speechless at that point! I told her that I am lost now of what's going on. She replied "well, I had another call to take so I put you on hold, what do you need". At that point I still believed that she had really a call and I ate the fact that she didn't explain nothing to me and just quickly put me on hold so I started again nicely explaining her that she cut me off but I wanted to tell her that I already verified with my insurance company..." Again she didn't let me finish and said "I am putting you on hold"!!! And only then I have realized she was shutting me out by placing on hold every time when I wanted to explain her something! I have called to couple other dental clinics before and I can not imagine no one to be so unprofessional with customers, so angry and rude. The receptionist is the face of the company. If you have person who doesn't know how to communicate but you still hired her then it is questioning the level of your own professionalism as the doctor or business owner. I am sorry but I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I will be also notifying Social Security Administration in case of any fraudulent activity about this incident as I don't give out my SSN to the left and to the right!

Im so so fortunate to have a good and honest Doctor! He fixes the problem right on the spot, and if your in pain he takes care of it! Nevertheless, some other dental offices will over charge you and could careless if your in pain or not!! They just want your money!!

it's very hard to find a really good dentist in Las Vegas so I really recommend this clinic and you can go and try by yourself.
I really was frustrated and can't believe that's any dentist could help me with my pain but doctor Maen Hijazi is a great person and an excellent dentist. it was my first visit today and by just looking at my teeth he found the problem. I did my Xray and he did a treatment plan.

As I had bad experience with other dentist in Las Vegas I tried to postpone visit to a dentist as long as possible. I got recommendation for doctor Maen Hijazi and it was a God blessing. He is a great professional in his field with reasonable prices. His treatment plan is understandable and clear. He even fixed mistakes of other dentist for free. Great plus for me is that he speaks Russian as well. Also want to mention his assistant Anna as caring and attentive specialist. They are a great team that made me relaxed and even we had fun during my treatment (crown, deep cleaning, 8 caries in my long mouth). Thank you for my smile!

Piece of my tooth fell out and I went to this place , because I heard do much good about it from many friends of mine. What I gonna say?! This place is amazing! XRay shows that I have some more cavities, 5 teeth need some work. And Dr Hijazi must be a magician, he fix ALL in less than an hour with help of his amazing assistant Anna! Dr Hijazi is very careful, attentive, thoughtful and gentle, all repairs are totally painless! ( Everyone, all staff is also very nice, friendly and caring!) price is super affordable! I have been with Dr. Hijazi since he was still a dental student. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and very reasonable in prices. Me and my wife have done multiple dental works with him, including root canals, crownings and implants. He will make it right for you and you will be very glad to have a great dentist like him.

So I just want to say I have a lot of experience in the dental world crowns RootCanal since I’m 10 years old and I’m a little bit older when I find this place I was driving all the way to Mexico to do implants and crowns because that was really good and a really good price but I’ve been recommended by friend to try this dentist and I was amazed how wonderful of you taken care of with all the team like a family and hey there dental technician lab Russian guy he’s a freaking artist he made the crown in three days that this is super short then the crown fit like a glove that’s blown my mind in the prices lower then typical dentist offices the treats you like meat market ! I’m highly recommend golden hands and amazing lab technician great prices the place is a treasure !

I have no complains whatsoever with the doctor, he was very nice and tried to help my boyfriend and I. On the other hand, the big mexican lady at the front desk was beyond rude. When I asked for a referral in order to have my wisdom teeth taken out she became profoundly offended and hung up the phone on me, when I asked why she did that she replied saying “you don’t like that, take this” and hung up again. I have never in my 23 years met someone so unprofessional and low class. 1 less customer!

*Update*
I recently went back for a Root Canal and will be getting a crown. And I have to say the staff there is great and more than accommodating. They treated me very well and fit me in ASAP. I went in to see what all my options were to not lose the tooth and they made sure I DIDN'T!!

I cant complain about Dr. Hijazi and his assistants, but the lady at the front has no customer service skills, first time i called to make an appointment she put me on hold and told me she was busy to call back in a week. Then i went in and she automatically went into the financial portion of my insurance without even letting me in to see Dr. and when i questioned it she did not explain anything to me other than this is what you are responsible for and did not give me any options just said "ok ill cancel your appointment so i walked out. 1 less customer sorry Dr. Hijazi.

Bit frightened by the tooth man and they all made me feel totally comfortable even with my mouth of neglected teeth my emergency extraction took literally minutes (took longer to get numb). I was in and out of there in no more than a half hour (for real). I called in the morning 9:00 am and was back at my house on E Charleston, by 10:30 am, unbelievable I know, but true. In the midst of another issue and will be calling soon. And oh yes they take walk ins, so walk on in folks.
