Dr Nguyen is amazing. Soft spoken. Great bedside manner and gentle with his hands. I've been to MANY dentists in my life and I can honestly say Dr Nguyen is my fave. He explains what needs to be done and is not aggressive. The front office does a great job of verifying insurances and even allowed us to get additional trmts same day so we didn't have to come back. My hygienist, Maddie, is very thorough and made sure to tell me how to clean my teeth better. The assistants are great too.
Overall, a pleasant experience at this office.

I have always been afraid of dentists. But this has changed at Planet Dental. Dr is so patience and kind, even when I’m scared. He actually hummed one time while he was drilling and it was comforting. The front staff as well as, the dental assistants are really nice. They explain everything. Very grateful to have Planet Dental for all my dental needs. I would highly recommend them!

I have to admit that I fear dentist more than doctors BUT over here, they make me feel quite comfortable I must say! Lol The staff are welcoming and sweet. They explain everything out to me and so that’s how we all get thru my appointment. The place is conveniently located close to where I work so it’s quite efficient for me to get what I need done while I’m still on shift and I can come back and finish my shift w/no problem. The office was rude , the lady who went over the cost of my care . Talked to me like a heartless mechanic her overall demeanor almost had me in tears . The Dr . Was so matter a fact I thought he was a robot no empathy , understanding or suggestions.
I am going back tomorrow for my X-rays and never returning.

I went here for a couple years. I understand mistakes happen. The last two visits, my chart wasn’t read. I have a allergy to latex. I was given a reaction to latex for my last two visits. I wanted to give then benefit of the doubt l, but twice in a row is something else. This second time two people ask about my allergy and confirmed I had a allergy but the dentist used latex gloves. It is on my records that I am allergic to latex and was verbally said I am allergic to latex. I cancelled my next appointment and will be finding a new dentist. I am no longer comfortable coming to planet dental.

I have always been extremely nervous of dental experiences involving needles. Nola was very patient with me throughout my entire visit, making pleasant conversation, reminding me to breath slowly and deeply through the “pain” I never felt, and spoke in calming tones. I felt NO pain at all, and felt extremely relaxed in her care. Her service was so great, I came home saying that I actually may enjoy having dental work done!

I would raye this office a no zero! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called monday morning and explained I had broke my tooth on Saturday and I had a sharp piece of tooth that was hitting my tongue and I needed it extracted. She said yes come in we can take it out today. My friend and I jumped in the car rushed their got there and told them I was in pain and asprin and no over counter meds were helping . They did a x ray and the lady was nice but as soon as the doctor walked in he says i cant take it out today ummm I was told on the pbone you could thats why I drove from Pahrump to you to get it taken out he says no your scares you have to go to a oral surgeon and that will be in two weeks so I was like can you give me something for the pain nope! I was like so I am soppose to stay in pain for two weeks hmm after I was told he could take out today he was rude and just walked out I will definitely be turning them in and not paying for that x ray how dare you lie just to get me in to make some money off of me. Save yourself the hassle and dont go here .

I went for my 1st app here. They said they would refer me for some root canal when I clearly mentioned I wanted an extraction!. Then I called the number on the referral thinking that place did extractions came back for the next app to this same place and the front desk women clearly told me over the phone they were going to do my extraction here! And today I arrived with extreme pain that has been going on for 3 days Now! And Damm front desk lady tells me they don't do extractions there!. They made me a fkn app to waste my time!. And I know they were just bullshitting Me! Because of my Insurance! They gave me some other referral somewhere else, and I told them I had called off work for this Damm app and of course they didn't give me anything to prove to my Job that they gave me an app with False information!. I Rate this place No Fkn Stars!. Their a fkn Joke!. Pls don't waste your time with these fkn Idiots!!!!!!!!
