Friendly staff, Dr. Medina will get yo into see him if an emergency comes up. His calm demeanor and expert care has never disappointed me. On two occasions I have had emergency care provided by his office on a desperate phone call and same day service on both occasions. This is rarely seen or heard of in this nightmare of lack of medical care in The Las Vegas area. He makes hope for this city!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Medina and the entire team. I came in dealing with neck and hip pain, and Dr. Medina took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was going on, and provide care that was tailored to my needs.

The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable during my visits. I’ve noticed improvement in my pain and mobility, and I appreciate the time and attention Dr. Medina puts into helping patients feel their best.

I absolutely love this place. Both Medina brothers are awesome people that listen to what youre saying, and they have great assistants who are very sweet. I was in an accident about 6 weeks ago where some lady flipped me and my friend and its been an interesting ride of discomfort, and incredibly difficult emotions. Thank you to the team at this location for truly making a difference in my recovery and even trying or suggesting things to help me on my own. A review is the least I could do. 🙏

I am posting this review after struggling with shoulder pain longer than I probably should have but finding Dr Riberto Medina was the best thing that happened to me. My husband actually found him and spoke so highly of the relief he got from neck and back pain that I knew I had to go in.
Most importantly when I got there I was not at all treated like 'just another patient', there was no cookie cutter treatment this was an actual consultation with every touch and manipulation customized to what I had going on. The relief I have in my shoulder I can't even explain. Prior to the visit I was waking up throughout the night many times and had just lived that way for nearly a year, thinking it was just something I had to live with. My shoulder had several small injuries over the years and I thought this is just how it had to be. I tried different pillows, even bought a new mattress but nothing helped too much. I promise you, after the very first visit at Precision Chiropractic, I slept! I literally slept a night through without pain. Sounds simple but for me it was amazing and I feel like I need to share!

My roommate recommended me to this office after their first visit with Dr. Medina. I had the chance to witness the Dr's excellent bedside manner, how they did not dismiss any questions or concerns and frequently checked in with them. So when I was told how easy it was to make an appointment with them I was more than happy to try it out.

When I came in I was asked to fill out some intake forms, as one normally would in a drs office, and found the forms to be fairly easy to fill out, detailed but simple enough to not overwhelm. In my first visit I got to sit in a massage chair, get adjusted and spent some time on a tens unit with a heated pad for my lower back tension. During the entire session I was frequently being checked in with and told if at any point I felr uncomfortable or if something hurt in the wrong way to let them know. I felt like I was in a friendly professional space. I walked in super tense and walked out feeling upright again, slightly sore but definately decompressed. ❤️
