The overall dental care I received here was adequate. The main problem was scheduling and confirming appointments. They have this ridiculous confirmation process where they call you to confirm your appointment and if you don't answer they leave you a voicemail that says "calling to confirm your appointment, if you don't return our call to confirm your appointment will be CANCELLED". This would probably work fine for most people but I work night shift and they would call me while I was sleeping during the day after work and then by the time I would listen to the voicemail they would be closed for the day. So my appointment was cancelled 2 or 3 times even though I told them my night shift scheduling issues. They claimed to "put a note on my chart" to give me more time to confirm but that never happened. And then when I called to confirm they said oh sorry you did not confirm in time so we gave away your appointment to someone on our standby list. Then when I try to reschedule for another day they are so booked up that they don't have another appointment for months. And then I ended up going without cleanings for too long by no fault of my own. Then I got pregnant and I tried to get a cleaning but because it had been too long since my last appointment they wanted to do X-rays. I did not want to get any X-rays while pregnant unless absolutely necessary but they refused to even do a simple cleaning without new X-rays. I tried to tell them I would not have gone so long between cleanings if your office staff would stop cancelling my appointments. I ended up crying (pregnancy hormones) and leaving and I have not been back since. When I actually was able to confirm my appointments most of the hygienists I received cleanings from were very nice and efficient but there was one female hygienist who shamed me for having some plaque and was like tisk-ing to herself while cleaning my teeth like I was inconveniencing her. So I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. They really should get a text appointment confirmation system like most doctor's offices have instead of leaving voicemails and forcing people to call back in an unrealistic timeframe.

I have never received the care that I have received from Dr. Lam, and from his assistant Ava, in doing my dental crown prep. They made sure I was comfortable. They never pushed me to my limit. They made sure to give me breaks. They accommodated every request that I had. So patient!! Despite how difficult my crown prep was, Dr. Lam handled it like a pro as usual. As for Ava, she was also such a patient individual who made sure that she was there for me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable when she saw that I was anxious. THANK YOU so much for the both of them for such a wonderful experience. (This is why I don’t go anywhere else) lol

I've put off writing this for awhile but aside from friendliness of the staff (no one has ever been rude) and good cleanings (should be thats basic) the actual dental results haven't been up to par. They doubled their office size awhile back and I feel like it's an assembly line and I'm always rushed. I understand I haven't taken care of my teeth but hey that keeps them in business. But with a botched root canal, temporary crown that kept falling out, a filling that ended up with me barely able to open my mouth for a month (and jaw still clicks) and now a tooth that was removed and they knew was infected but offered no antibiotics (which I went to a doctor to get) and blew up into an abcess. Always seem to be in a hurry and don't care to listen to me. I've wanted to like them. Nice and get other good reviews but I'm over it. No luck for me.

Precision Dental is a blessing. Dr. Myrin and Richard did a wonderful job with my root canal. They were both very gentle and precise. I didn't even feel pain. The whole process was smooth and painless. The assistants there are all so attentative and very sweet. I definitely will be coming back. I love Precision Dental!

Today I came in for my follow up procedure with Dr Long and his assistant the lovely miss Rachelle did a wonderful job finishing my root canal. They were both so gentle. During the whole process I felt no pain. I was in and out of there in less than hour. The front desk lady's are all awesome they always make me feel like I'm at home.

Dr. Lam is a very kind dentist who cares about his patients. I fell several days before Christmas last year and he took the time to temporarily fix my tooth so I would look presentable for Christmas and New Year. Eventually he made me a beautiful, permanent bridge and I can finally smile again without being embarrassed. The office staff is also kind and caring. I had one appointment that went well. I was treated nicely. HOWEVER, They sent me to a specialist that was not in network. I looked for one one my own, no one from the office contacted me, I told them the same day as my appointment Nov.11 2025, that I needed a specialist in the network. I found one on my own with help of my insurance, a specialist and dentist in the same office and decided to go with them. Yesterday , I finally got a text asking me if I saw the specialist for the evaluation. I didn't go back because, they didn't help me find a specialist, I had to do that myself.

Someone messed up my appointment at the front desk, and it was pushed back 2 months, which meant my girlfriend and I were supposed to have an appointment at the same time. But someone changed it. Avoid this place — total scam. They told me I had decay, bone loss, and needed a deep cleaning without doing a full exam or measuring my gums properly. The whole place feels unprofessional — multiple exam rooms, students walking around, and zero transparency. The front desk woman came in like a bulldog demanding money and saying I had to pay more or they wouldn’t treat me at all. It was honestly a scary experience. Ok so it took me awhile to choose to write this review because I love the practice and I’ve been going here awhile, back when Dr Tran was here. Dr Tran isn’t here anymore so I went to Dr Ronnie. He’s super kind and really nice. He did about 5 fillings in my mouth. Three on the left and two on the right. Two of the three on the left wasn’t done right. Now I honestly don’t think it was a skill thing. I think he knows what he was doing but because he was standing on my right I don’t think he had a good angle for the ones on the left. The reason I say this is because the other 3/5 fillings, I haven’t had a problem with. The two that aren’t right has causes me to only eat on my right side for the past 4 months. The issue with that is I don’t want to cause further damage to my teeth by only eating on one side but I don’t have a choice because they hurt real bad and still hurt. One hurts to cold, and the other hurts to chew on. I don’t know what else to do at this point but I did feel like it was only right to share this review. I did advise him of it. One of them he did over and it still hurts, the other one he said he wasn’t going to do over because the xray don’t show anything being wrong, even though it’s painful to me. Idk what to do. I just have to figure something out.

I am terrified of going to a dentist's office, let alone getting work done on my teeth. Dr.Anthony met me with such compassion and understanding. I got my first three fillings done today, and not only was it painless but also quick. I am shocked by how seamlessly it went, and he and his assistant checked in on me often to ensure I was doing well!

I was referred to Dr. Lam and his team to get a second second opinion on a dental procedure. Prior to my visit, I spoke to the office to arrange for my dental records to be sent to them to assist with them providing a second opinion.

After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby, I was brought by a hygienist to the patient treatment area and the fist thing I noticed was that it lacked privacy due to open area viewing and easily could hear neighboring patient/dentist conversations and procedures. The hygienist initially wanted to take X-rays and do a complete examination, so I had to re-explain that the reason for my visit and re-direct the hygienist to my X-rays that I had arranged to be sent earlier. Once she found my records, we were able to discuss the reasons for my need for a second opinion. She listened carefully, but I must admit to be being distracted by her sneezing as she was clearly sick and I couldn't help but wonder why she would be in a dentist office working with patients while she is sick. She wore a mask I first met her which was a bit reassuring, but she removed it later when I saw her again which seemed irresponsible.

I waited for approx 45 minutes laying in the patient chair for Dr. Lam to arrive. Regrettably, he never did. I only had one interaction with Dr. Lam's staff during the entire 45 minutes which was the hygienist said Dr. Lam would be arriving soon and yet he never did for another 20 minutes.

I left the office feeling very disappointed with my experience with Dr Lam and his team. When I informed the staff that I was leaving, they apologized without any explanation for why Dr. Lam did not show up. While I was waiting for the office to return my new patient application, I noticed a person walking the hallway and he approached me. He did not introduce himself but the name "Bobby Lam" was on his uniform shirt and he said he apologized (but didn't say for what so left me wondering if he even knew or cared about the missteps in his office). He said he had a dental emergency to take care of and I said it was quite unfortunate that no on on his team explained to me he did not have time for me (or any of his other patients who were waiting -- it truthfully felt like a a chaotic dental factory inside) and I responded that no one on his team communicated with me on this emergency to give me the chance to return and reschedule (and instead told me he would be seeing me "soon" which turned out not to be true). I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lam ad his team.

I can not recommend Dr. Lam's dental practice to anyone who expects a caring and organized team to handle your dental health and needs. If Dr. Lam and his team do not value you as a patient or your time then why would you ever let them perform any dental work on you?

I been seeing Dr. Ronnie for just a couple visits now. I have to say he’s been so great with listening to my concerns and taking care of everything I need done. I got a cavity filled, crown done and now a tooth implant. Not once have I been in pain or had an anxiety attack something that normally happens because of past trauma with a dentist. I truly recommend him and this practice. Also a BIG shout out to all the staff that works there from the front office to the back office. I got a referral to come here by my root canal specialist. My root canal specialist informed me that this place was great and that they will help me very well. I have a huge fear of doctors, and dentists are included. So because my specialist was super awesome, I believed him. But man I was so wrong. The first day I went there, I saw Dr. Ronnie and her assistant, whom I think was let go, since no one is telling me her name. Everything was going great until the assistant was shoving the tube sucker down my throat, and she wasn't even paying attention. Instead, she was talking to her co-workers. Dr. Ronnie was no where to be seen. When I asked the assistant where Dr. Ronnie went, the assistant said she left to see another patient. So not only they didn't even inform me that Dr. Ronnie left to see another patient, I had to wait another 20-30 mins for her to come back. Great... If I had the choice to go to another dentist, I would, but due to my insurance and time, I can't.

2nd day: I requested a different assistant, Imari. Done. But man I should've changed doctors too. Dr. Ronnie, was just not good. She messed up my temporary crown that my specialist made for me. So when I went back home, it came off. Did not eat or anything, it just came off. So I was super disappointed. I informed my daughter and this time, my daughter came with me. She made them change both the doctor and the new assistant. So this time, it was Dr. Lam and Richard (assistant). Imari, the other assistant was ok... not my favorite, sorry...but not sorry. But Dr. Lam and Richard did the job better than the other people did. Now mind you, this happened all in 1 day.

3rd day: Came back here, hoping everything was going to be ok. Thankfully, it was. Got my crowning done and I left.

So if you are going to come here, be sure to watch who you will be paired up with. I do recommend Dr. Lam and Richard, which is why I gave another star. However, if you could find a better general dentistry, then please go there.

I’m not going to be petty and give less stars there are a lot of good things about this office but taking my root canal seriously wasn’t one of them. Two years ago I underwent a double root canal for an infection on my upper right side. After I experienced some discomfort on that side, I was told it will go away and I have nothing to worry about, I mentioned the next time I went in I was experiencing the same discomfort and had the root canal specialist take a look at his work and he assured me he did a fantastic job and I was must have been experiencing “phantom pain”. I hate being someone who complains but I especially hate being I’m my head when I do. Clearly if this professional was telling me, it was in my head. Well now two years later I go back and mention that discomfort to my hygienist, she then recommended a CT. Through CT they found the nerve was not completely removed and that infection was still there after two years. Studies recently have come out about poor root canal work and their correlation to cancer. I have to get a retreat on that same tooth I’ve mentioned discomfort with and pay out of pocket 2k while now potentially being at risk for other more serious health risks. I’m extremely unhappy with the work of the root canal specialist and especially with Anthony not suggesting the CT sooner. Trust your gut when it comes to your health.

I went in after months of my prior orthodontist canceling appointments after being told that my brackets for my braces weren't sealed right and had cavities behind them because my toothbrush couldn't reach. They did xrays and confirmed I had a couple. They set up a care plan, immediately removed my braces, fixed the worst of the cavities and set me up for a retainer to keep my teeth in place while finishing up dealing with the cavities so I can resume my teeth treatment with invisalign. The cavities were for sure not as bad as I originally thought but, were still causing pain. The care plan they have in place for me is phenomenal, and I'm really glad I went to them. They were gental, thorough and super kind. I will for sure go back and I would 10/10 recommend them.

Be warned if they try to sell you on Invisalign or crowns here! This is clearly not their area of expertise, and both procedures I've had here were clumsily done, emotionally distressing, and borderline dishonest.

Big warning about getting crowns here. The first time they made crowns, they didn't fit my teeth at all, and we spent 2 hours trying to grind them in. Horrible. We had to retake impressions and make a new set of temporary crowns. Meanwhile I wore temporary crowns for almost 2 months waiting for this to end. They fit poorly, the glue tasted horrible, I wasted 3 vacation days, and I wish they hadn't managed to sell me on the idea. If you do get crowns, go to a cosmetic dentist who can do this with their eyes closed. Trust me, it's worth spending extra so you don't go through what I did.

Let's also talk about how they recommended I do Invisalign, then after when I got those crowns done, they didn't fit the crowns to my Invisalign template. Now my retainers don't fit and they want to upcharge me another $600 to replace the retainer. Not to mention, this office is really clumsy at taking impressions, so each visit to take new impressions takes hours, while you're sitting there while your mouth is glued shut with putty, and then they realize they did it wrong and you have to retake the impression for the 4th time. If you need to get Invisalign, go to a proper orthodontist. It's absolutely worth it to avoid the dumpster fire of unskilled hands working on your teeth.

I've held off from saying anything for a long time because their front office staff is so wonderful, but you can't make up for the actual dental staff who recommend procedures they're not an expert in. Go somewhere else if you need a big procedure done.

Dr Lamm is is very thorough, and caring and I have not had any problems with any of the work he has done on my teeth. His work is excellent and precise ! He explains everything to me so that I understand what they are doing. I went to this office for a second opinion. The first dentist looked at my mouth for about 5 seconds and told me my tooth was cracked. They told me I needed a $6000 procedure that would result in an extracted tooth, a bridge, and 3 crowns. When I asked questions about the procedure they gave me convoluted answers and kept going back and forth on the price, while trying to pressure me into doing the procedure right then and there. I’m a cash patient and nothing about that experience felt right.

I came to Precision and I immediately felt the difference. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts. Anthony said he didn’t see a crack and referred me to an endodontist who could give me some more detailed scans to make sure before we came up with a treatment plan. I really appreciated the extra care, the straightforward pricing, the detailed examination, and the clear communication. There was absolutely no pressure and I felt heard and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a crown break off yesterday. It was very uncomfortable. A friend recommended Precision Dental. I'm so glad she did!

They fit me in today. The entire staff was just wonderful. Dr. Tran provided one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. From explaining my options, to "chair side manner" to the work performed.

The cash rate was a pleasant surprise, too!! They have a $50 new patient special btw. If you've been putting off dental work, don't.

It's always hard to find the right dentist! Precision dental is an awesome place. I was seen right at my appt time and the doctor was thorough but quick with my exam. The front desk ladies were really sweet and welcoming. Richard did my x-ray and was really professional and friendly. I didn't feel judged or felt uncomfortable at all and it was my first time visiting. They treated my case with urgency and booked me for another appt within the same week to get my teeth fixed. Well nobody ever likes going to the dentist, however the people at Precision make it very comfortable. Everyone is so nice, very polite and they make being at the dentist pleasant experience. I had my first visit with Precision Dental and let me tell you, the WHOLE staff was awesome. Moved to Vegas from California in December and I left behind a great dentist so being here. I was afraid I wouldn’t find another dentist who truly cares and who understands your situation. Needless to say, I found one!! Dr. Lam is a wonderful, caring, genuine dentist. He explained everything that needed to be done with my teeth yet didn’t force anything on me. For a dentist to tell his patient “i’m here to serve you” says a lot about his personality. That, right there, completely won me over I knew then, I found my dentist! Now as for the staff, oh my goodness, where do I start. I am more than happy with Precision Dental. Dr Lam is the best. Is very honest and I never feel that he is telling me that something needs to be done just to do it. He has even told me that certain things were not necessary. Just yesterday he did an excellent job of rebuilding a broken away tooth so I would look good for my sons wedding. Hands down the best dental office EVER. It had been six years since our last visit due to some changes with Insurance companies and coverage issues...and today we FINALLY made our way back home. I thought surely they won't remember us... I was wrong... Not only did Dr. Lam remmeber me AND the kids by name but their graduations as well. This is the reason I paid out of pocket rather than go with our free HMO insurance plan. I wanted my son to have the same excellent experience that his older sister had. I have pretty terrible teeth, and recently moved to LV and was looking for a dentist to take care of a whole bunch of cavities I had. Anthony at precision dental was kind, easy going, explained everything that was happening and what I could expect, and reassured me (as someone with anxiety about getting dental work done) throughout the process. I've been coming here since I moved to Vegas almost 2 years ago. The staff is great. The service is excellent and prices reasonable. I love how simple and streamlined everything is. From making appointments, getting reminders (via texts and emails) and having services (during a pandemic no less). They are extremely efficient and you are never there longer than you need to be. Dr. Anthony is phenomenal and truly does precision work- paying attention to the tiniest details to get everything right! He also takes the time to explain procedures, treatment options and plans, and indulges all my questions about teeth and dentistry. The hygienists are also fabulous- they take great care to do excellent work as well as being exceptionally accommodating and interactive with younger patients. My 2 and 4-year olds looks forward to going to the dentist because they have created such a pleasant experience for them! Additionally, the business office/front office staff is also incredible. They are always kind, patient, and willing to explain and answer any questions as I have them. Top to bottom, this is a great practice and we are so very happy to have found them! Full disclosure** this will be a long post but very important for anyone who has anxiety over The dentist***
Take it From a person who has neglected dental work her entire life...please please please come and see the doctors here at Precision Dental. I have an extreme phobia when it comes to the dentist, I was never taught oral hygiene as a child, I never had dental insurance and every experience prior to finding this dental practice has been traumatic. Upon first phone call with Jackie, she was able to calm my nerves as she congratulated me on making my first step and making the call and scheduling a consult. She empathized with me on all my fears and my journey thus far. She was able to squeeze me in on the first day of open from the closures due to Covid. They implemented new safety measures and protocol which I appreciated and also wasn’t crazy complicated. Office was immaculately clean. Upon arrival I’m immediately greeted by Lena the X-ray technician as well as Jackie. They, already are aware of my high anxiety from the phone call I had with Jackie prior and so they are extra extra gentle and accommodating to me. Making sure I’m comfortable with every step and not making me feel as if I’m being ridiculous (although I was very much a train wreck) assuring me throughout the whole process. Then comes Dr Lam to go over the xrays. Now mind you, this was only meant to be a consult, I needed a lot of work done but in no way was I planning on making precision dental the place to fix my needs but it was a No brainer. Dr Lam spent time listening to my concerns...I’m babbling on and on through a mix of emotions...lots of crying yada yada yada. Now going in, I knew I would need substantial work and nothing dr Lam suggested came as a surprise. What I truly appreciated was that I could tell dr Lam takes a conservative approach when it comes to your teeth, your health. Never once did he come off as pushy...he answered all my questions took his time with me. I’m telling you....The level of care here is beyond. I found this place through yelp after reading a review by a lovely lady by the name of Jessica. I’ve never met her but she spent the time to help me work up the nerves to actually go through with this. She even met me there and introduced me to the staff and sat with me to ease my fears! Can we say ANGEL!!! And no, she has no affiliation to the business-just a super ecstatic client that cared enough to want to be of help. I’m babbling again....but really there’s just so much good here....If you’ve had the time to read this review then I imagine you have done your fair share of research... save yourself the trouble and just make the first call to Precision dental.

Dr. Lam is easily the best dentist I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Yes, I meant to say that. Pleasure. While Dr. Lam is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and precise, it is his entire practice that deserves accolades. His assistants are also very skilled; in many cases more skilled than a lot of dentists that have worked in my mouth. The Lovely young administrative ladies are genuinely caring and delightful. I went in for a cleaning and everything was great. I was so impressed with the beautiful, welcoming office, the friendly staff and the way they present their treatment options and pricing. The thing that stood out to me the most was on my way out of the practice I realized a little piece of my permanent retainer wire had come slightly loose (it’s older and was done by another office years ago) and caught itself on the inside of my cheek. I told Jacky something was wrong, Jacky quickly called over Dr. Anthony and they got me back in the chair and Dr. Anthony fixed it in less than five minutes after it happened. Dr. Anthony showed me what Bianca used is not a drill. I still made my next appointment with a different hygienist, as Bianca did not do a thorough job in removing buildup nor polishing my teeth well at all. I thought it only fair to note to potential patients that a drill is not used during a cleaning should that detour you.

I stand by my review and recommendation to get a hygienist that understands most of us only get a good cleaning 2ce a year, so the quality of the cleaning is valuable.

I really like the staff. They were all pleasant. Dr. Anthony Hua was great as well. The quality of my actual cleaning was not great. If we return, it will be with a different hygienist.
She was very personable and full of good dental advice, but my goal is also a good cleaning twice a year.

With every cleaning I've ever had in the past, the plaque was scraped off, then the entire tooth, and specially the entire front of each tooth was polished well. With Blanca/Bianca, the assigned hygienist, there was only what seemed to be a drill (rather than scraping at all), and the polishing was merely a formality. It literally touched on each tooth brief moment, but that is it. In my experience, after a good cleaning, the polishing leaves the gum line feeling clean. My gum line wasn't touched.

Perhaps, drilling the plaque off is a new technique, I cannot see what she saw to see if it was effective. But what I do know is that my teeth do not feel clean.
