This is my first major health procedure i’ve had done in my life so I was deeply discouraged and slightly nervous… Up until I actually came to the office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely welcoming presence of Cherlisa. Diamond was able to assist with my X-ray(s) with so much patience and kindness. Lastly, I was able to have the most swift and efficient tooth extractions done by Dr. Luu and his assistant (i forgot here name). It only took about an hour for the whole procedure and there was little to no pain considering the severity of my teeth. I want to say thank you to all of the staff for making this such an effortless and relieving experience for me! Please keep to the great work. Chessa(sp)? was my hygienist and was great at cleaning and keeping the water rinse from splashing my face, not always done well in other offices. Dr. Tina Liang is always very good, professional and explains what is needed or options to take care of any issues. It doesn’t hurt when I go there! They worked hard to get credentialed for my insurance so I was glad I could keep going to them, as I was established with them for over a year already. The receptionist (sorry, forgot her name) is always pleasant and helpful as well. The office name describes them: Pristine! Recommend them highly!

I’m extremely happy I found this office after spending quite a bit of time searching for a new dentist in the area. My previous dentist and most of the staff retired after I had been with them for over 25 years, so I was very selective when choosing a new practice. Their solid reviews, convenient location, modern office, and advanced technology are what ultimately convinced me to give them a try!

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office is modern, spotless, and clearly equipped with modern technology. They were incredibly thorough with my X-rays and exam, which gave me a lot of confidence in the level of care they provide.

When Dr. Liang came in, she immediately made me feel like she genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to building long-term relationships. I didn’t feel rushed, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed every concern.

Alexa, my hygienist, was equally wonderful. She was patient, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. She took her time with my cleaning and paid great attention to detail, which I really appreciated!

I highly recommend this dental office. They were able to schedule my boyfriend and I quickly. The paperwork was all electronic which was great didn't have to do anything when we got there. We saw Dr. Tina Laing and her and all the staff members were extremely friendly and professional. I love all the upgraded technology they had. I've had some pretty rough experiences throughout finding a good dental office and dentists. If you know Vegas, you know it's about hustling and a bunch of upsell tactics. Here is the honest review.

GREAT OFFICE, GREAT STAFF. Very professional and responsive. This office is very luxury feeling and welcoming. Love it. Normally I do not book every 6 months for cleaning but I just did it this time.

Dr. Tina Liang is awesome, she's the one who went over my teeth and if I had any issues. Very welcoming smile and friendly. My hygienist was very nice. Now if you want a customer service oriented trustworthy person cleaning your teeth who makes you feel comfortable, Jennifer is THE ONE.

Also the great friendly receptionish Liz. She is on top of it!

Office was very clean, modern and seemed high tech.
Office staff was very friendly and personable.
My appointment left much to be desired however. Dr. Liang was friendly and introduced herself. She took a few seconds to look at my teeth, blew a little air into my mouth and suggested a deep cleaning. I was quoted double what my insurance required.
I was then told I would have to reschedule for my cleaning at a different date because they were behind.
I will be looking for a new dentist that respects my time.

I have gotten my cleaning, fills and bridges done. The pricing was similar to my previous office, but they did offer me affordable options and also payment plan option. I highly recommended this place to anyone who sees this office. Stop going to the dental offices that are outdated, that don’t care about you or your teeth and only want your money.

Edit update for August 2025:
The vibe changed. So, I am pretty good at following rules and instructions. However, this experience was quite tiresome. It’s probably standard, but I did not like how my temporary tooth kept coming off. I made sure to chew on my left side. Drink anything slowly, but my cheeks would press up against it and guess what? It popped right off. Would nearly choke on it because it popped out constantly. And chewed on it…It was annoying. Now. Vibes. I will preface, maybe, I was off, but I was super anxious and tired. I work two jobs like anyone else right now. I get like roughly 4-5 hours of sleep. Came back in to have the temporary cemented back in, and I didn’t eat or drink anything for two hours afterwards. (I was instructed 30 minutes, but why risk it?) Guess what? It came right off…Now here is the thing. They took me in, but they were a bit annoyed like “ugh, seriously?” Kind of tone when they took me in. I was grateful of course, but they didn’t see it that way and they probably were busy…. Sorry for having complications? Sure, eventually, I started sleeping without it. Drinking without it. Eating without it. Till the day came for my actual crown…If you have to get a crown done and can’t handle the annoyance of a temp. El dorado dentistry or that chain does everything in one sitting. Wish I went back, but I was looking for convenience and to give another business my business. It is what it is. And I still have pains here and there from the crown. Oh! And I had every right to be concerned about oral cancer cause that is genetic from both sides of my family. (I felt judged) :/ And I heavily vaped. I went through like many coils and vape juices in a week. It was bad. So, of course, social media fear mongering about people vaping, and my symptoms were lining up which in return made me paranoid. I did feel silly admitting why I was at the dentist, but I would rather be safe than sorry. Cancer seems to be claiming so many lives lately and it’s disheartening.

I absolutely love Pristine Dental and its faculty! I also appreciate Dr. Liang more than I’ll ever be able to express. Dr. Liang is so patient with me and my anxiety. She will take the time to learn my history and accommodate my anxiety in such a respectful manner. I can only assume they pick up on my anxiety quick because they’ll know when to pause without me asking, just so I can take a deep breath, or so they can offer me other coping mechanisms. Dr. Liang and her team are also very personable and I can wholeheartedly say that I’ve found my home in this dental office. I also can’t deny how much I love the aesthetics and cleanliness of this office!

If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would. Dr Liang and her team are truly professionals, from the front staff to the back. They are all so warm and welcoming. Dr. Liang is the best dentist I’ve ever had!
She assessed and treated my first-ever root canal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and at ease during what could have been a very stressful procedure. Not only is she highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, but she also gave thoughtful advice and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of post-procedure — something I’ve rarely seen from dentists. Dr. Liang is also incredibly responsive and has an impressive sense of urgency. I can’t recommend her enough!

Pristine Dental is a modern chic and state of the art facility with the newest equipment and technology to provide you with the best service in southwest Las Vegas. My mom could not stop raving about her experience with Dr. Liang! She’d been putting off her care for years because it was intimidating for her to find the right healthcare provider and she’d wait to travel out of country to get work done. Thank goodness we now have a local dentist. Dr. Liang is Chinese speaking and made my mom feel very comfortable. She was thorough in understanding what my mom’s needs were and didn’t push any unnecessary services. My mom got a cavity filled, a crown, and a routine cleaning and said the service was quick, painless, and she was treated professionally by the doctor and her staff. Had my Invisalign performed by Dr. Luu and everything turned out perfect. Was scared of the process of grinding down the teeth but the Dr made the entire process completely painless I couldn't believe it. Follow up teeth cleanings were also painless as well.
