Dr. King made me feel comfortable and there was no shame. She was very efficient and nice. Before I knew it, she was done. Awesome skills!

I have been going to Rainsprings dental for 3-4 years now. Definitely would recommend Will, he is the hygienist there. He is very knowledgeable and has a very positive vibe. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. My cleaning went smooth and it did not hurt at all and you can barely feel their hands working on your teeth. Karen was also very knowledgeable and helpful and explains everything to you. She is also welcoming and my overall experience was great. I will definitely come back and do more treatments that Dr. Bringhurst recommended.

Just went for my 6 month check up and cleaning last Friday and was in and out in about 50 minutes. Had my xrays done and routine cleaning and check up in that time frame. Front desk was very welcoming and I was out the door quick. Will definitely recommend Rainsprings!

My mom had a crown come off last night, and we were so grateful that they were able to see her today and get her crown re\-cemented\. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, caring, and helpful\.

Mounu was so kind and welcoming and took the time to walk my mom through the check\-in process, making sure she felt comfortable and taken care of\. X\-rays were taken, and Dr\. King took the time to explain everything to my mom, including what to expect with re\-cementing her crown\. During the visit, they also discovered a cavity that needed to be addressed, and Dr\. King made sure my mom understood everything clearly\.

It's ALL TRUE! you must DONATE MONEY to receive a discount for cash payment. Over $ 1,000.00 dollars I must "donate" to receive a discount. AND pay an additional fee to be in a special "plan" for cash payment customer.
I left the office without even the estimate; they needed an additional 15 mins - then they wanted to schedule an appointment for 6 months out. I have a tooth that is in pain and needs attention - I need to get the tooth fixed ASAP. But all the staff was concerned about was getting me on the appointment book for 6 months from now for a checkup. The dental group is run by private equity; your best interest is not their concern. it's all about the private equity return on investment.

I absolutely love my dentist and the staff here. Karen has helped me the past few times I’ve visited and she has always been so kind and helpful. She would be my dental hygienist for every appointment if I had the choice! My dentist Doctor Breanna King is the very caring and attentive as well. Anyone can tell she wants the absolute best for her patients. Dental appointments can be an uncomfortable experience for me but Doctor King and Karen have made each and every single one of my appointments a calm and pleasant visit for me. I recently started orthodontic treatment with Dr. Burgos, and she made me feel so welcomed from the moment | arrived. She was very thorough in explaining my treatment options, including Spark aligners and traditional braces, and answered all of my questions. Xiomara, the treatment coordinator, clearly explained my insurance benefits and costs, which made the process easy to understand. I was even able to start my traditional braces the same day! I've already been recommending this office and team to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the billing practices at this office. My husband recently received dental work here using insurance, and the final bill we were presented with was $60 higher than the written quote we were given beforehand. When we inquired about this discrepancy, we were informed that some of the procedures listed on the original quote were not even performed, yet the price had increased.
​When I asked for clarification based on the written estimate I had in hand, the staff member was dismissive and rude. Furthermore, I was pressured to include a $90 'donation' in our bill. When I requested to remove this donation, given that the total cost was already substantial, I was told that removing it would trigger a $300 penalty. This exchange felt both unethical and coercive. I am currently looking into the legality of these billing practices. I cannot recommend this office due to their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I've been coming here for quite some time but my most recent visits have reminded me how polite and warm the entire team here is! Adriana, Sam, Brittany, and Alex are particular standouts among the staff!

Adrianna and Alex are very warm, efficient, and knowledgeable administrative staff. Sam was very polite during my initial exam. Brittany was my hygienist and not only took great care with my gums, but also educated me and made feel better about falling off of some of my hygiene habits after life was kicking my ass for a bit.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in to get a basic cleaning after analyzing my teeth, the dentist came in telling me I had periodontal disease which shocked me because I floss and brush my teeth regularly and I don’t have family history of bad teeth. They told me that I had to get a laser treatment on my teeth and antibacterial medication on each tooth which would have cost me around $600. Anyways, this just didn’t sit right with me and left me with so much stress and worry that my teeth were gonna fall out one day. I told family members about this and each person advised me to go to a second dentist and I did. I went in to the second dental office telling them nothing of what I was previously told and wanted them to go off of what they see. Of course they said I had HEALTHY gums and my teeth are in great condition etc. I asked if they found anything unusual or anything concerning and they looked at me confused. I finally told them what I was told and they said my gums and teeth are in great shape. Of course they couldn’t say bad things because they are a professional office. I was soo worried and stressed out for nothing. If you guys can avoid this place altogether you should.

I had new patient appointment today at Rainsprings Dental Group. After checking in, I was greeted by Karen, the kind dental assistant who took necessary x-rays and seated me in the operatory. Dr. Bringhurst came in and introduced himself and proceeded with my exam. He was great and made me feel comfortable. He diagnosed my treatment and informed me there was time for a teeth cleaning (with hygienist Will) and also he could treat my chipped front tooth. I wasn't expecting to have treatment on the same day as my exam. I was very happy that the office could accommodate me and wound up leaving with my teeth cleaned and tooth repaired.
I had just retired from my practice of dentistry on 02/27/2026. I am very happy to find an office like Rainsprings Dental where I felt so comfortable.

I want to leave a review for this dental office because even though my experience was emotional, the staff truly deserves recognition.

The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The customer service was great, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.

I do want to apologize to the staff who were working on Tuesday March 3 -2026 I was very overwhelmed and emotional, so I didn’t really speak much and didn’t say thank you the way I should have. Please know it had nothing to do with the care I received.

Dr. B and his staff are the epitome of empathetic and excellent care. I have been a patient here for over a decade have yet to have a single negative experience. Due to some health issues my dental plan has been a bit complicated but Dr. Bringhurst and his staff were patient and caring every step of the way. After an unfortunate fall, I had hurt my front teeth, so I came in today, and she took my X-rays while gently avoiding further pain, and reassured me , as I was imagining some dire consequences. I had such a great experience at this office! Brandi, the dental assistant, was incredibly gentle and patient. I’ve struggled with dental x-rays for years because I have a sensitive gag reflex, and it’s always been stressful for me. Brandi suggested putting a little salt on my tongue before the x-rays, and WOW, it actually worked! It prevented my gag reflex from being triggered and made the whole process so much easier.

Dr. Bringhurst was also professional, kind, and thorough. The entire visit felt comfortable and supportive. I truly appreciate the care and small details that made a big difference. Highly recommend!

I brought my partner to get her cavities filled by Dr. King & Ella and the experience was amazing! This place is a joke. Got my daughter braces here, they did a horrible job on her teeth. They were switching orthodontists at the time so she didn’t get proper care. Account was paid in full and then they sent a random fee to collections without notifying me of any charges. I was told it was paid in full. Her retainers didn’t fit. Don’t go here

I was debating on writing this because this office doesn’t seem to care, my kids went for an office visit back in April, they didn’t even bill insurance till September, since October I have made 25+ calls to figure out the issue, one time I owe $300, the next oh sorry we are waiting for my manager to write it off, the next I owe $70, the next time a check was mailed to the policy holder, meanwhile they’re billing my kids step dad as responsible party, the previous visit we had a similar billing issue and I was sent to collections as the responsible party so why in 2025 they updated it to him is beyond me, but I gave them a chance and went back and it’s the same run around. No calls back from office manager, you can tell the poor girl front is groomed with her verbiage on what to say instead of telling me point blank what the issue is..that delayed contacting insurance, contacting my kids dad to try and get the insurance check remailed. I now need to find another office to take care of the issue the dentist was ‘keeping and eye on’ and come to remember MY appointment in 2019 I had to get 3 shots in order to get a filling done because I couldn’t get numb so was that an issue with the provider not doing it properly? I never had issues before but yeah beware of this place. And please don’t leave the automated “please call our office to chit chat” response because I literally talk to you guys weekly and nothings resolved yet. You guys were not worth the convenience of location and being an established patient, this office is an embarrassment to say the least.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It used to be good before COVID. It has gone absolutely downhill. If you have an ounce of anxiety about going to the dentist, this place will make it 1000% worse! Dr. Bringhurst is absolutely awful and has no compassion for patients whatsoever! The female hygeniest thinks she is the greatest in the world, yet she cannot even numb anyone properly. She has a huge ego and is not afraid to tell you that you are the problem when she has no idea what she is doing! The only decent person at this place is the office manager, Alex, who will refund your money when you pay for a deep cleaning that they cannot even do properly at this place. They start the procedure and cannot even finish it because they do not know what theyre doing! And instead of doing anything about it and having the dentist do their job, they throw you out of the office and tell you to go to a sedation dentist. I have never needed one of those in my life for cleanings or deep cleanings or anything else. I went to a periodontist once and did not need sedation! Shows you how thoughtless the hygeniests and dentists at this place are. If you are smart, you will go somewhere else! And by the way, since insurance does not cover everything, they charge you absolutely ridiculous proces for what the insurance does not cover. Just find another dental office with dentists and hygenists who care about their patients and know what they are doing and do not treat you like a piece of trash to be thrown out with the garbage and do not charge atttrocious prices!

I had a sudden dental emergency and was anxious about finding someone who could help right away. Rainsprings Dental Group and Orthodontics got me in quickly and treated me with so much compassion from start to finish. The front desk staff Alex was reassuring and efficient, and the dental team to name a few Jonaris, Sade and Brandi made me feel completely comfortable during the entire visit. After years of not going to the dentist out of fear and poor experience with other companies when I was recommended RainSprings. Everyone was kind, patient and made me feel at ease. I had a crown fall off it broke the tooth up front. The fill then fell out. 2nd crown also fell out. I went back huge piece of glue in the tooth was supposed to be the culprit. I asked if I needed to avoid eating anything. I was told no. They reinstalled the 2nd one and couple hours later it’s off. This time i didn’t catch it. I’m not sure why or what is going. DO NOT GO HERE - this office is more of used car lot then a dental - they had to replace the same crown FOUR in 3 months by 3 different dentist and stated well we did not charge you. Then the attempted to charge my wife 4K to replace a tooth without discussing all options and I had to advise her to request the option of a partial - she did and opted for that for total of $398. I had enough lately when they advised me that i needed $19,326.00 worth of work BUT i would have to pay $5,339.20 because of my insurance. I went to another dentist not affiliated with them or their parent company and guess what the work is not needed. These people do not have their patient's best interest at heart but PROFIT - Dentists are in out - never had the same twice. Alex the office is like the F&I person at a car lot, when the 19k was presented, Alex did more of the talking then the periodontist. AGAIN i cannot state strongly enough find someone else

Avoid this place at all cost. Went in for a routine cleaning covered by my insurance and I felt like I was scammed. They insisted for me to do a deep cleaning and pay close to $1000, but if I make a donation I will get a $300 discount. I felt like I was in a timeshare meeting. I politely declined the offer but they won't even give me a routine cleaning, unless I pay that amount and do a deep cleaning instead.

The thing is, I don't even have periodontal disease according to my other dentist.

They also did 3 different kinds of xrays and the old school film type xrays were painful. Oh and one of the xrays was not covered by the insurance as well. But they told me everything is covered. The probing was painful as well.

I had no choice but to see another dentist for a routine cleaning and I have to pay for xrays now since these people had already charged my insurance company.

Now I know why there were plenty of seats in their waiting room but there was no one there. And I saw other reviews of people with the same issue as well.

One of the docs got angry with me because he told me to bite down on a cap he was cementing. I did and I cracked it in half. He made a new one, worked an extra hour and the job must have been done well. It's been 5 years.

This practice has got to have the RUDEST, LAZIEST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL & ARROGANT RECEPTIONIST/STAFF EVER. The "Momu" woman (yes, that really was the name) answered my call and after checking her faxed documents received for referrals, determined that she did already receive mine. Forget that it's been almost 2 weeks and that they're supposed to call the patient after getting the referral. And so she proceeded to take all my info but noticed that the wrong dentist name was on my referral and inferred that it was my fault. She demanded that I call my insurance to change the name and to make sure that Dr. Silva was contracted with them. I told her that my insurance provider wouldn't have sent them the referral without having made sure that they were in fact contracted, and that she could place the call herself because I didn't even know who the periodontist was, just that I was referred to one. But still, I said I'll call them again just to confirm. So I made the call to my insurance to confirm and to change the dentist's name to the correct one. I then called "Momu" back and this time I was again accosted with the same RUDE questions to which I said "yes, yes, yes." Never mind that it's her job to confirm patients' eligibility prior to making appointments. She then proceeded to ask my personal details AGAIN just 5 minutes after I told her the same things on the phone. Before I gave her my address again, I told her to make sure she writes all of the data down so I wouldn't have to repeat them all yet again. It was, by this point, about the 6th phone call I've made doing a back-and-forth with my insurance and this office just to get scheduled. Take note that besides the insurance already confirming them being "in network," they also said that THE REFERRAL LETTER ALONE GUARANTEES THAT THEY WILL GET PAID, REGARDLESS OF THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF CONTRACT.

My request that she better be sure not to ask for all my info again for the 3rd or more time made her ego explode and she told me to call back when I was calm. She hung up on me and when I called back and asked for the manager, she claimed that she was the manager and I told her that I wanted to speak with Dr. Silva directly to which she then said I wasn't allowed to call them anymore.

Please look at how many points where they made grave mistakes in dealing with patients/clients here. All these things that they demanded were just to AVOID DOING WHAT THEY'RE PAID TO MAKE SURE TO DO. These are not the patients' responsibility, although having them informed would help, and I was very well-informed. It's as if they're so overwhelmed with business and money that they could afford to act this way. Well then, do not make the mistake of overwhelming them even more!!!

This place has completely fallen apart. We had a crown fall out and booked an appointment on Thursday of last week. They called made some excuse about an emergency and rescheduled for today (Tuesday). This is a time sensitive thing and today they called and made the EXACT same excuse citing an emergency. Obviously a crown falling off is time sensitive and they can’t be trusted for time sensitive things anymore.

Today was the final straw we’ll be seeking a new dentist. This could cost us a lot of money and pain by making us wait for no reason.

A Nightmare on Rainsprings Street

Went in for a 6 month cleaning and a possible/cavity in my upper molars. They did the customary 10 x-rays and then the hygienist said I was going to need a deep clean. Six months earlier this same hygienist sold me on an antibacterial injection and a light to clean out the pockets under my teeth. I guess it didn't work. To make a long story short. They presented me with five future visits to do a root canal, planing, other procedures totaling over $10,000. My out of pocket was $3400. I declined because my gut told me this work is to cover payments on the owners G-Wagon. They declined to provide a basic cleaning saying that it would cause some kind of issue with my teeth.

I got a mouth guard for teeth grinding only to find out from a new dentist that a soft mouth guard is not for that. So why did the dentist at Rainsprings recommend that? I used to go there for a few years until i had to change dentist after a root canal performed there that caused me to swell badly and i had to get this tooth extracted.
I did x-rays every 6 months in Rainsprings and nobody told me i have been having deep infection. Absolutely ridiculous. This cost me to loose my tooth. If i was told right away i had infection the tooth could have been saved.

So I have been coming here for a while now, and to be honest this is probably the longest running dental office I've been going to since I was a kid. In the time I've been here I've seen doctors come and go, as to be expected. So when Dr. Miller introduced himself I figured that he'd be gone by my next appointment. Well, he's still here and honestly he's one of the best providers I've encountered in a long time. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and desires to find his "home base" and I really hope he stays with the practice for years to come. Normally, I hate the dentist and everything that accompanies it. It's still not my favorite place to be, but I will say I am happy with the providers here as well as their commitment to their patients. I highly recommend this practice for the work they do.

Rain springs dentist do pretty good work, but they over charge for everything that they do. I only needed a dental clearance signed off on so I can get a kidney transplant and I only have one cavity, but they wanted me to pay $3500.00 out of pocket and throw on several other unnecessary procedures, like: removing and replacing a bridge and two caps that they just put in; and doing a deep cleaning on my gums. Of course the cost is much more than $3500, but $3500 is what I have to pay. Ridiculous

Very kind staff. I had a problem with my teeth on a Saturday afternoon 10 minutes before they closed. They waited for me so that they could look at it and made it possible to make it to Monday. I never like going to the dentist, but here, I feel comfortable and relaxed. They are accommodating, though and efficient. After one visit I have the whole family going there, and two friends. They all say it's their favorite dentist.

I have been with this provider for two years but I think I have to change. There are serious concerns about this provider.

1) I showed up to my appointment in May 2024 but only to be told that it was cancelled. Exactly as what other comments talked about. The front desk said someone called me to confirm it is cancelled but that's obviously a lie, as I checked my voicemail and nobody called me.

2) they will lie to you for what service they provide and charge you extra. For a year I went there for preventative care, which is 100% covered by my insurance. When I was there recently, they told me my insurance changed policy and now there is a deductible even for preventative care. They even printed out a paper trying to trick me into believing that. I don't believe it so I contacted my insurance, and got a response that preventative care should not be charged a deductible. So I asked the front desk again what the deductible is for, and this time they said oh today you're here not for the preventative care - It's a different service so they need to charge it. Excuse me? Even the hygienist told me it is preventative care. I paid the so-called the deductible and don't want to come back again.
