In February 2010, I was admitted to an ICU for sever heart problems and the risk of a massive heart attack. That is where I met Dr. Ram Singh with Advanced Heart & Vascular Specialists. Dr. Singh stabilized me and saved my life. From then until now, September 2026, he continues to be my cardiologist. He monitors my health and makes changes to my medications as needed. At 83, I am happy, healthy, and I still drive. I have absolute faith in Dr Singh and the care that he provides. Thank you, Dr. Singh, for my health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Best cardiologists in city. They have over 20 years of experience and do most of the testing you need in house. I have been with Dr. Singh & Dr. Benson for over 10 years and not once have i ever had any problems since they started caring for me. Your in very good hands with both DR's.

Awful office, receptionist keeps you on hold for 20 30 minutes sometimes over an hour. Office never responds on authorizations or referrals on tests that need to be done. Never call you back after leaving multiple times trying to get an answer. Horrible office cheer is just to name a few things. Do not use this office

I’m so disappointed.
I have struggled with an arrhythmia and painful palpitations since I was 7 years old. Once I finally had insurance after I turned 19, I saw that they accepted my insurance. Little did I know I would be paying thousands for what my insurance couldn’t cover for tests that gave no answers every single time. I work in a grocery store, I make a grocery store wage. All I wanted was some form of answer and help and to not be in debt to this “doctors office”. I use quotations due to the fact I have come here once a week for about a year with no answers, just to be put on two contradictory medications. And now they’re refusing to give me a refill. They told me to save me money they would do an over the phone appointment back in September so I could get my refill, it’s December now and no one has gotten a hold of me. Once I’m out of this medication I am at risk of a heart attack. It’s never about helping people, it’s about helping their pockets.

Their receptionist was so rude! I had to call because my father's heart rate was elevated, and the receptionist hung up the call twice! What a heartless woman. I'm sure this wasn't the doctor's fault but they need to reconsider the people that they hair as their receptionist. She's not accommodating at all!

We couldn't make the appointment so I called . I was put on hold for 40 minutes. Someone answered & was having trouble with the computer & put me on hold again. I advised Dr Benson that quest was trying to charge me $300 for bloodwork. I asked the doctor for a letter to send to medicare.Medicare stated the test were not medically needed. I was told they would handle it. As of today it still hasn't been handled & I left messages for the individual that was suppose to correct it. Doctors are excellent but front desk can not multi task. So I will have to pay the bill & wait for medicare to reimburse me.

This place is not worth going to. The staff at the front desk are so unorganized that they make you wait so long. I came here to check my heart so I could have dental surgery. It has been over half a year & still haven’t had my dental surgery because they’re wanting to do more tests that comes out to the same results. They scheduled me for a CT scan & didn’t even ask if I was available. I called the whole week to reschedule & still no return call. Dr. Signh said he’d move his nurse call back & she never did! I highly suggest not to come here. They also caused me to miss a very important appointment that I had to pay $50 for a no show and not calling in 48 hours to reschedule, because they misplaced their key for a test room & had me wait over an hour just to reschedule on their time. Don’t waste your time here!

Excellent doctor. He didn't even have to see me. He took the extra care to see and review my case, listened, provided feedback, info, insight, and professionalism. He then set me up with a future appointment, a diagnostic, and renewed my medication. Doctor Benson is my doctor but Dr. Singh was just helping out Doctor Benson, who I really like as well. I was surprised by how helpful this doctor was and also how down to earth and relaxed he was. He made time for a few words on philosophy too, which was cool. Although Dr. Benson is my favorite, this doctor made a positive impression. That's saying a lot folks.

These two doctors helped my dad. I think they're doing the best as they can. However, the people working in the office is not people. They do not care for the patient. I will lists all the bad experienced I had with her. She was the person in the front. To describe her. She have accent and looks Indian.
1. Every time I called her she not respectful nor she already have a bad day. It feels like she does not want to help.
2. She gave the wrong number of Labcorp. I am calling the fax machine. Then I called the Dr. Singh office to help me to make an appointment with Labcorp. Unfortunately, she answered it. She told me to use the internet. I do not even know how to use Maps or Safari. She would even care to help me.

I first saw Dr. Singh as an emergency heart attack patient in 2018. As far as I’m concerned, he is one of the best cardiologist in Las Vegas. At one point my insurance changed and it wasn’t accepted there. I went through 4 other cardiologist. Horrible experiences. I changed my insurance to one that his practice took. Problem. First visit was on an iPad. Not told about that. Called a month ago in November if this year to ask if he was back in the office. Told he was. Made an appointment for December 6. Asked to please call me if he wasn’t physically going to be there. So I called day of and was told it was another zoom visit. I cancelled. I need to discuss things that can only be done in person. I absolutely love Dr. Singh but I’m wondering why he’s not there in person. The only answer I get from the office staff is “ I don’t know or he’s needed at the hospital. Well, he’s also needed by his patients.

I honestly never met the Dr but my overall review is that this place does not give patients the results as quickly as you would expect. I've waited over 2 months to get results on a heart monitor I had to wear for 2 weeks and they made multiple appointments to get my results but every time the Dr was out for "emergencies" that then they tried to call me for video call to make appointments. Even then calling me at 11pm to midnight at times even after I explained to them I work over nights at a warehouse I wouldn't be able to attend those video calls but yet they tried. Finally today I had enough and decided to have them just send my results to my Primary Dr to get my results that should have happened the last week of July. Overall just find another cardiologist!

If I could give less than 1 star...I would! This has got to be by far THE WORST medical office I have ever dealt with! The most recent...they collected a co-pay of $460.00, had me wait in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours, when I finally went to ask what was taking so long...the lady tells me
"OH we will need to re-schedule, person who administers this test is sick! They say they will call me later to re-schedule, they never called. I phoned the following day 4 times leaving 4 messages, no return call! This was not the first time they did this! Now I'm just wanting to get out of here and want to see another doctor,, one whi cares about their patients. I call and ask for my medical records,, they say it's going to take 30 days...I say I have issues going on, and needed to get this test done which you canceled, I can't wait 30 days. Now they tell me, we want to send you to the hospital as an emergency to get tests done, if you leave without doing this, it's not our responsibility what happens to you,, then they want me to sign a waiver saying I refused service!!! REALLY???WELL YOU SURE DIDNT THINK IT WAS AN EMERGENCY WHEN YOU DIDNT CALL TO RE SCHEDULE, OR RETURN MY CALL AFTER LEAVUNG 4 MESSAGES??? I asked for my $460.00 co pay back, they don't want to give it back! All these people care about is MONEY! They will bleed you for every Penney, doing multiple tests and don't care about you! my advice...STAY AWAY!!

As a women in my 40's, who exercise and don't eat all that bad. I never expect to have a heart attack, however I did. I had my first visit with Dr. Singh on zoom, of which I greatly appreciated. When I got to his front office we noticed it was a discrepancy with my deductible however his front office staff was super courteous and helpful about getting it straightened out and did it expeditiously. I was in for some test and my tech was Catie who was very charismatic and professional. If I could give her a raise for her bedside manner I would have done it that day.

I have found Dr Singh to be very thorough and knowledgeable and patient with me. On top of that I enjoy that he is a very personable guy. He very much appreciated me getting my wife on the line on a follow up phone appointment so we were both clear with what my test results meant. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns without rushing off of the phone. In the end he made us both feel good about my current situation and gave us some advice as to a healthier lifestyle which we both appreciated and plan to will take his solid advice. Thank you Dr Singh.

Worst place ever. Dirty and run down. Never saw 'my' doctor again after 2 visits...office refused to say why or when he'd be back. They kept wanting me to see the nurse practitioner. They scare you to death saying you may have a heart attack if you don't keep your scheduled appointment, and good luck getting through to them...the phone rings off the hook. Employees were different on every visit. They obviously can't keep staff there for a reason. Tried to download my results from the portal and there were none. Each visit stated my original complaints, but no results of any testing performed, which was a lot. I gave them one star because they were able to perform testing in that office.

I went through a variety of test over a 3 week period. Then I met with a young assistant who told me I was fine and there were no problem. I disagreed and we argued. Finally to get rid of me she put a monitor on my chest and gave me a cell phone with Blue Tooth connected to the monitor that will transmit heart activity to a monitoring center.

That night the phone rang at about 1:00 a.m. I could hardly get out of bed to answer it. Felt like I was in a suit of lead. There was a doctor on the phone telling me I had to immediately get to the nearest emergency room. I was rushed to the hospital where they had the report from the doctor that called and they told me that they had to immediately put a pace maker due to very low heart rate and my heart pausing for up to 10 seconds at a time.

They gave me a clean bill of health and this happens? Then I find out I have a leaky heart valve that they did not tell me about. I asked to have all of my records transferred to another cardiologist and they keep refusing to do it. They will not release any of the test results or any other type of record to anyone even at the request of the state agency that handles poor medical care.

If I did not argue with that little girl I do not know what would have happened.

Consider what happened to me before you put your life in their hands.

I still have to give just one star and that simply because you have to give some kind of star I have been attending the cardiologist office now for about 3 months and no it didn't get better yetI still have no idea what congestive heart failure is much less what's going to happen to me they want me to get a radiation stress test but didn't try to explain to me if radiation is safedr. Seeing just said I don't worry about it when I asked him what the name of it was they keep calling me you haven't got your labs done yet and making sure I know that if I don't get them done I'm going to die for sure they act liketo me it's really starting to seem that they are only trying to get another patient in for more it just to me it's my opinion it seems like it's all an act all they want is your insurance money, I'm very young I'm very scared and having a heart condition at this age I have a lot ofit isn't productive to ask a question at this office especially if you get told ahh don't worry about it doesn't matter, and by the way three months visiting this cardiologist and I have once not ever seen the doctor yet for three months all I have seen is the nurse that certified nurse lady I want a doctor to talk to me about my heart condition but they won't let me so that part's kind of weird to

This place is overbooked with patients everyday. My husband goes here and I just called them and told them I’m posted negative comments online and want a referral to see another doctor.
My husband waits a minimum of 2-4 hours past his appointment time just to be seen for a routine appointment to check his blood pressure.
This happens EVERY SINGLE appointment he has ever had. The doctors are actually great doctors for the care my husband needs but it takes all day to get in and out of there. Once he had an appointment at 4:00 and he didn’t leave the waiting room until after 7:00 PM!!!
Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment here unless you have at least 4 hours to spare.

They schedule my appointment for when I'm going to run out of medication so I can get checked out before refilling it. Then they say it'll be to the pharmacy in an hour. It's not. I call them and they say that it's a 24 hour turn around for prescriptions to be put through. 24 hours later and it's still not there. I call back and now they say it takes 3 days for prescriptions to go through. If I miss a dose, it can cause a heart attack. So why the hell are they scheduling my appointments for refills so close to when I run out if it takes 3 days (if that's the truth this time) to even get it to the pharmacy?

Still holding out hope that they can get it to the pharmacy in time for the pharmacy to actually fill it before running out in two days.

After wasting several hours and 3 days of taking off work just to get test results, I'm switching doctors. Once......is understandable. Twice......is annoying. But after 3 times of being told I'm the first patient to be seen and still waiting for hours......well, then this is just your office policy. I showed up an hour and 30 minutes BEFORE the doctor did one day. I spoke to an elderly couple that said they have waited for 7 hours past their appointment time. Ridiculous! Maybe it's on purpose.......keeping everybody's anxiety and blood pressure up........job security!

Arrived at 3:10PM to fill out paperwork they refused to fax/scan before hand to make things easier. Got into the exam room at 5:10PM. It is 5:35PM and STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE DOCTOR. What gives anyone the right to assume that we have nothing better to do with our time then sit around a very cramped office for OVER 2 HOURS. The way the office is run is rediculous. Unfortunately we are stuck waiting but I will be sure to tell everyone how horrible the experience was. At this point even if the Doctor walked on water it wouldn't change the rating.
