I am here for physical therapy for sciatic back issues. Very clean and organized facility. I was welcomed by a pleasant employee at the receptionist desk. She was very kind and helpful. All the staff are very cheerful and knowledgeable. Mr. Aaron was very attentive and I was beyond grateful for the evaluation. Thank you so much for making me feel very comfortable! Highly recommended!

Update: Mr. Oscar and Mr. Aaron are amazing teachers! They have taught me some very useful exercises to strengthened my core. The facility is so very clean and they are very knowledgeable/patient. It was an amazing 2-month sessions! Thank you!

I just finished 8 weeks of physical therapy at Rapid Rehab and I am beyond pleased with how my knee feels. Nick and Reggie are amazing at what they do and I am very thankful for their time and dedication. The staff is also amazing I always got greeted as I entered and left rehab which made my hour here more pleasant. This was my 2nd time coming to therapy at Rapid Rehab and if I ever need to come back this is where I will be coming. Thank you Rapid Rehab for being the best always.

I have been going to Rapid Rehab on Charleston for a few weeks now, it is wonderful! The staff are helpful and polite. I’ve been working with Sean, Chris, and Brook, they are amazing! I don’t feel intimidated about asking questions and it is NOT a cattle call rehab. If you want, one on one rehab, and feel better, go HERE!

I came here for knee rehab recommended by my Dr. The initial visit was very polite and informative about the process. Laure did scrapping and stretches to help ease my pain. On my 3rd and last visit, it was Melisa (not Laure) who was supposed to help me but didn't. Melisa only read from a clipboard and neglected me multiple times after I was finished with each exercise. I felt discriminated against because I wasn't a female. There were 3 other women doing therapy at the same time I was, and they all got more attention and care than I did. Very disappointed in this facility and its patient care. The pricing for their service is way overrated for substandard care.

Front office staff was awesome, but that's not why you go to rehab. If I had the money, I would have taken them to arbitration. Do not go to Maryann! Ended up tearing my abductor and I got to have a 2nd surgery. Things still aren't right 2 years later. Thanks Rapid "Rehab".
