My daughter and I have been coming for years. We have the best experience from the front desk to the technicians to the doctor. I bought an x-ray set and a cleaning on Groupon, but when I went in person to get the x-rays they refused to do the cleaning because I "didn't qualify" and didn't give me a refund, insisting that the price paid would go towards future services if I followed up with them. To top it off, they wanted to charge me $275 for emailed copies of my x-rays, the billing lady claimed "we're doing these $450 valued x-rays at a discounted Groupon price as a service to the community", speaking to me as if I was a charity case. Ironically the follow up was $12,000 in future services.

Oh and what's up with that I pad kid sitting behind the front counter? I'm pretty sure that's a HIPAA violation.

i’m actually really frustrated, I came here for a cleaning today and the dentist used some kind of fine tipped drill to scrape off plaque, totally understandable but when I got home, I realized he drilled way too deep in the middle of my two front bottom teeth and now there is a big hole because he drilled through the enamel, it looks like there is a permanent poppyseed in my teeth, I’m extremely disappointed and sad and insecure. Now about this, I initially left really happy because I had not looked in the mirror and felt like my teeth were clean, now frankly, I’m pretty furious, as you can see in the photo that black triangle in the middle was not there before the appointment :( be careful going to this place !!

Audrey & Marisol were great! The environment and all staff were friendly and inviting. Informative is an understatement. They provided us with all precautions and future planning or referrals, if needed, to keep our teeth in good condition. It was an ease to get all the info right then and there! Additionally, I appreciate that although we came right on time it seemed they had planned paperwork and all procedures to be done within our appointment time. Usually we are early, but traffic in Las Vegas can be hefty at peak hours I thought we would lose our appointment if we didn’t come earlier. That was a relief. The atmosphere wasn’t rushed and we didn’t rush them. Awesome team!

I made an appointment for teeth cleaning, my appointment was at 9am I get to the dental office at 8:30am I sign in and wait for about 45 mins, I was finally called to go to the back to do x-rays , then the dentist comes and goes over my x-rays and said ok you need a deep cleaning I said ok then Marisol comes over and says ok so you need a deep cleaning I said I don’t want to do that today I just prefer a regular cleaning, Marisol says “ OH NO WE CAN’T HAVE BACTERIA SPREADING AROUND EVERY WHERE “. I just looked at her like, did she really just say that? That’s discrimination complete discrimination no other conclusion. In my head I’m thinking people go to a doctors office for treatment so most likely bacteria is going to be around. I go to the front and attempt to inquire about the deep cleaning price and how much would be covered by insurance, that was a failure as well the pregnant lady working at the front desk had no information to offer she could only tell me the cash price was $1,000 dollars, This place seems to be a family ran, mom and pop, everyone is related type of dentistry office not a professionally ran type of business so i guess as long as you know the people working in the office your service will be ok. This place is not professional. The best way I can explain is for example, you know when you go to a business and it is well ran the workers are knowledgeable about the business, the product, the service etc. you’re comfortable getting service at the place of business. I had 27 teeth removed for immediate dentures. The dentist pretends to care but is actually very rude. I have a very rare condition that should have been taken into account BEFORE I had them pulled. During the procedure they almost dropped a tooth down my throat! After the extractions, I developed a nasty sinus infection that has persisted for 3 months now with multiple trips to the ER. It was a direct result of having my teeth pulled. I went in for a denture adjustment and told him I had an infection and he said "what infection". Ya great dentist there. It was obvious where it was but I guess he didn't wanna deal with it. I'm on the strongest antibiotics you can get for this and if it doesn't go away after this, surgery is the next step. I will be suing if it reaches that far.

UPDATE AS OF 2/28/2023: I posted originally in the beginning of November. The infection still persists. I've been to the ER twice and seen an ENT who confirmed I have a very bad sinus infection. The antibiotic the ENT gave me started to kick the infection but still didn't get it. I found out why after going to a periodontist recently. The CT scan I had done clearly shows that a tooth that was supposed to be pulled was left in my mouth and there's a pocket of infection sitting right above it, hence why I can't kick this infection. I paid for that tooth to be pulled. And it wasn't. I was lied to and screwed over causing the worst last 6 months of my life. I now have to have that tooth pulled, my gums cut into because there is a hole between my sinus floor and my gums I can pull air through so they have to be cut open for that and then I have to go back to the ENT to get rid of the sinus infection completely then go get new dentures somewhere else cause there's no way these ones will fit after all of that. Oh and I haven't even been able to wear my dentures because of all of this. I was so excited to finally have teeth again (I'm only 32 by the way) and that was shut down so fast. I seriously hope they have a good lawyer cause I'm not letting them get away with making my life a living hell for the past 6 months. And I've got every bit of proof I need. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. They just want money and will obviously do anything they need to in order to get it.

UPDATE AS OF 7/3/2024 : It took me almost a year and a half to fully kick that sinus infection caused by this place. Do not believe that this place has almost a 5 star review. Fake posts are very easy to do. The people that work here are the most unprofessional group I've ever seen. On top of that, I've called them twice to have my records sent to me and have yet to get anything; not even a response. That is 100% illegal. If my records aren't sent over soon, I will call the appropriate people to make sure they are. This place is a joke. Coming from someone born with a dental condition, teeth aren't something people take being messed with kindly. It's rude, disrespectful, and just wrong. Find a better dentist; literally ANY other dentist is better than this place. Oh and to the comments of how gentle the dentist is, I have this to say. I found regal dentistry with the reviews and I’m so happy with the way I’m treated by all staff! Dr Wasuf listens to your needs, likes and dislikes. He doesn’t pull teeth because it’s easier when you only have 5. He saves what he can and makes a plan to keep them! Hats off to his assistant, Marisol, hygienist, Keli and the front office. They lost impressions, did not inform the patient, delayed care and cancelled several appointments. Lied to the patient regarding all of this, had the patient so upset at her visit, she had to take a blood pressure med in the office, the staff laughed at her regarding that, kicked her out of the office and when her family came to pick her up and tried to find out what was going on they were laughed at and then one of the male employees took off his sweatshirt and charged at the patients family member to physically threaten him. Then they told the patient they would itemize a huge bill and send to collections and threatened their lawyer wouldn’t have the patient be able to get out of that. Truly a jerry springer event because they couldn’t explain their initial mistake. How disgusting. I see an employee responded to my review. You violated hipaa when you filmed us outside of your office on your personal cell with you child present who should not be privy to patient info. You made fun of a medical dilemma and did not assist and your employees threatened us physically, and financially. There is no picture of a child in my review. Please learn professionalism and stop posting fake reviews on your own page. I could go on about how you attempted to get me to have procedures done that were against my doctors advice while I was a patient. Your office manager also violated hipaa when she responded to my emails, going thru old patient paper work to threaten to call our places of employment. Shall I post a picture of the email from the office manager? You took my reviews down wherever you could remove them. Patients need to be aware of your volatile behavior so they can protect themselves.

Im concerned about how sterile the equipment is. The tech that handles outake sparked up a conversation about a rhinestone i have in my tooth. During which, she told me that she has an unlicensed friend, that does tooth jewelry applications, and that Regal Dentistry allows her to use office equipment to perform applications for her personal business. I don't know if it's legal, but I think it certainly poses sanitation issues.

I went there for a cleaning special .
Dentist asked me if the pain was very strong with hot or cold beverages , which i responded , not much i do have a bit of a sensation with cold beverages ,not always , very minimal. He said i needed a crown and i said i dont have money for such thing , he said i should at least have a filling .which i stupidly agreed $250 later .
He gave me more anesthesia than i ver had in my life , for a week i was in pain on that side of my mouth . Now i do feel pain with hot or cold beverages as i never felt before . Im gonna try to sue this dentist , he did this on purpose and i actually paid him , it is horrible

It seems that the bad reviews come from people who have had groupons. My experience was that I purchased a groupon for $1500 towards invisalign. I went in for a consultation last week and that part went well. However I was concerned about the information that was given to me about how payment works. I was told that I would redeem the groupon towards the total price of $5399. My total then would be $3899. Then my insurance coverage would kick in. But then I was told that I would have to pay the entire $3899 upfront even though I have insurance that will cover a large portion of it. So I spoke with my mom, my insurance and got some other quotes in the area and they all said that it was very odd that I was being required to pay a larger amount upfront than what I am actually responsible for.

I called them today to get clarification because I would love to give them my business as they have really good reviews and like I said, my experience with the consultation went well. Plus it seems like a family owned Dentist office and I’d love to support this business vs a corporate business. But when I spoke with them over the phone they were adamant on me paying the $3899 upfront... it just doesn’t make any sense to me. And the lady I was speaking to seemed kind of annoyed that I was asking for clarification. I’m not saying they are doing this but it seems like a scam...just beware guys!

So overall I am giving 2 stars because the experience in the office was good but the payment part didn’t seem right and I my concern wasn’t addressed. I will be going to another dentist office

In an emergency, I went to Las Vegas Dentures looking for someone to fix my sons's molar, he was in so much pain that I was not about to waste another minute driving around. We drove by, I saw the sign and told my son: "let's try this dentist. We walked in, they checked him, gave me some options, we decided what we wanted done and they fixed the problem - this happened more than 6 years ago.

From that one appointment I recommended some friends; also, my husband, myself and my other 2 children ended up going to see him for our dental needs - we are all very happy with the type of work they do.
Dr. Riegel is the best, his assistants and the offiice staff is AWESOME, we feel like we belong there and they make us feel right at home.

I usually don't enjoy going to the dentist very much, but this experience was very pleasant. The Dr was experienced and gentle with me, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I won't hesitate to return to this office, and I will recommend my friends as well. If you're looking for a great dental office, this is it!

I was very happy with the care I received at Las Vegas Denture and Implant Center. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I wasn’t kept waiting for my appointment. I had been putting off having a crown done on my back molar for a couple of years because I have a very small mouth and thought it would be too painful. I saw Dr. Sam and he made sure I wasn’t in any pain and everything went very well, my new crown was a perfect fit. I also had over brushed at the top of my teeth and exposed my gums. Dr. Sam filled the areas in and matched my tooth color perfectly. I highly recommend this dental office.

Today was my very first visit to this office, and I am very impresssed. The employees were great and very knowledgeable. Ive had a dental problem for a long time now and went to 3 others dentist and they could not solve it. Today I am pain free and I am so happy! Dr riegel is the best!
