The front desk lady was friendly and was lovely to chat with as I waited. The Dentist and the Hygienist that i saw were both amazing and really friendly. They were gentle and explained what they were doing and why. They didnt try to upsell me anything or belittle me about flossing. They were so amazing and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. 5/5

I was happy from the moment I called and was able to speak to an actual person. They offered me an appointment the very next day and I politely declined, but they were able to schedule me on a day that better suited me. There are so many places nowadays that use automated systems, and it makes it hard to make the experience personable. I arrived early, they took me back within minutes. Every one was so nice. Overall the experience was excellent.

The entirety of the staff is amazing. So much patience helping me figure out my insurance and determining my needs. They’re so friendly and the dentist explains everything he’s doing thoroughly! Front calling to schedule as a new patient, to checking in, to receiving treatment, amazing experience. Starting with Jackie answering my call and getting me scheduled quickly and easily. She was super nice, patient with me when asking me what i needed to be seen for. She's also super efficient with making the appointment. Checking into the neat clean and chic looking office, again with Jackie was an easy process. Checked in at 8:45am for a 9 am appt. Was called back afew mins before 9am by the dental hygienist, Nancy. Nancy was nice and very good at getting the xrays and doing my cleaning. She was sure to check with me before she did anything because of some discomfort i was having. She wanted to be sure she didn't cause more discomfort which i appreciated. Then Dr. David Robinson came in and was also very nice. He was patient with me when getting my dental history and never once made me feel judged or ashamed ive been lacking in that area. He also didnt rush me with telling me what needed to be done for me, stating he wanted quality work to be done. I didnt feel pressured to do anything extra today other than my cleaning and be told what was wrong. He very thoroughly explained what my next steps were. Checking out was easy with my treatment plan ready for me and surprisingly affordable! Did I mention they had some great 90s R n B music playing which for me set the mood and had me less nervous. 10/10 would recommend. Already booked my second appt as well as one for my husband. Whole appt took an hour. Out by 10am.

I swapped to this dentist recently because they are so much closer to my house. So far they have been super easy to schedule appointments with and very responsive. The lobby is so cute and all the equipment is clean. Dr. Robinson was very nice and up front with me. Teeth whitening at a super reasonable price.

Friendly service; A real “guest” focused experience.
To define that: rather than treating me as a customer I was treated as an actual person whose questions were answered and needs were attended to.

As for the dental work: quick, efficient, and practical. No wasted time and no bluffing on what I needed.
