Losing my patience with this place. As others have said, nobody answer the phone. I appreciate that it's cheaper because it's a training school but sometimes it feels like they should be paying me for the opportunity to work on my mouth. Frequent rotations of residents means inconsistent quality in work and poor retention of patient history. At least one dental advisor was extremely rude and condescending. Also, they have a double standard on how they treat patients based on whether they think the patient works for the university.

Hoy tuve una mala experiencia aquí le pusieron los separadores a mi niña tiene 9 años se debe entender que la niña llorre pues eso duele y el doctor roseman que era quien fue a revisar y le presiono duro la niña llorando 😢 le pidió si podía parar un momento el forma arrogante le dije que no y le apretó fuerte yo como madre le dije pare un momento lo cual a él no le gusto y me respondió mal lo que cual creo que no correcto y bien le dije un profesional antes de conocimiento debe tener conciencia y respeto amor al paciente de ahi siguieron los practicantes lo cual no tengo quejas hacen bien su trabajo pero cual el tuvo que venir de nuevo roseman ya no nos miraba bien eso no correcto también debo destacar que todas las veces que he venido toca un practicante diferente que eso tampoco es bueno para los niños asi que el dueño de la.clinica que se educe pero en educación formal

I took my daughter in for a Orthodontist consult, which initially went well. Her doctor being seen was thorough and helpful, I appreciated the support and process. She was very friendly and kind. Towards the end of the assessment however, we had to talk to another doctor who was overseeing the treatment evaluation. He jokingly said, “I am glad the doctor’s do all the paperwork and make my job easier.” But then said while talking to me, “Financially however, I would have to get myself a room at a Holiday Inn and figure out all of the details that way.”
At first this was an off-hand comment I didn’t pay much thought to, but this made me uncomfortable and I do not think it is appropriate. I could also tell my young daughter felt uncomfortable by this doctor as well. I left having to make another appointment for an update, but will not be returning due to this inappropriate behavior. The consult seemed a bit rushed in general and I will be seeking care elsewhere unfortunately.

Super disappointing experience. After spending hundreds of $ on consultations & running around to multiple specialists In order to come to an agreed upon treatment of my child’s teeth in order to FINALLY have them ready to begin ortho. We had discussed & agreed on a plan with Roseman. There were several communication issues & red flags along the way, but they seemed to have the best plan in mind (and price obviously or it would have been a quick good riddance) and I figured once we were past the initial communications, had all necessary dental done - we’d be good to go and schedule the next appointments at visits. When my child finally had a tooth pulled and we were ready, we were told to then wait another 6is weeks so it could heal and they could order the first appliance or something to begin treatment. I’m disabled, have just gotten out of the hospital, so I unfortunately needed to call to reschedule - at which point I was told That after all of this back-and-forth and And getting necessary, dental treatment to begin They had set my child up with a dentist that only comes into the office ONCE a month. So I was told I’d have to wait another month & And even if I wanted to see if there was an option to set them up with a different dentist, I had to schedule another appointment to come in just to check availability, Driving 40 minutes across town and STILL waiting 3 weeks. I never agreed To have them seen by a dentist that would only be there A month. Especially as a disabled parent that has a husband that travels for work , I don’t have a set weekly schedule & require specialists appointments, infusions etc of my own. They had also said that treatment would be about three years. I have a difficult time wrapping my head around Scheduling My child with someone there once a month, not the person that I’d met when signing the contract and a 3 year at least treatment. So now after months of wasted, time, gas, money, energy - I will be back to square one in finding my child reliable orthodontics with a fair price. I encourage you if considering going here, don’t brush off the Condescending tones from office staff (I’ve spoken to both Henderson & Summerlin dental ) or Think that it will get better after all of the confusing runaround And paperwork that they require, being told contradicting things by staff & students. You may end up with months wasted & needing to begin your search again, like myself. I’m not sure how anyone makes it through the door to begin treatment. Maybe if you or your child has a pretty straight forward case & need for simple orthodontic treatment? I guess if it seems too good to be true…

Dr. Shaw and Dr. Tam have been absolutely marvellous throughout my entire orthodontic process. They're kind, compassionate, amazing listeners, have suburb bedside manner and are attentive to detail. I cannot recommend this school enough. Super affordable, too.

My experience has been nothing but wonderful. I'm so glad to come across Dr. Decker. He's a very passionate Ortho. He explains every step of your treatment with no jargon. He takes good care of his patients by ensuring you are comfortable and will address any concerns you might have during your visits. He is the kind of Ortho that doesn't take advantage of his patients.

My treatment(2 years) is almost done, thanks to him.
Hopefully, he'll see the final results of his work before he graduates. Because I know I'll be smiling proudly.

If, in the future, you see Dr. Decker at your Dental/Ortho clinic and you or somebody you know need some orthodontic treatment/work choose him and stick to him. He is exceptional.

To anyone seeking orthodontal treatment, I highly recommend this practice... ask for Dr. Decker, he is an amazing orthodontist! Over the past couple of months he has thoroughly taken the time to address my needs and use the appropriate methods for my special case. Dr Decker has been wonderful throughout my treatment. I came in with specific thoughts and ideas as to how I wanted my teeth to be straightened. From the very first consultations he set expectations with me gave me options and time to choose the right plan for me. Since then he has been in it with me 100%! No one infuriates me more than this office. I try to call twice to get ahold of the orthodontist office and I’m “cAlLeR nUmBeR oNe” for 40 minutes. As a reciptionist myself, my office literally runs to the phone just so our patients feel listened to and heard. I decided to call again and waited another 16 mins on hold and just gave up after that. You would think people would take business more serious!

I was passed around and recommended root canal by 2 other dentists in the valley even though they knew I could afford it. Lucky I was referred to roseman for an “extraction” .. come to find out the amazing dentist there could fill it and wouldn’t want to pull or root canal my tooth. She was very through and successfully filled my tooth.

Had 6 teeth pulled. No actual after care provided other than Ibprophen and tylenol. Called them back to advise the pain on one side is getting worse. Went back in the next day just to have "Dr. Greene" tell me "its gonna get worse before it gets better so just bare with it." I had to practically begher for antibiotics. DR FENG was great. Front counter staff was amazing as well. They just need a more proactive stance on post OP patient care. Cant saybi recommend thisnoffice unless you absolutely need dental care.

I went to Roseman dental to inquire about getting my child braces. I spoke with Lashel. She was extremely knowledgeable on how insurances worked and made it really easy for me to understand. My finances aren’t the best but she was willing and able to work with me and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this ortho clinic to my friends and family.

Dr. Trahn has been great to work with and the facility is super clean. I always feel comforatabkenand welcomed at the Roseman University. Dr. Stevens is a great guy to talk with. Very positive and upbeat.

Dr. Bhavin Patel is a great person .always very helpful and always tells me exactly what is going on with my son's procedures .always returns my calls the same day the receptionist are always very nice and helpful I never have to wait too long to be seen I would recommend the orthodontic clinic of Roseman University of Health Science to anybody. I have a 12 and a 14 year old. Both of them got braces here and just finished treatment couple of weeks ago. The quality of treatment is good and the residents and their instructors are cool. They charge just about half of what other offices charge. So I got braces for both of my kids for the price of one :)
