I visited Intermountain Health urgent care on Lake Mead Blvd and was quite impressed with the service. The staff were wonderful. Everything moved quite quickly. No long waits at all. The Doctor was very kind and treated my 85 year old mother with respect and professionalism. I will definitely visit here again when the need arises.

I was greeted when I arrived and advised that as soon as she was able would get my information- she was quick and efficient.
I was seen with 10 minutes- the doctor was understanding of my reason for coming in and remedied my ailment.
The entire staff was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. A pleasant experience for a doctor visit.

Dr. Perlot is wonderful! I have seen him many times and he always prescribes exactly what I need. He listens intently and puts any fears I may have to rest. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Your office staff too are friendly and helpful at Instacare!

I really like going to this quick care. The staff there are very professional as well as compassionate. The nursing staff are top-notch & the doctor I saw was Dr. Perot, he is excellent. I wish I could get him as my primary care physician. Will I visit this office again, yes, most definitely. And I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs to be seen by a doctor.
