I've been going to Dr. Ho for years and it's refreshing to find someone that actually cares about their job and has pride in their work. These guys are fantastic! We started going here about 15 years ago when we moved to the Southern Highlands area. When we moved to Summerlin, we tried several different dentists in the area and couldn't find anyone we liked. We went back to Royal Highlands Dental, and will stick with them for good. The drive from Summerlin to Southern Highlands is well worth it.

As someone who is on vacation here, I was really worried when I needed emergency dental care. From the moment they picked up the call, Sky made me feel at ease and took my insurance information. She said she would call to make sure everything was OK and 15 minutes later she called back to confirm my appointment. Dr. Ho was fantastic and as it just so happens, he also supports the same Premier League Soccer (Football to the rest of the world) Team as me! I really can't recommend this Dental and Oral Care practice highly enough. I just wish they were my dentists from where I live in Canada.

This dental office is awesome. I'm so glad my BFF referred me. I know more about dental and insurance than most, it's my job and can honestly say that Dr Ho and team are legit and provide good dentistry. Dr Ho is honest AF, unlike many dentist looking for billable charges. Work my prior dentist said needed to happen, he had a different opinion of and one I agree with after a thorough exam. He is kind and professional. If you're in LV this is the dentist office you should go to.

After reading reviews note France DiNardo didn't know her own benefits and that was her issue. Hello, get on you Dental Insurance app and take responsibility for knowing where you are. Dr Ho immediately gave me my dental estimate and everything including patient responsibility was very clear. Don't blame a reception because of your own ignorance.

I’m always grateful for the work Doctor Tim and his staff do. Always have great warming personalities and professionals at what they do. My experience at Royal Highland Dental was exceptional. I have been to many dentists in my life and this was by far the best care that I've had. I expected the commonplace results, but my expectations were far exceeded. I can't thank Dr. Ho and his wonderful staff enough.

I had been a patient of Dr. Ho for 4 years as well as my husband and my sister up until fall 2020. Skye at the front desk was not communicative at what my copays were and how much was left. I had an issue with my back tooth for at least 8-10 months. Dr Ho, kept putting it off for many months and had no idea what it was until the pain was unbearable for me that he referred me to get a root canal then a crown fitting the following day. This had wiped out all of my benefits for the year which I was not aware of until I came back a few months later for a cleaning. The day of my cleaning, Skye at the front desk was irritable and abrupt with me when I checked in for my appointment. She then informed me upon arrival that I would have to pay for my cleaning out of pocket since they had maxed out all my benefits. I asked why she did not inform me of this prior to my appointment and her response was “I just did”! I told her I would have cancelled this appointment and waited until January to get a cleaning so I would not have to pay out of pocket. My time is very valuable. I had to schedule my day so I can come in for my appointment. She got upset and argued with me telling me that “it’s a courtesy and not a requirement to tell me what my copays and what my deductibles are” in a very condescending and impatient manner. As a patient, it’s important to know what my costs will be prior to me coming into the office and any type of dental work as I need to budget. Their covid protocols are also extremely inconvenient and tedious. They require you to fill out pages and pages of paperwork each visit regardless if you were just there within 24 hours. The staff at the front desk are very “fake” happy and they get too personal and ask too many questions about my personal life which was always uncomfortable. I had informed Dr Ho of my last interaction with Skye. He made many excuses for Skye about how patients are “crazy” during these Covid times. As a dentist who owns his practice he should accommodate his patients due to these times so that his patients are comfortable going into his practice and not the other way around. There are so many dentists in Las Vegas that are highly skilled,have advanced medical equipment and a friendly and professional staff and with hundreds of 5 star ratings. I would not recommend Royal Highlands Dental for any cleaning or dental work based on my experience. One of the main reasons why I went to this office was for location which was less than a mile down the road but I learned the hard way that location is not always the best option. I, my husband and my sister no longer come here. We found an amazing dental practice not too far from this location. I only wished I found them sooner.

I went to see Eric because a friend referred me. I had a bad experience with DentalVille and then they telemarked me by calling every other day with recordings to go back in and bad time with tri-state dental. But I went to Royal Highlands Dental with Eric and he took care of me. The moment you walk in its relaxing, the nurses are sooo nice. They have state of art technology, Eric was my dentist but his brother is also his partner. Eric explained everything so thorough to me. He explained exactly what he wanted to do and asked how I felt about it. He explained every option and when he needed to extract 2 of my teeth he was so gentle. He went slowly and every minute of the way he asked how I felt. He said I can tell him to stop. He has flat screen TV in each room and it’s also connected to the computer so you see on a huge screen your x-ray and he shows you what he is seeing and what my options were. Then while I was waiting for the shot to work I was able to watch whatever I wanted on TV including sports woo hoo!. It was such a relaxing soothing environment. I was so happy and calm when I left. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out. Then when I was leaving I got an itemized summary of the work I had done and what I needed to get done. It showed what the insurance paid and what I had to pay as co payment. I never got that at the other 2 dentist.Eric at Royal highland dental I highly recommend!
